Sydney "Syd" Drew - The Pink Space Patrol Delta B Squad Power Ranger

Sydney Drew is a cadet at Space Patrol Delta.  She has trained for two years with Sky and Bridge.  Sydney has the ability to change her hands into any material that she is holding.  The only thing Syd does not like about training is all the florescent lighting, as it gives her a headache.  Commander Cruger had decided to give the team an assignment - to bring in the street thieves.  Syd and Bridge were excited, but catching the thieves, Z and Jack, turned out to be more difficult than they had thought.  Syd and her fellow cadets had to return to headquarters, empty-handed and with Commander Cruger disappointed in them.  Because of the imminent threat to Earth, Commander Cruger promote the team to Squad B Power Rangers.  Sydney became the Pink Power Ranger, which she liked as pink is her favorite color.   Sydney, Bridge, and Sky were sent out, once again, to catch the thieves, and this time they had little problems.  Later, Sydney, Sky, and Bridge were training outside and were surprised when Commander Cruger introduce Z as part of their team.  Commander Cruger filled the Rangers with info about Krybots and Bluehead.  The Rangers were sent out to another assignment, cleaning up the streets after Squad A Power Rangers had battled a robot.  Bridge could detect the Krybots had been searching the area.  Sydney and the others questioned Z about anything she might have and Z remembered a silver container that an alien given them.  Z took them to the trash can that held the container that Jack had tossed.  Sydney held it for a moment and wondered what Emperor Gruumm wanted with it.  Z thought she knew where they could get some answers and took them to Piggy, but Piggy could only tell them it was a proton regenerator.  A Bluehead appeared and the Rangers were soon morphed and battling the Bluehead and several Krybots.  The Rangers were having a difficult time.  Jack appeared and morphed into the Red Ranger and took on the Krybots and Bluehead on their own.  Sydney began to think that Jack was showing off, but Z didn't think so.  Jack defeated the Krybots and Bluehead, but there was soon another problem.  A giant blue robot had appeared, but Commander Cruger had Squad B step down as Squad A in their zord defeated the giant blue robot.  Squad B returned to headquarters.  Although Commander Cruger had been impressed with their skill, they still disobeyed and now the Troobian invaders had the proton regenerator and unlimited access to the universe.  Sydney and her fellow Rangers were dismissed with the feeling that they still were not up to what Commander Cruger expected from them.

Sydney and the rest of the Rangers were called into a meeting with Commander Cruger.  Everyone was there, except Jack.  Commander Cruger had a hologram of Emperor Gruumm up and Syd thought he was a definite candidate for a reality makeover show.  Commander Cruger told the group that Squad A Ranger had left to battle Emperor Gruumm's forces.  That left Squad B Rangers to protect the Earth.  Jack, sleepily stumbled into the meeting, after everyone else was done.  They all left.  Syd walked to her room and entered.  At first, she thought she had walked into the wrong room - her bed had been moved and there was clutter everywhere.  Syd walked out and then re-entered the room.  She was upset and noticed Z there with her head on Peanuts - her stuffed elephant.  Syd walked over and yanked Peanuts back and told Z that they needed to talk.  Z was listening to some music and told her later.  Syd unplug the headphones and told her now.  Syd wanted to know what was Z's stuff doing in her room.  Z informed Syd that it was also her room as well.  Jack walked in on their argument and told them to clean their room before leaving for training.  Z thought Jack was joking, but Syd noticed that Jack wasn't smiling.  Jack told them it was an order and left.  Both Syd and Z muttered under their breath, what a jerk.  Syd glanced at Z and they both laughed.  Syd, Z, Bridge, and Sky did the mud/swamp training course.  It wasn't much fun and Syd and her friends were covered in mud.  When they finished, they found Jack lounging on a chair.  Syd and her friends were upset with Jack, Jack was oblivious.  Jack told them they had five minutes to wash up before karate class.  Syd and her friends groaned before leaving.  Later, it was time for the Squad B Rangers to go into battle.  Commander Cruger called forth another meeting and ask them if they accepted Jack as their leader.  Syd, Bridge, Z, and Sky no longer wanted Jack as their leader and Commander Cruger asked Jack to turn in his morpher.  Syd, Z, Bridge, and Sky left to board their Delta Runners.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers had difficulty battling the monster.  Later, Jack reinstated as the leader, appeared and with him they were able to form the megazord and defeat the monster.  Afterwards, Syd, Z, and Bridge were ready to have Jack back as their leader.  Only Sky was reluctant, but Jack was reinstated as the leader.

Sydney, Z, Bridge, and Jack were playing a game of light ball.  Sydney was good humored when the light ball hit her in the back.  Syd pointed out to the group that the real tragedy was that she broke a nail.  The game continued and the light ball landed by Sky.  Syd walked over and asked Sky to join them.  Sky replied that it was a level D game.  Syd told Sky that he used to loved to play the game.  Sky wanted to concentrate on Emperor Gruumm's next move.  Alarms went off, and the game ended.  The Rangers morphed and entered their delta runners.  A monster was attacking the city.  Jack and Sky argued over how to defeat the monster.  The monster disappeared and the Rangers returned to headquarters.  Kat revealed the new arsenal she had for the Rangers - new bikes for Bridge and Jack.  Commander Cruger drew the Rangers' attention to a hologram sent by Squad A Rangers.  The Squad A Rangers were in trouble and when the hologram ended, Commander Cruger feared that they had been eliminated.  Syd was stunned.  Later, the alarm went off again and the Rangers were sent off to stop the Krybots from stealing diamonds.  Syd's ears perked up when she heard the word diamonds.  Syd rode along with Z in the jeep while the guys used their bikes.  On the way to the warehouse, the path was blocked by several Krybots.  Jack and Bridge worked on destroying the Krybots as Syd, Z, and Sky made their way to the warehouse.  They reached the warehouse and Syd was excited to see the crates that contained the diamonds.  There was a teleportation device on the crate and Sky was trying to figure out how to disable it, but Bridge was the mechanic genius.  Z heard muffled voices and investigated the service van while Syd and Sky continued working on the transportation device.  Jack and Bridge arrived and Jack blew apart the transportation device which also blew up the crates.  The diamonds showered the Rangers and Syd told the group that she had a dream just like this, only she was a Princess.  Z asked her to stop before she lost her lunch.  The troubles weren't quite over for the Rangers, as new Krybots appeared, determined to take the diamonds.  Syd used one of the diamonds to deflect the Krybots.  Another battle broke out, but the Rangers soon had the Krybots defeated.  Sky thought someone should stay and guard the diamonds, while the rest of them return to debrief Commander Cruger.  Jack ordered Sky to stay and Sky was upset.  Syd didn't want to leave the diamonds and told Jack that the job was too big for one person.  Jack told Syd she could stay.  Syd stayed busy gathering all the diamonds and placing them in a pile.  Sky grumbled how Jack was deliberately keeping him out of the action, because Jack knew that Sky would be the better Ranger.  Syd looked up and told Sky that Jack had nothing to do with that.  Syd started to toss some of the diamonds on Sky.  Sky told Syd to stop, but Syd continued.  Sky poured his water out of his water bottle onto her head and busted up laughing.  Syd told Sky it took her looking like this to get him to smile.  Sky immediately stopped and turned serious again.  Syd told him that the smile looked good on him and he should join them once in awhile instead of being a longer.  Sky had put up a force field, so that he wouldn't have to listen to Syd and Syd gave up and went back to the diamonds.  She placed one of the diamonds on her finger and asked Sky if a hundred carrots was too big and Sky simply shook his head.  Syd didn't think so.  Sky contacted Jack and found out that a monster was attacking the city.  Jack ordered Sky to stay, but to send Syd for backup.  Syd prepared to leave and was surprised when Sky followed her.  Sky wanted to be part of the action.  Syd couldn't believe Sky would disobeyed a direct order.  Syd and Sky arrived to battle the monster and Jack was furious with Sky for leaving the diamonds.  The Rangers battled and soon had the monster under arrest.

Sydney walked into a room where Z and Bridge were.  She was mad and asked Z where was he.  Z didn't know who Syd was talking about and listed off every male she knew, Jack, Sky, Commander Cruger, Gruumm.  Syd told her that Peanuts was gone.  Z was not sympatric.  Syd told Z that she has had Peanuts since she was five years old.  Z replied that it's only been a year and then told Syd that she did not have Peanuts.  The door opened and Syd was furious to see that RIC had Peanuts in his mouth.  Syd went after RIC and got Peanuts back.  Later, she had gotten one of Bridge's magazines and went to Bridge's room to give the magazine to him.  Bridge was not around, but she noticed that his computer was counting down.  Bridge appeared and Syd told him to duck as they landed on the ground for safety.  Toast popped out of the computer.  Syd and Bridge got up - she couldn't believe he had gotten his computer to make toast.  Syd explained that she had thought his computer was going to explode.  Syd told Bridge that Extreme Upgrade had been delivered to her room and she figured it was his as she gave it to him.  Bridge was excited.  Syd sarcastically acted excited as well - pretending she had such a magazine.  It took a moment, but Bridge finally realized that Syd was not serious.  RIC rushed over and began sniffing Syd.  Syd tried to get RIC to go.  Bridge was surprised - he thought she liked dogs.  Syd replied that she did - her family raised Pedigree Pomeranians.  Syd did not consider RIC a real dog.  An alarm went off and Syd and Bridge went into a meeting with Commander Cruger and the rest of the Rangers.  RIC raced over to Syd and Syd tried to shoo him away.  She became furious with RIC when he pee coolant on her leg.  Syd asked Commander Cruger why they even had RIC.  Commander Cruger came closer and in a low voice told Syd that RIC would not be around much longer.  RIC was quickly becoming updated and the parts needed for him were no longer made.  RIC would soon be deactivated.  The rest of the Rangers were distressed over the news, but not Syd.  Syd told the others that RIC was not a real dog, he was a machine that needed to be replace.  Syd offered to have her father write a check if needed.  Commander Cruger told the Rangers that several citizens had gone missing.  Syd volunteered to look for the missing citizens.  Syd took off in the jeep.  She was irate when she discovered that RIC was riding in the back seat.  She stopped the jeep and told RIC to stay as she stepped out.  Syd walked over to where Piggy lived.  It was smelly and Syd changed her mind about knocking and used her foot to bang Piggy's dumpster.  Piggy answered and told Syd he thought he smelled something clean.  Syd questioned Piggy about seeing anything unusual.  Piggy listed a few things, but it was all normal occurrences.  Syd threaten Piggy with a can of deodorant.  Piggy told Syd to check a area close by as he backed further into his dumpster.  Syd thanked him and went over to where Piggy had seen something strange.  She bent down and noticed the green slime.  Syd gathered a sample, but was interrupted by several Krybots.  She began to battle the Krybots.  During the battle, RIC leaped in front of Syd and took a fatal blow.  RIC landed on the ground and did not move.  Syd was distressed.  She turned her hand into stone and quickly destroyed the Krybots.  Syd went over to RIC and asked him what the Krybots had done to him.  Syd returned to headquarters with RIC.  She also turned in the sample to Kat.  Later, she walked in to see Kat and Commander Cruger.  Commander Cruger complimented her on finding the sample and Kat did as well.  Syd told them she couldn't have done it without RIC and asked how he was.  Commander Cruger told Syd the painful news that RIC had been deactivated.  Syd was stunned.  She walked out of the room and roomed the halls.  Syd noticed a cadet pushing a cart with RIC on top.  She stopped the cadet and asked him what he was doing.  The cadet replied that he was taking old computer parts to be recycle.  Syd asked him if he had sorted out the various items to be recycled.  The cadet was confused and replied that he hadn't.  Syd told him that she would take over and told the cadet to reread the section on recycling in the manual.  Syd happily pushed the cart away.  Syd went to Bridge's room and told him to get off his butt.  Then she noticed that Bridge and Boom were standing on their hands and told him to get up.  She asked the guys if they would like to work on an extreme upgrade - Bridge and Boom were thrilled.  Syd supervised the work Bridge and Boom did on RIC.  Syd had to leave to attend another meeting.  Commander Cruger told the group, everyone was there except Bridge, that more citizens had gone missing.  Commander Cruger asked where Cadet Carson was.  Moments later, Bridge and Boom walked in and excitedly announced RIC version 2.0.  RIC walked into the room and Syd was happy.  She told the guys that she knew they could do it.  Bridge and Boom told everyone of all the upgrades they had done - which sounded more like party enhancements to Commander Cruger.  Bridge and Boom explained that they had also upgraded his weapon and surveillance abilities.  Syd quickly brought the sample of green slime to RIC and asked him if he could track some more down - although Bridge and Boom protested that they hadn't tested RIC yet.  RIC sniffed and then took off, bursting through one of the doors.  Syd and her friends quickly followed RIC in their vehicles.  RIC stopped at a field and began sniffing the ground.  The Rangers stopped and Syd was convinced that RIC had found some more green slime.  She eagerly grabbed a shovel and began digging at the stop that RIC had been sniffing.  After some time, Syd had not uncovered any green slime.  Her friends gathered around her and told her that there was nothing.  Syd was not convinced.  Bridge told Syd that RIC hadn't been tested yet, and it was probably nothing.  Syd was disappointed, RIC had seemed so sure.  Her friends started to leave, calling RIC to them.  Syd thought for a moment and then continued digging.  She was not going to give up on RIC.  Rain started to pour, and Syd continued digging.  The ground began to shake and Syd fell through the hole and into a cavern.  Inside the cavern, Syd found shelves and shelves of green slime.  Syd knew that this proved that RIC was right.  She struggled back up the hole and managed to get back up on the field.  Syd was already planning to go to the spa after this.  She was just about to contact the other Rangers when the monster appeared.  Syd morphed and they fought.  During the battle, Syd's morpher flew into a puddle.  Eventually, the other Rangers and RIC appeared to help Syd.  The Rangers formed the Canine Cannon mode with RIC and soon had the monster arrested.  The Rangers returned to headquarters - excited over another job well done.  They were soon summoned by Commander Cruger and they all thought they had done something wrong.  Instead it was a ceremony to commend RIC for a job well done.  Syd was happy for RIC, but she confessed that she missed the old RIC.  Bridge told her that some of the old RIC was still in the new version - which soon became clear when RIC pee on Commander Cruger.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers laughed.

Sydney was in a meeting with the rest of the Rangers and Commander Cruger.  Commander Cruger informed them that they have not heard anything from A Squad and their status is Missing In Action.  Jack volunteered his team to search for the A Squad, but Commander Cruger said no.  The Rangers were needed to protect Earth.  Commander Cruger then inform the Rangers that their next assignment was to stop a bank robber.  Syd was surprised that there was no photo or description.  Syd asked Commander Cruger who the robber was black or blue, furry or scaly, three arms or two.  Bridge enjoyed Syd's amusing rhyme and told Syd it was just like his bath book.  An alarm went off and the Rangers morphed and began to battle a monster.  They were not successful and had to return to headquarters.  Another meeting was held and Tri-Ridonian monster was named T-Top.  All the Rangers, except Bridge, were convinced this was the bank robber.  The Rangers left to investigate the last bank that had been robbed.  A witness, Diane, describe T-Top perfectly as the bank robber.  The Rangers returned to headquarters, more convinced that T-Top was the bank robber.  Only Bridge disagreed.  Bridge asked if he could follow his own leads.  Commander Cruger told him he could and ask who would like to help Bridge.  Syd turned her head away, not wanting to be pick.  Bridge, noticing all the Ranger's avoidance, volunteered himself.  An alarm went off - T-Top was back and Syd, Sky, Z, and Jack morphed and began to battle T-Top.  T-Top made a building explode and used that as diversion as he vanished.  Syd, Z, Jack, and Sky returned to headquarters.  A short time later, the alarm went off again.  T-Top was back.  The Rangers morphed and went into action using their zord.  Eventually, the Rangers had T-Top bounded and they were thrown when the judgment scanner showed that T-Top was innocent.  The Rangers left their zords and T-Top reverted to a normal size.  T-Top revealed that he was a Tri-Ridonian Bounty Hunter also in search of the bank robber.  Diane appeared on the scene and told the Rangers that T-Top was the alien robbing the banks.  Syd was stunned when Bridge picked up a car and toss it towards Diane.  Diane reverted to her Fernovian form.  It was soon apparent that it was the Fernovian who had been robbing the banks.  Bridge had been right all along.  After the Rangers arrested the Fernovian, they demorphed and asked Bridge how he knew.  Bridge started to explain his leads, but Syd, Sky, Z, and Jack left before Bridge could finish his explanation.  Back at headquarters, Syd, Sky, and Z were in a meeting with Commander Cruger.  Commander Cruger had a hologram of Broodwing and explained who he was.  The Rangers were fearful of what would happen if Broodwing and Emperor Gruumm joined forces.  Commander Cruger had a feeling that they already had.

Sydney was painting and the rest of her friends were relaxing.  Bridge, who had been standing on his head, just had a thought.  Bridge told them that he didn't think it was a conscience that they all had powers and that they were all Power Rangers.  Syd considered what Bridge had just said.  Sky was skeptical telling the group it was Bridge talking.  Jack and Z took what Bridge had to say a little more seriously.  The debate was interrupted by Kat who informed them that there was a giant robot in the city.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers morphed and entered their zords.  They tried to stop Bugglesworth but they couldn't.  Right before their eyes, Bugglesworth made a building disappear.  Only Z noticed the young boy on the group.  Z left the zords while the rest of the Rangers returned to headquarters.  Syd, Jack, Sky, and Bridge reported to Commander Cruger - who had a hard time believing an entire building simply vanished.  Commander Cruger noted that Z was missing and asked where she was.  Jack tried to cover for her, but Sky told Commander Cruger that Z simply left.  Syd was exasperated with Sky as was the rest of the group.  Eventually, the building was found and the Rangers headed towards the beach where the building was.  Syd, Jack, Z, and Sky were blown away by the sight of the building on the beach.  Bridge was simply hungry.  They entered the building, but found no one inside, only a couple of days.  Bridge took a reading on the dolls and told them that there was a reason the dolls were so lifelike.  The humans in the building had been turned into dolls.  The Rangers returned to headquarters and sat at a circular table.  Sky and Z were arguing and Commander Cruger told them to stop.  Commander  Cruger asked them to tell him what they had learned - a building disappears and reappears at a different location, and that humans are being turned into dolls.  Z was convinced that the young boy had been the one to make the building disappear - that he had powers like them.  Sky told the group that they use their powers for good while Z replied that maybe the young boy didn't know the difference yet.  The alarm went off and the Rangers were sent into battle - against Bugglesworth again.  The Rangers, in their zord, tried to handcuff Bugglesworth, but Bugglesworth handcuff the zord instead.  Z, once again, spotted the young boy and left the zord.  Sky managed to get the handcuffs off the zord.  Later, Syd, Bridge, Jack, and Sky found Z with a young boy.  But their arrival startled the young boy and he took off.  The young boy, Sam, had been talking to a doll, Cindy Sunshine, and returned with it.  Bridge was using the doll to try and get a reading as to where Sam was.  Syd and Sky watched Bridge anxiously.  Bridge concluded that Sam was at a junk yard.  Cindy Sunshine vanished from Bridge's hands.  Z and Jack left to search for Sam.  Kat and Boom entered and told Commander Cruger it was urgent that the dolls revert back to humans.  Syd laughed when Boom began to play with the dolls.

Syd, Sky, and Bridge morphed and join Jack and Z in their battle against Orangehead.  The Rangers had a difficult time.  Bugglesworth and Sam were there as well.  Bugglesworth walked off with Sam, but not before Sam teleported Z, Jack, and Orangehead to the beach.  Sydney, Bridge, and Sky returned to headquarters.  Jack and Z had returned as well after retreating from Orangehead.  Syd, Sky, Z, and Jack walked into the command center and saw Bridge playing with the two dolls.  Sky commented that if they didn't do something soon, they would have to build doll houses.  Syd replied enthusiastically that she loved doll houses and then realized what she had said.  Z was upset and Sky asked her why she was taking this so personal.  Syd, Bridge, Jack, and Sky listened as Z told them she understood what it was like being Sam.  Z told them of a painful memory when she was twelve and how the other kids at school made fun of her.  Unable to bare it any longer, Z replicated herself and left the classroom.  Z ran and ran until she was outside.  Syd told Z that was the saddest story she had every heard.  Z continued.  Once outside, Z had run into a monster who had broken her necklace and it wasn't for a cloaked figure, she would never had made it.  Z never found out who the cloaked figure was.  Commander Cruger walked in and told them it was him.  They were all stunned as Commander Cruger gave Z her necklace.  Commander Cruger told them it was time to learn of their share heritage.  Commander Cruger told them that their parents at worked at SPD.  Syd didn't believe it, her mom was a teacher.  Commander Cruger told them that their parents did work at SPD and worked with Kat on the technology for the morphers they know had.   The parents long exposure to the technology had caused them their civilian powers.  Syd told them that she always knew her parents were strange.  Commander Cruger told them that Sam was the last one.  The Rangers were determined to find Sam and went in separate directions to search for him.  Syd went to the beach and called for Samuel several times, but never found Sam.  Later, Syd, Sky, Bridge, and Jack were sent to help Z, who had found Sam, but now was battling several Krybots, Orangehead, and Bugglesworth.  Syd, Bridge, Jack, and Sky morphed and began to battle with Z.  Together they destroyed several Krybots, Orangehead, and a Bluehead.  They also arrested Bugglesworth.  Once Bugglesworth was arrested, the dolls were reverted back to people.  Later, the Rangers got Sam a bike which he was thrilled with.  Sam thanked them and then teased them calling them old and weird.  Sam was now a cadet at the academy and told them that the wanted to be a Ranger like them.  Several cadets walked in and asked Sam if he was coming.  Sam told them he had to go with his peeps as he walked out with his bike.  Syd laughed and then asked if she was old.  Jack told her she wasn't old, just weird.  Syd didn't know what to say, and Sky came up and put his arm around her and they walked out together.

Sydney was filing her nails as she walked around the room.  The rest of the Rangers were just as restless and bored.  Commander Cruger had left for two days and nothing had happened in that time.  Bridge noticed something on the screen and tried to get Jack's attention.  Syd walked over and she was surprised at what she saw.  Syd and Bridge tried to get Jack's attention, but he was still talking about being in charge.  Sky walked over to Syd and Bridge and his mouth dropped open.  They hollered at Jack and he finally came over.  Bridge pointed out that a UFO was approaching Newtech City.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers morphed, entered their delta runners, and formed the megazord.  The UFO had crashed by the time they arrived and they quickly put out the fire.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers departed from their zord.  A lone figure emerged from the UFO and removed his helmet.  It turned out to be Dru Harrington - an old friend of Sky's.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers headed back to headquarters with Dru.  Dru told them he had been chasing a monster when he crashed.  Syd was glad to see that he was okay.  Syd and Z listened as Dru told them what had happened, while Jack remained skeptical.  Sky and Dru had identical SPD bracelets which was a custom on Dru's planet - to exchange bracelets with your best friend.  Jack still thought of them as guys wearing bracelets and Syd smiled.  The smiled vanished when Dru told Jack he must not have a best friend.  Syd and Z walked away and sat together and talk.  The following morning, Syd, Z, and Sky listened as Bridge told them a dream he had about an alien that turned out to be him.  Jack walked up and wanted to apologize to Sky - but Sky would not accept his apology.  Kat notified the Rangers that there was a breach in security - an alien creature in the engine room.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers quickly left, morphed, and began battling the creature.  The creature left and Jack seemed to know where he had went.  Commander Cruger returned and Syd and her friend lined up and waited for his arrival.  Commander Cruger already knew of the security breach and asked how it happened.  Syd and her friends tried to cover for Sky, but Sky told Commander Cruger it had been him.  Suddenly a Commander Cruger flew off his feet as he was shot.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers raced to his side and were upset as Commander Cruger was barely breathing.  Commander Cruger was taken to the infirmary where Syd, Z, Bridge, and eventually Jack and Sky kept an eye over him.  They were concern that Commander Cruger would not make it.  Kat told them that an ordinary human would not have, but Commander Cruger was a tough old dog.  Commander Cruger responded with who are you calling an old dog.  Syd and her friends were very happy to see that Commander Cruger was okay.  Later, the Rangers gathered together.  Bridge thought that Dru/scary monster guy would be in sector C.  Sky knew where Dru was and asked if he could talk to Jack privately.  Syd, Z, and Bridge left.  Ten minutes later, Syd, Z, Bridge, and Jack morphed and joined Sky in his battle against Dru.  Dru was in his alien form and had suddenly grown large.  The Rangers called for their zords and battle him.  Dru reverted to human form and Sky arrested him.

Sydney was very excited.  It was the day before her birthday and she got dressed up.  She walked into the rec room where her friends were surprised that the next day was her birthday.  Syd told them about how her parents like to take her out to an expensive restaurant, a ride in the limo, and so forth to celebrate.  The rest of the Rangers wanted to know where their invitations were and Syd told them not to be silly - she knew that they would be working.  Syd tried to pretend the event was no big deal.  The Rangers were called into a meeting by Commander Cruger and Kat.  A hologram of Sinuka was displayed as Commander Cruger told them that Sinuka had escape from a satellite prison on KO-35 and they feared he was headed for Earth.  The Rangers asked them why.  Kat explained that Sinuka had been hired by evil forces because he was brilliant with weapons and Sinuka used to work with an associate in Newtech City - Dr. Rheas.  Commander Cruger put Jack in charge of surveillance and told him to pick one Ranger to help him.  Jack picked Syd.  Syd was upset - she was going to miss her dinner.  Jack told her that he thought she had said it was no big deal.  Syd told Jack that she had lied.  Later, Syd and Jack moved into the shabby apartment that was across from Dr. Rheas' laboratory.  Syd was thrilled to time in such a grimy place.  Jack told her to stop complaining and that she would have other birthday.  Jack soon spotted Dr. Rheas and thought she was very pretty.  Syd thought Dr. Rheas was only sorted of pretty.  Jack was surprised that Commander Cruger had not said anything.  Syd replied that maybe Jack didn't think a woman could be both intelligent and beautiful.  Syd stormed off.   Later, she returned to the window to keep an eye on Dr. Rheas.  She was very excited when Dr. Rheas left the building.  She asked Jack if they could leave now and Jack told her that they couldn't leave until Commander Cruger told them they could.  Syd was disappointed.  This was not how she wanted to spend her birthday.  Jack answered the door - it was a pizza delivery.  Syd was excited and sat down at the table as Jack brought the pizza over.  Syd told Jack that at least she would have a birthday pizza.  Jack told her that the pizza was not for her - had he known she wanted one, he would have ordered a larger pizza.  Syd pretended that she didn't want the greasy pizza anyways.  Piggy stuck his head in the window and told them that he did - he had followed the pizza delivery for three blocks.  Syd was not happy to see Piggy and got up - telling Jack that her birthday was ruined.  Syd sat on a couch as Piggy made his way in and asked Jack what was wrong with the princess.  Syd glanced at them as Jack told Piggy that Syd was upset because he made her work on his birthday.  Jack was surprised when Piggy thought it was rather harsh and asked Jack how he would like to work on his birthday.  For once, Syd was happy with Piggy.  Jack told them he had to go for a walk and left.  Later, Piggy drew Syd's attention to the window - commenting on what he was seeing was better than reality TV.  Syd walked over to take a look and she became furious when she saw Jack and Dr. Rheas hugging.  Jack returned to the apartment and Syd began to berate Jack.  She told Jack that he had blown their cover.  Jack explained that Dr. Rheas had gotten her bag stolen from a Krybot and he had returned it and walked her home.  Syd was not impressed and asked Jack if Dr. Rheas was impressed with the big, strong, Red Ranger.  Jack told her that Dr. Rheas did not know that he was the Red Ranger - the fact of the matter was they had talked about birthdays.  Syd was puzzled and asked him why.  Jack wanted to know why Syd's birthday or anyone's birthday was such a big deal.  Syd thought for a moment and then replied that you mean no one has ever made a fuss over your birthday.  Jack told her that he didn't have a birthday - he didn't even know when it was.  Syd felt bad and told Jack that he must have thought her a spoiled brat when she was making such a fuss over hers.  Jack apologized and they smiled at each other before their morphers went off.  Syd and Jack morphed and joined the rest of the Rangers.  They called for their delta runners and quickly form the megazord to battle Sinuka in a giant robot.  Sinuka replicate himself and the Rangers were busy fighting off the copies, but not the real thing.  They were very frustrated when Sinuka got away.  Later, Syd, Z, Bridge, and Sky morphed and joined Jack as he battled Sinuka once again.  The Rangers had to call for their delta runners and form the megazord again.  It was another difficult battle, but the Rangers destroyed the giant robot.  Sinuka had ejected and the Rangers did the same.  The Rangers used the Canine Cannon mode to arrest and contain Sinuka.  Later, Syd walked in a park and was surprised and delighted when her friends jumped up and yelled surprised.  Syd ran over and gave Jack a hug.  Along with Jack, Z, Bridge, Sky, Commander Cruger, Kat, Dr. Rheas and several other friends were there.  Jack gave Syd a cupcake and told her it was all he could get.  Syd understood - she had the same kind of salary.  She wanted to give Jack something as well.  Syd split the cupcake in half and told Jack that she wanted him to celebrate his birthday on the same day as hers.  Jack was touched and Syd told him that if he played his cards right - he could soak up the birthday thing for a week.  Syd and Jack smiled at each other until Piggy took the cupcakes.  Syd wanted to know who had invited Piggy - and Jack told her he had to - it was the only way to get information from him.  Syd didn't really care and she and Jack hugged once more.

Morphed, Sydney and Jack were battling an Orangehead.  They were having a difficult time and Syd wanted to call for backup.  Jack felt that they could take on the Orangehead on their own.  After being tossed several times to the ground, Jack changed his mind.  Syd called for backup only to discover that Sky was about to call them for backup.  A monster was attacking the city.  Jack told Syd to go, but Syd was reluctant to leave Jack alone with the Orangehead.  Jack told her to do and she reluctantly joined the other Rangers in their battle against the monster.  Syd entered her delta runner and they soon had the monster contained and in tears.  Jack managed to destroy the Orangehead.  They all returned to headquarters and the control room.  They sat around the circular table chuckling over the fact that the monster had cried.  Kat was there was well.  Commander Cruger walked and angrily asked them if they were laughing at him.  Still in good humor, the Rangers told him that they weren't and tried to explain, but Commander Cruger wouldn't hear it.  Commander Cruger told them that they were in the control room and to stop their childish behavior.  All the Rangers were stunned and taken aback.  Jack told Commander Cruger that he couldn't talk to them like that.  Commander Cruger told Jack that he was glad that he was finally becoming a leader and told him to lead the team out of the room.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers quickly left the room.  They walked in another room and wondered what had brought on Commander Cruger's outburst.  Syd thought he had been acting strange all week.  Kat came in and told them that several years ago, Commander Cruger's plant, Sirius was attacked by Emperor Gruumm and he had lost anything.  Kat added that it did not excuse Commander Cruger's behavior.  The following day, the Rangers were back at the control room and much more somber.  Bridge sneezed and immediately apologize.  Kat and Commander Cruger were in the control room as well.  Kat called Commander Cruger over.  Kat was getting a strange reading.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers quietly stood behind them as they talked.  Commander Cruger simply thought the program was malfunctioning, but Kat told him it was doubtful as she designed it.  Commander Cruger turned around and the Rangers as one backed away.  Commander Cruger told them to investigate and the Rangers quickly did.  The reading was at Piggy's new establishment - a restaurant called Piggy's.  All of Piggy's customers left as soon as they found out SPD was on the way.  Piggy was angry at them and Syd couldn't believe anyone would want to eat his disgusting food - which Piggy took as a compliment.  They asked him about any unusual activity and suddenly a cloaked creature - General Benaag - appeared out of hiding.  Jack commented that it looked like Piggy's had a rat infestation and both Syd and Z replied in unison that they hate rats!  General Benaag tossed a small circular container to Jack and told them to take it back to headquarters.  The Rangers returned to headquarters and the control room.  Kat and Commander Cruger were there.  A hologram of General Benaag appeared and he challenged Commander Cruger.  The Rangers were surprised when Commander Cruger told them he would not fight.  Kat told Commander Cruger that it was time for him to tell the Rangers what had happened to him.  Syd listened in stunned silence as Commander Cruger told them of his past.  Commander Cruger's plant, Sirius, was attacked by Emperor Gruumm, General Benaag, and hundreds of Krybots.  His planet formed an resistance - the first SPD and Commander Cruger was part of the squad.  In the end, the evil forces over powered them.  Commander Cruger was knocked out.  When Commander Cruger came to, his planet had been destroyed and he was the last of his end.  Commander Cruger finished by telling them he had vowed to never use his sword again.  Later, headquarters began to shake.  Kat told them it was energy tremors.  Commander Cruger sent the Rangers out.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers morphed and went into their delta runners.  They tried to stop a Bluehead in a giant robot, but were unable to do so.  The Bluehead put several spikes into the ground, throughout the city.  The Rangers were called back into headquarters by Commander Cruger.  They were furious and met Commander Cruger again in the control room.  Sky angrily told Commander Cruger that he could have removed the spikes.  Commander Cruger told them that they didn't know what would happened when the spikes were removed.  The Rangers did not want to wait.  Commander Cruger yelled for Kat, but she did not appear.  Boom entered and told them that something was wrong.  Boom could not find Kat and she was not answering her communicator.  Syd and the rest were astonished when RIC suddenly took off and left the room.

Syd and her friends remained in the control room with Commander Cruger and Boom.  Commander Cruger told Boom he wanted him to analyze the data on the robot and the spikes.  Boom left promptly.  Jack told Commander Cruger that it may not be his place, but he felt that Commander Cruger was losing it.  Z and Sky backed Jack up.  Syd also stepped over and told Commander Cruger that she agreed with Jack.  Bridge did as well.  Commander Cruger told them he did not tell them everything about his past and told them if his missing wife.  Syd and her friends felt that Commander Cruger had done the best that he could do.  Syd and her friends left to investigate the disappearance of Kat and they went to Piggy's - scaring away all his customers.  At first, Piggy wouldn't give them any info and it was only after Z and Bridge threaten to make Piggy's SPD's new handout that Piggy told them that Emperor Gruumm was on Earth.  Syd and her friends return to headquarters where they gave Commander Cruger the information.  Boom returned with information on the spikes.  Boom told the group that the spikes were proton spikes and have been activated.  If the spikes are pulled from the ground, they will explode.  Boom also told them that another spike - a mega neutron spike - when placed would activated the rest of the spikes and catastrophe would follow.  RIC stumbled in, obviously hurt.  Syd was upset and raced to his side.  Another message from General Benaag appeared.  General Benaag had captured Kat and expected Commander Cruger to come alone and fight him.  After the message had played, Jack suggested that he and Z find Kat while the rest of the Rangers went after the robot.  Instead, Commander Cruger sent them all after the robot, despite Syd and her friends' protests.  Syd and her friends morphed and entered their delta runners.  They formed the megazord and soon were in the city.  They found the robot quickly, but it was a difficult battle.  Eventually they stopped they stopped the robot from placing the seventh spike and destroyed him.  The Rangers went to the quarry where they spotted another Ranger.  Syd noticed the Ranger's sword immediately as Commander Cruger's and the Rangers realized that it was Commander Cruger, as the Shadow Ranger, battling General Benaag.  The Shadow Ranger found General Benaag guilty of destroying five planets, but not of the disappearance of his wife.  Shadow Ranger soon had General Benaag in a containment card.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers gathered around Shadow Ranger - thrilled for his victory.  Shadow Ranger disappeared and the Rangers soon found him with Kat in his arms.  Syd and the rest of the Rangers walked along with Shadow Ranger and Kat.  Later, they went to Piggy's to celebrate.  Piggy was not happy to see them as they had scared away 40 customers.  Syd, Z, Bridge, Sky, Jack, Kat, Commander Cruger, and Boom sat at a table while Commander Cruger offered a toast to his comrades in arms.  Syd and her friends took a sip of water and promptly spit it back out.  Piggy's fresh gutter water was not to their liking.

Sydney, Z, Bridge, Jack, and Sky were in the simulation room with Commander Cruger.  Commander Cruger wanted the five of them to try and defeat him.  Sydney and friends suited up.  Shadow Ranger ordered a rooftop simulation.  The Rangers began battling against Shadow Ranger and it was not as easy as they thought it was going to be.  Syd and Z worked together against Shadow Ranger.  Shadow Ranger told them that they worked well as a team, but to keep working hard.  Syd and Z were impressed with Shadow Ranger's fighting skills.  Syd thought that Shadow Ranger could beat up Gruumm all by himself.  After the training, Syd and her friends went to the rec room.  Syd told her friends that she liked saving the planet, but with Shadow Ranger on their side, she would have more time to work on her tan.  Her friends agreed that they wouldn't have to work as hard with Shadow Ranger in their court.  That night, Syd was awaken in her sleep by Kat.  Kat informed the cadets that a perp was downtown.  Syd joined her friends - scaring Bridge who thought he was still dreaming.  Syd had a facial mask on and she was disgruntled that she would have to battle with guacamole on her face.  Syd and her friends suited up and headed towards the city.  They soon encountered Drakel.  The battle was tough and Jack called for Shadow Ranger for backup, but Shadow Ranger never appeared.  The Rangers continued the battle until daylight.  Drakel was unable to survive in daylight and fled, dropping a device on his way.  Syd and her friends returned to headquarters, furious with Commander Cruger.  Commander Cruger told them that they fought fine without him before and they could do so now.  Kat walked in the control and Sky passed a devise Drakel had dropped.  Kat appeared concerned.  Commander Cruger told them that they could not get any help from Kat and that they could do this on their own.  Syd and her friends left and headed to Piggy's.  Piggy became frightened when Bridge showed him the device.  Piggy told them that it was a class five containment field - used for containing the evil.  The evil is awaken every one hundred years and legend has it is a piece of the abyss itself in stone form.  The stone had immense power.  Syd and her friends asked Piggy where the evil was.  Piggy told them it was in their own backyard - Ye Olde Bookstore.  Syd and her friends went to the bookstore, but they find any evil, just piles of book.  Baskin walked out between the shelves and introduced himself.  Baskin asked if he could help them.  Syd told him that they were looking for an evil stone.  Baskin listed off Rolling Stones and several other books with stone in it's title, but told them that there were no evil stone.  Kat contacted the Rangers and told them they were needed and was sending them their runners.  Syd and her friends left, suited up, entered their runners, and formed the megazord.  They quickly found the giant robot.  Pink Ranger was surprised when she found out it was only a foot solider piloting the giant robot.   The Rangers felt that they had been tricked.  The Rangers defeated the robot, but their job was not done.  They ejected from the robot to faced a more powerful Drakel - Drakel had gotten a hold of the stone.  The Rangers began battling Drakel and they were having a difficult time and were confident that Shadow Ranger will help them.   The Rangers spotted Commander Cruger on a rooftop and their confidence increased.  Instead Commander Cruger wouldn't help them - despite their pleads.  Red Ranger asked him why he wouldn't help them and Commander Cruger told them that they could do this themselves.  Red Ranger returned to the rest of the Rangers and told them lets show him.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers arrested and contain Drakel.  With Drakel contained, his increased powers were lost and the stone was freed.  Green Ranger carefully placed the evil in a metal case.  Syd and her friends return to the bookstore and returned the evil to Baskin.  Syd told Baskin that he had really fooled them with his dopey shopkeeper character.  Baskin told him that in two thousand years, it was the first time the evil had been taken from him.  Baskin decided that maybe he should go to New Zealand where no one would find him.  Baskin told them to keep up the fight before vanishing.  Syd and her friends return to headquarters and the control room.  They were all angry with Commander Cruger and wanted to know where Shadow Ranger was.  Commander Cruger faced them and told them that he had overheard their conversation about taking it easy.  Syd and her friends were abashed as Commander Cruger told them that they had lower their guard and that not one Ranger was more important than the other.  Syd and her friends realized their mistaken and made the commitment to work harder as a team.  Commander Cruger was pleased and told them he was glad as he was tired of seeing them getting their morphers kicked all over town.  Syd and her friends were surprised by Commander Cruger's comments and then laughed.

Sydney was with her friends.  They were preparing the Squad D cadets for the next training session against Krybots.  Although the Squad D cadets were confident they could defeat the Krybots, when several appeared, their confidence turned to fear.  The Squad D cadets were not doing well against the Krybots.  Syd stood with her friends with a clipboard in her hand, making notes.  She asked Jack if he thought they should help them.  Jack glanced up, smiled, and told Syd that maybe they would help in a minute or two.   Syd grinned back and then went back to her clipboard.  During the training session only one D cadet appeared to have any talent - Sophie.  Sydney and her friends ended the training session and the outdoors reverted back to the simulation room.  Sky dismiss the Squad D cadets for lunch.  Syd approached Sophie and told her she had great reflexes.  Sophie was very happy and excited that Syd had paid her such a high compliment.  Bridge was also complimentary.  Later, headquarters started to shake.  When it stopped, Commander Cruger sent Kat, Syd, and the rest of the B Squad cadets to check out the area where the sizmatic activity was the greatest.  Syd and her friends came upon a massive hold and tried to figure out what had happened.  Syd suggested that maybe it was an excavation site.  Her friends did not think so, and Kat felt that instead of something digging in, something had dug out.  Syd and her friends returned to headquarters.  Syd and the rest of her squad returned to training the Squad D cadets.  This time they were outside and preparing them for the unexpected when, unexpectedly, the training session was interrupted by Valko and several Krybots.  Syd and her squad told Squad D that this was real and had them stay in the background.  Valko told them that he wanted their Series One Processor Hyper Intelligent Encryptor.  Syd and the rest of her squad did not know what Valko was talking about.  Z told Valko that they weren't giving him anything.  Syd added except maybe twenty years in containment.  A battle broke out and Syd and her squad suited up.  Green Ranger got the Squad D cadets inside headquarters while Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battle Valko and the several Krybots.  Soon a giant robot appeared and began firing at their base.  The Rangers were unable to access their delta runners.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers watched in amazement as their headquarters began to separate and become the Delta Command Crawler.  The Delta Command Crawler began to fire at the robot - which surprised Valko.  Kat was able to send the Rangers their runners.  Green Ranger entered his from base while the rest of the Rangers entered their runner as it approached them.  They quickly formed the megazord and began to battle the giant robot.  The battle went well and the giant robot went down.  The Rangers received a shock when huge mechanical tentacles reach up and grabbed the fallen robot and then submerged underground.  Syd and her friends returned to headquarters and Syd came to the conclusion that the creature was Goradon.  Bridge wanted to check on Sophie - who had been injured earlier - and they all walked in on her.  Syd and her friends were stunned to see Sophie working on her own arm.  Sophie was surprised by their appearance as well.  Syd and her friends were surprised that Sophie was a cyborg.  Sophie told them that she was afraid to tell them the truth.  Syd replied that instead she hid it from them.  Sky brought up the fact that the computer had been hacked into.  Sophie told them that it had been her, but only because she wanted to help.  None of the Rangers believed her and they expelled her from the academy.  Syd watched Sophie sadly leave the room.

Sydney and the rest of the B Squad cadets were training the D Squad cadets.  Commander Cruger walked up and Sydney and her friends stood at a attention.  Commander Cruger noted that there was a cadet missing from D Squad.  Sky proudly told Commander Cruger that they had expelled Sophie from the academy because she was a cyborg and posed a threat.  Commander Cruger become furious with them and ordered them to find Sophie.  Syd and her friends did what they always do when they need information - they headed for Piggy's.  Piggy was not happy to see them because, once again, all his customers had taken off.  Syd and her friends asked Piggy if he had seen Sophie and he hadn't.  They didn't understand why his customers ran away every time they showed up.  Piggy told them that to his customers, they were the monsters.  Syd and her friends continued their search for Sophie without any luck.  They gathered together again and Syd told them that she couldn't believe that she was prejudice.  Bridge had a thought and stood on his head for a moment.  When Bridge got back on his feet, he asked them if they remembered what Valko was looking for - Series One Processor.  The rest of the cadets finished the rest for him - Hyper Intelligent.  Syd finished with Encryptor.  Syd and her friends realized that Valko were after Sophie.  Piggy appeared with information about Valko's location.  Piggy gave the information only after negotiating with Jack that the cadets could not come to his wagon for one minute.  Syd and her friends went to Weary Woods to search for Valko and  Sophie.  Valko had spotted them on his computer screen.  Valko and several Krybots attacked Syd and her friends.  Syd and her friends battle using their unique abilities before suiting up.  They had arrested Valko, but he managed to escape before they could place him in a containment devise.  Kat contacted the Rangers and told them that Goradon was attacking the city.  The Rangers left and quickly entered their runners and formed the megazord.  They had a difficult time and soon Goradon was about to devour them.  Kat was in the Delta Command Crawler and fired upon Goradon.  Goradon released the megazord and Commander Cruger ordered the Rangers back to headquarters.  Syd and the rest of her squad entered the command center.  Sophie was there as well.  They needed to get phase two of the defense system working, but didn't have the time.  Sophie volunteered to use her programming to help.  Kat realized that Sophie could help or could cause them a lot of damage.  Bridge backed Sophie up.  Syd told them to let Sophie do it.  The cadets were sent back to their megazord while Sophie began working on phase two.  The Rangers were in their megazord and saw the transformation of the base into the Delta Command Megazord.  They entered the new zord through chutes that connected the two zords.  Pink Rangers and the rest of the Rangers were impressed with the new Delta Command Megazord.  Shadow Ranger was already inside the Delta Command Megazord.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers took their positions.  They battled Goradon and destroyed him.  The following day, Syd was in the eating area.  She sat at a table with Jack.  Sky was having problems with the food machine when Sophie walked in to help him.  Bridge walked in as well and announced that Sophie would be leaving for another quadrant to help them.  Sophie was thrilled.  Syd and her friends were happy for her.

Syd, Z, and Bridge were watching a martial arts film in the rec room.  A cadet came in with an older couple and the older couple asked them if they knew where they could find Boom.  Syd, Bridge, and Z quickly got to their feet.  Syd told them yeah sure.  The older couple introduced themselves as Boom's parents - Phil and Louise.  Z introduced herself and Syd, while Bridge introduced himself.  Syd, Z, and Bridge were ready to find Boom for them.  Mr. & Mrs. Boom had a good idea of where to find him - in the weight room.  Syd was surprised and said Boom's name in a surprised voice.  Bridge asked RIC to located Boom.  RIC lead them down a corridor to a broom closet door.  The door slid open and Boom fell down.  Boom quickly got up and told his parents he was doing closet surveillance.  Boom's parents hugged him and told him how proud they were of their Power Ranger.  Syd, Z, and Bridge exchange glances while Boom gave them a sheepish grin.  After Boom's parents had left, Syd, Bridge, and Z cornered Boom.  Syd couldn't believe that Boom had told is parents that he was a Power Ranger and an Orange Ranger at that.  Boom tried to explained.  Boom told them that the didn't have the hart to tell them that he had been dismissed from the academy and pointed out how happy his parents were.  Later, Syd, Z, and Bridge sat together in the rec room.  Z was telling them that Boom had only told his parents a little white lie and it hadn't hurt anyone.  Z wanted to help Boom.  So did Syd.  She wanted to help Boom after all they had done for them.  Bridge wanted to help as well, but he asked them what would happen if Commander Cruger found out.  Z told them that they would make sure that Commander Cruger didn't find out.  Syd, Z, and Bridge decided to put their plan into action.  Syd and Bridge changed into their training outfits and waited in the training room for Z and Boom to arrive.  Shortly they did, along with Boom's parents.  Syd and Z put Boom through some training, including lifting weights and practicing some martial arts moves.  Bridge kept a close eye out for Commander Cruger. Eventually Commander Cruger came walking down the corridor.  Bridge hollered out a warning and Syd, Bridge, and Z dog piled Boom to hide him from Commander Cruger's view.  Commander Cruger passed by, saying a polite hello to Boom's parents, and continued on his way, unaware of Boom in the training /exercise room.  Later, Syd and her friends returned to the rec room.  Z, Syd, and Boom sat down with Bridge behind them, facing Boom's parents who were also sitting down.  Boom told his parents how he took it easy on them on the training session.  Kat's voice came over the loudspeaker as she announced that the Rangers were wanted in the command center.  Boom's parents were eager to see Boom in action.  Bridge thought now was a good time for Boom to tell his parents the truth.  Syd continue the charade by telling Boom's parents that their commander had promised to let them do the next mission on their own.  Boom's parents were disappointed, but they let them go.  Syd, Z, and Bridge entered the command center where Commander Cruger and Kat waited.  Commander Cruger informed them that Jack and Sky had gone missing after investigating an energy source.   Bridge promised Commander Cruger that they would find them and they left.  Syd, Bridge, and Z located Sky's and Jack's motorcycles.  Syd felt the bikes and told them that they were still warm.  A Bluehead appeared with a laptop and told them that the only way they would find their friends is with the laptop.  Syd, Z, and Bridge suited up and began to battle the Bluehead.  Green Ranger managed to get the laptop from the Bluehead.  Much to their surprise, another Ranger appeared on the scene - Orange Ranger.  Despite Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers' attempts to stop him, Orange Ranger insisted on helping them.  Instead of helping, Orange Ranger caused the laptop to go back into the hands of the Bluehead.  Bluehead took off with the laptop.  Pink Ranger walked up to Orange Ranger and asked him what he was thinking and told him that he had messed up big time.  The Rangers returned to headquarters and the command center.  They told Commander  Cruger about the laptop.  Commander Cruger was puzzled as to how they had the laptop and then the Bluehead managed to get it back.  Syd, Z, and Bridge tried to find some excuses when Boom walked in and told Commander Cruger that it was his fault.  Boom told a stunned Commander Cruger that he had pretended to be a Ranger to impress his parents.  Boom turned in his resignation and Commander Cruger accepted, much to the surprised of Syd, Z, Bridge, and Kat.  Boom left the command center.  Syd, Z, Bridge and Kat went into the lab and began working on trying to find the relocate to find Sky and Jack.  They were having problems.  Syd told Kat to keep trying.  Boom walked in and  Kat was happy to see him and told him of the problems they were having.  Boom quickly spotted the problem of the computer portals being plugged in wrong and quickly fixed the problem.  The analyzer was back working again and they found where Sky and Jack were.  Syd was excited and told the group that's it, we got them.  Commander Cruger walked in and Kat told him that the analyzer had found Jack and Sky.  Kat had a gadget that could take a person to Jack and Sky and then return all of them to headquarters.  Syd immediately wanted to be the one to go, as did Z and Bridge.  Commander Cruger told them no, he had already lost the A Squad and the three of them were Earth's last defense.  Boom volunteered to go, as it was what he did best.  Commander Cruger agreed to Boom going.  Boom transported out while Syd, Z, Bridge, Kat and Commander Cruger waited anxiously in the lab.  After some time, Boom returned with Sky and Jack.  Syd ran over to Sky and gave him a hug - happy to see that he was safe.  Tamars - who had transported Sky and Jack - was not about to give up and was coming out of the computer.  Boom quickly ran and unplugged the computer, stopping Tamars.  Commander Cruger felt that it was not the last that they had seen of Tamars.  Commander Cruger told Boom that he had not signed his letter of resignation and therefore, Commander Cruger could not accept it.  Syd and her friends cheered for Boom.

The alarms at headquarters had gone off.  Syd, Z, and Bridge entered the command center where Sky and Bridge were already and suited up.  They quickly entered their delta runners and form the megazord.  They battle Wootox in a giant robot.  Wootox managed to get away from them.  Shadow Ranger joined the battle and soon Wootox was out of his robot and on the ground.  The battle continued with the Rangers capturing Wootox and bring him back to headquarters.  Sky and Jack escorted Wootox up the evaluator and towards the holding cells.  Sydney returned to her quarters.  She stood in front of a full length mirror and began singing.  Much to her astonishment, "Sky" walked into her room.  Syd turned around and asked "Sky" if he mind.  "Sky" did not reply.  Syd told "Sky" to get out of her room.  "Sky" left.  Later, Syd and Z were sitting in the rec room.  Syd was telling Z that "Sky" just barged into their room.  "Sky" walked in and neither Syd nor Z were happy to see him.  Z reminded "Sky" of the rule book which stated that no cadet can enter another cadet's quarters without permission.  "Sky" told them that he had forgot and Syd told him to not forget again.  "Sky" left the rec room.  Later, Syd, Z, Bridge, Jack, and "Sky" were called into the command center with Commander Cruger.  Commander Cruger told them that Wootox was a dangerous criminal and that they had his permission to judge and contain him.  "Sky" wanted to do the task immediately, although Bridge did not see what the rush was about.  Commander Cruger agreed with "Sky".  The alarms went off and Kat announced that "Wootox" had broken out of his cell.  The B Squad cadets immediately went searching for "Wootox".  Syd, Z, Bridge, and Jack went in one direction, while "Sky" went off in another direction.  Syd, Bridge, Jack, and Z had no luck in finding "Wootox" and they decided to contact "Sky".  Syd tried to get a hold of "Sky", but she never got an answer.  Her friends thought maybe "Sky" had found "Wootox".  Syd replied that she hoped it wasn't the other way around.  Eventually Syd and her friends found "Sky" battling "Wootox".  They immediately went to "Sky's" defense.  Syd battle "Wootox" as he made a beeline for her.  Eventually "Wootox" retreated before the Rangers could contain him.  Syd, Jack, Bridge, Z, and "Sky" were ready to go after him.  "Sky" instructed them to go one way, while he went in a different direction.  Jack was puzzled as to why "Sky" always wanted to go alone.  Syd and her friends continued their search for "Wootox".  The search continued outdoors and much to their amazement they saw "Wootox" running towards them.  They quickly suited up and began firing at "Wootox".  "Wootox" leaped over their heads and entered headquarters.  The doors sealed shut before Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Green Ranger, and Red Ranger could enter.  They became very concern when they saw the base begin to form the Delta Command Megazord.  Pink Ranger, Green Ranger, Red Ranger, and Yellow Ranger knew that the zord was being piloted by "Wootox" as the zord prepared to fire upon the city.  Just before any damage could be done, the megazord stopped powering up.  Pink Ranger took a deep breath and told the others thank goodness.  "Wootox" and "Blue Ranger" ejected from the zord and they began to battle.  During the battle "Blue Ranger" demorph.  Pink Ranger, Red Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Green Ranger were quick to come to the aid of "Sky".  Before they could fire, they were stopped by Shadow Ranger who informed the group that the bodies of Wootox and Sky may have been switched. "Sky" was adamant that they fired upon "Wootox" and Pink Ranger thought that he sounds like Sky.  Red Ranger came up with a plan to be able to tell who's who.  Red Ranger tossed a red ball and RIC went to fetch it.  Initially RIC approached "Sky" and then he turned away and approach "Wootox", dropping the ball at "Wootox's" feet.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers realized that Shadow Ranger was right.  They quickly grabbed a hold of "Sky" and held him so that "Wootox" and "Sky" could switch bodies again.  After the switch, the Rangers quickly arrested Wootox and place him in a containment devise.

Sydney was sitting in the rec room.  She was looking through a magazine with her face and name on the cover.  Bridge, Sky, Jack, and Z were there as well.  Jack was separate from the group and staring out the window.  Bridge was trying to read Z's energy thoughts while Sky looked on.  Bridge told Z that he had it, she thought he was losing his mind.  Z confirm that was what she was thinking.  Sky commented that he thought the same thing and Syd confirm that she had the same thought as well.  Bridge was triumphant.  Sky asked him to read Jack's energy thoughts.  Bridge did telling them that Jack's thoughts were, it's not fair, why won't Commander Cruger let me use the shadow saber, he knows I would beat him, that's why.  The group called Jack's attention and asked him what he was thinking.  Jack repeated everything that Bridge had said.  Bridge told them it was the weapon of the future - the ability to read energy thoughts.  The alarms went off and the Rangers were called into the command center.  Syd and her friends hurried to the command center.  Commander Cruger and Kat was there.  Commander Cruger told them that they had an unusual energy reading from Japan.  As they watched the screen, a creature appeared, that Commander Cruger recognized as Katana - a powerful Samurai.  Commander Cruger told the group that they were to go to Kyoto, Japan.   Syd and her friends were transported to Kyoto, Japan.  Syd commented that the warrior could be anywhere.  Sky thought it was time to break out their new weapon - Bridge.  Bridge read Katana's energy thoughts and soon they were on a trail to find Katana.  Syd and her friends found Katana as he was chasing people who had arrived in their armored dragons.  Katana spotted them and noted their aggressive stance.  Katana assumed they were warriors intent on taking Kyoto.  Syd and her friends battle Katana.  After a while, several Krybots appeared - released by Broodwing.  Syd and her friends were soon battling the Krybots and did not notice that Katana had slipped away until after the Krybots' defeat.  Syd and her friends continued to search for Katana.  They found him and began battling with Katana again.  Earlier Broodwing had told Katana that the Rangers wanted to take Kyoto for their own.  Katana managed to slip away again.   Syd pointed her friends' direction to the sky.  A giant robot was attacking the city.  Syd and her friends contacted Commander Cruger.   Commander Cruger and the entire SPD headquarters were on their way.  Syd and her friends suited up and another battle broke out between the Rangers and Katana. Once the base arrived, Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers entered their delta runners and started battling the giant robot.  Shadow Ranger called the Rangers back - stating they need more power and would use the Delta Command Megazord.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers returned.  They battled the robot in the Delta Command Megazord.  They discovered that the robot was piloted by a Bluehead.  Shadow Ranger wanted to know what Gruumm was up to - Red Ranger was sent to find Katana.  As the rest of the Rangers battled the robot, Kat contacted them with important information.  Kat told them that if they hit the blue orbs, the buildings would be released unharmed.  The Rangers did so and the buildings returned to their original location.  Eventually the Rangers destroyed the robot.  Katana turned out to be innocent and returned to his own timeline.  The Rangers and their base returned to Newtech City.  Commander Cruger informed the group that although they had a victory, they also suffered a loss.  By taking the base, they had left Newtech City defenseless.  Gruumm took advantage and had the Krybots steal large amounts of Iridium from the Iridium plant.  Commander Cruger knew Gruumm was up to something and he needed the cadets to find out what it is.  Syd and her friends left the command center.

Sydney and her friends dressed in their uniform best and then waited for the arrival of Supreme Commander Fowler Birdy.  Supreme Commander Birdy stepped off the transport and was not very impressed with the Rangers.  Later, the alarm went off.  Syd and her friends suited up and battle a monster in a giant robot.  They destroyed the robot, but Supreme Commander Birdy was not impressed.  Later, Syd and her friends gathered once again to see Supreme Commander Birdy off.  They were all very happy to see him go.  Supreme Commander Birdy and Commander Cruger walked towards the group together.  Commander Cruger gave a small speech and stun everyone when he told them that he had been relieved of his duties and that they would be taking their orders from Supreme Commander Birdy.  After the group was dismissed, Syd and her friends walked together.  They had hoped it wasn't something they had done that had Commander Cruger relieved of duty.  Kat joined them and told them that Commander Cruger was relieved because he was trying to protect them.  Kat told them that Supreme Commander Birdy had wanted to split them up.  Syd, Z, Bridge, and Jack decided that they would stay together then.  Sky reminded them that they didn't have much of a choice, they had to follow orders.  Kat agreed, telling them that they represented SPD.  Syd and her friends were not happy when they left.  Later, the alarm went off again.  Syd and her friends were summoned to the command center by Supreme Commander Birdy.  There had been a large energy surge.  Supreme Commander Birdy wanted the Red, Blue, and Green Rangers to investigate.  Z was upset that only three were going and Supreme Commander Birdy reminded her sharply who was in charge.  The guys suited up and left.  Later, Syd and Z were sent to sector C to search for a wanted criminal.  They soon came across Changtor.  Syd and Z suited up and battle Changtor.  They did well until Changtor grew larger.  They called for their zords and their team.  The guys joined them and soon formed the megazord.  Changtor was judged and contained.  After the battle, Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers headed towards the site of another battle.  They joined Supreme Commander Birdy on the sidelines as Shadow Ranger battle Emperor Gruumm.  Supreme Commander Birdy was furious that Shadow Ranger had disobeyed orders.  Red Ranger reminded Supreme Commander Birdy that he wouldn't be here, if he had obeyed orders.  They all watched as Shadow Ranger was victorious and Gruumm retreated.  Shadow Ranger joined the group and lead a cheer for SPD.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers joined in.  Supreme Commander Birdy did so reluctantly.  Later, all the cadets were assembled once again to see Supreme Commander Birdy.  Supreme Commander Birdy plan to write a glowing review of the Earth's SPD.  Supreme Commander Birdy left and Commander Cruger.  Syd and the rest of the staff were grinning.  Commander Cruger barked at them to take their foolish grins off and asked them if they didn't have some training exercises.  Syd and the rest of the group scattered.

Sydney and her friends were called into the command center when the alarms went off.  Commander Cruger sent them to stop Krybots from stealing gold from the World Gold Depository.  Syd and her friends suited up and arrived at the World Gold Depository.  Not only were Krybots there, but Green Eyes as well.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battle the Krybots and Green Eyes.  Pink Ranger freed the guard that had been tied up.  The zords were called and the Rangers judge and contain Green Eyes.  They thought the job had gone well.  Pink Ranger asked if the guard was okay and he told them that he was going to put the gold away.  The guard waved and Pink Ranger waved back.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers returned to the command center.  The satellite transmission had gone out and Commander Cruger asked them what had happened.  Syd and her friends all answered at once.  Commander Cruger told them maybe one at a time and they all burst into conversation again.  This time Commander Cruger selected Jack to tell the story.  Syd listened in disbelief as first Jack, then Sky, Bridge, and finally Z all told their version of what had happened and all managed to portray Pink Ranger as a bubblehead who spent her time wishing she was like her comrades.  When Z finished her version, Syd couldn't resist pretending that Z had Pinocchio's nose.  Finally, Syd got to tell her version and she told Commander Cruger it was the truth.  In Syd's version, all the Rangers hoped that their moves would impressed Pink Ranger, while Pink Ranger hoped that she would impress them.  Syd finished and her friends began to protest.  Commander Cruger commented that they would probably never really know what had happened.  Kat walked in and told them she had fixed the satellite problem and she now played the video transmission.  Syd and her friends squirmed a bit.  The video played and it showed what actually happened - which was close to what the cadets had told.  Syd smiled as she watched herself on the screen and hear her comments about being a World Fencing Champion three times in a row.  The video rolled and soon Syd's mouth dropped open.  The screen showed that initially the Rangers had done well but Green Eyes released several more Krybots and the Rangers were struggling against the Krybots.  A sparkling white ball made quick work of the Rangers and the Rangers were able to leave and form their zord.  After the tape had played, Commander Cruger asked them if they had any comments.  Jack wanted to know what the sparkling ball of light was.  Commander Cruger told them that Kat would be analyzing the footage and what ever it was - it was very powerful.  Commander Cruger also added that people's perspective can alter what had happened.  Jack added that was true, but there were some exaggerations.  Syd and her friends began to protest and soon they were arguing over what had occurred while Commander Cruger and Kat slowly back out of the command center.

Sydney was in the rec room with Bridge.  They were facing each other on the floor, playing a game where you carefully place sticks against each other.  Syd had just finished her turn and Bridge was trying to decide his next move when Boom burst into the rec room and right into their game.  Syd looked up at Boom and Boom was very excited.  Boom could barely get coherent sentences out.  Boom simply told them to follow him.  Syd and Bridge got up and raced after Boom in the corridor.  They ran into Z, Jack, and Sky and Boom told them to follow him.  They ran into the command center.  Commander Cruger angrily told them that the command center is not a play area.  Boom, holding a strange looking object, told them that he had built a radio receiver.  Boom wanted to know where sound waves went after they were broadcast and the logical answer would be space.  Boom had hoped to maybe listen to some old radio waves, instead he got a warning from the future that on this day, the Troobian forces would take over Earth.  Jack was dismissive, but Commander Cruger and Kat took the warning seriously.  Later, the alarm went off.  Syd, Jack, Sky, and Bridge entered the command center.  There was a monster attacking the city.  Commander Cruger asked where Z was.  Jack told Commander Cruger that Z had freaked out about the warning and was out in the woods.  Jack contacted Z before they all suited up.  Pink Ranger, Red Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Green Ranger battled the monster and they had a difficult time.  They were demorph by the time Z arrived.  The Rangers suited up again and the battle continued.  In addition to the monster, Morgana had appeared in a giant robot.  The Rangers called for their zords and began battling the giant robot.  The robot had placed a strange object in the center of the city, which turned out to be a signal to destroy Earth.  Shadow Ranger arrived and battle the monster while the Rangers battled the robot.  Their zord took a beating and soon they were on the ground.  The Rangers continued to battle and yet another monster appeared and the Rangers were soon defeated.  Morgana and the two monsters left.  The Rangers returned to the command center.  Kat had information for them.  The two monsters were Devastation and Shorty - the two most wanted criminals in the universe.  Kat didn't have any info on Morgana, but Commander Cruger knew who she was.  Commander Cruger told them that Morgana was very evil, very powerful and with the imagination of a ten year old.  The alarm sound and Syd and her friends suited up.  The Rangers faced down Morgana and her monsters again.  During the battle, Shorty grew larger and the Rangers called for their zords.  Kat was unable to send them their zords, because they were still offline.  The battle was going badly.

The Delta Command Megazord appeared and Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers joined Shadow Ranger in the cockpit.  The battle continued against Shorty.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were surprised when another zord appeared on the scene.  The zord battled against Shorty as well.  After Shorty was destroyed, Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers ejected from their zord.  The new Ranger ejected from his zord as well.  The Rangers demorphed and introduced themselves to the new Ranger, the new Ranger told them that he was the Omega Ranger and transform into a shimmering white ball of light before flying away.  Pink Ranger and her friends returned to the command center where they filled in Commander Cruger and Kat about their encounter with Omega Ranger.  Boom drew their attention to the monitor and showed them that the shimmering white ball of light had been following them around headquarters for quite some time.  Sky surmised that the ball of light had come in through the time portal with Samurai.  Omega Ranger appeared in the command center and told them that he was from the future.  Kat told him that his zord would be stored in the bay with the rest of the zords.  At first, Syd and her friends were happy to have another Ranger on board, but Omega Ranger told them that only he could defeat Morgana and proceeded to tell them that their equipment was nothing compared to the equipment of the future.  Syd and her friends were offended.  The alarm went off and Commander Cruger asked the cadets what they wanted to do.  Syd and her friends agreed to let Omega Ranger handled it.  Omega Ranger took off to face off another battle.  Syd and her friends watched on the screen and were pleased when Omega Ranger had troubles battling against Morgana and Devastation.  Commander Cruger reminded the Rangers of the code of the Rangers always helping another Ranger in trouble.  Syd and her friends felt abashed.  Syd and her friends suited up and joined Omega Ranger in their battle against Devastation.  Morgana had retreated.  Eventually the Rangers defeated Devastation.  They all returned in triumph back to headquarters.  Omega Ranger would be staying with the Rangers until they could find a way to get him home.  The cadets offered to give Omega Ranger a tour, but Omega Ranger told them that he knew his way around headquarters and that he had lived here, long ago, as a young boy and that they would remembered him as Sam.  The ball of light flew out of the room.  Syd and her friends were startled at first and then they chased after Sam.

Sydney was sitting in the rec room with Bridge, Jack, Sky, Z, and Sam floating above.  She was looking at magazine, that featured her on the cover.  Syd was reading the horoscope.  She told the group:  Gemini's look forward to an exciting day of adventure, romance and financial windfall.  Syd smiled as Jack said:  Ka-Ching!  I can use some extra spending cash since the salary I make at S.P.D. is nothing.  Bridge excitedly raised his hand:  Hey, do me, do me!  Syd was ready, but Bridge wasn't sure when his birthday was.  They all laugh when Z took the magazine and told Bridge he would have a confusing day.  Commander Cruger walked in and asked for Sam.  Syd and her friends were resentful over all the time Commander Cruger was spending with Sam.  Later, the cadets were in the command center with Omega Ranger where Commander Cruger told them of the various robberies.  The alarm went off.  Commander Cruger sent Omega Ranger and Jack responded by telling Commander Cruger that they would all go.  Syd and her friends entered their vehicles and headed out to the latest crime scene.  They walked up to the shop keeper and asked him some questions.  Syd, Z, Jack, Sky, and Omega Ranger heard some noise and went to investigate it.  At first they were surprised to see Bridge fighting air, but after a particularly hard hit, the monster appeared.  Syd, Sky, Z, and Jack suited up and began battling the monster.  Bridge suited up as well.  They managed to captured the monster, Al, and bring him to headquarters.  Al was placed in a secure room and the interrogation of the cadets began.  Jack went first, but he had no luck.  Sky follow up with no success.  Syd walked in and tried to be sympathetic.  She told Al how hard it must have been to be him, whereas she had good luck in everything.  Syd gave up when Al asked if he could have the blue guy back.  Syd watched as Z attempted to break Al with a CD of Syd singing the song "Me".  It would take Bridge's endless questions and talking to break Al and Al told them that he was working for Mysticon.  Kat and Commander Cruger concluded, correctly, that Mysticon was working for Gruumm.  The following day, Syd and her friends were back in the command center.  Z had a flyer that was advertising one of Mysticon's shows.  Commander Cruger told Omega Ranger that he could go undercover and investigate.  Syd and her friends protested until Commander Cruger asked them if they had a problem.  Later, Syd and her friends, out of their uniforms, decided that they were going to go undercover at Mysticon's show.  They pretended they were there for Sam as back up.  Syd noticed a sign that read that Mysticon needed an assistant.  Syd told her friends she would catch up with them later.  She changed into an appropriate assistant costume and applied backstage for the job.  Mysticon gave her the position right away.  Morgana, hidden, called Mysticon over.  Mysticon walked away and Syd tried to use the opportunity to look for clues.  Morgana told Mysticon that Syd was S.P.D.  Mysticon returned and placed Syd under a spell.  The show began and Syd waited backstage with several Krybots.  Mysticon called for his assistant and in a dreamlike state, Syd walked up on stage.  She sat in a chair and Mysticon covered her with a cape and made her disappear.  Syd stood still backstage once more.  The show ended with the capture of Dr. Helen Tyler-Jones, a leading microbiologist.  On stage, Sam had suited up to Omega Ranger.  The audience ran and the rest of the cadets suited up as well.  Mysticon ran back stage and grabbed Syd.  They raced to the outside with several Krybots, Dr. Tyler-Jones, and Morgana.  Syd stood still as the Rangers battled.  Mysticon told her to fight as well and she did, going after the Green Ranger.  Green Ranger told her to morph and when she did, the spell was broken.  The Rangers managed to rescue Dr. Tyler-Jones, but the battle continued with Mysticon in a giant robot.  The Rangers' zords were sent and both zords were battling Mysticon in his giant robot, but it was not enough.  Kat had recently developed the technology that allowed the Rangers to combine both zords to form the Delta Max Megazord.  Eventually the Rangers contained Mysticon.  They returned to headquarters and the command center.  Commander Cruger was not happy with Syd and her friends for disobeying.  They confessed that they had been jealous over all the attention Commander Cruger was giving Sam.  Commander Cruger told them that he was simply helping Sam adjust to present time.  Commander Cruger told them that they were his Rangers and not to forget it.

Sydney was outside enjoying the day with her friends, Sky, Jack, Bridge, and Z.  They were tossing a freebie around and enjoying their day off.  Syd was actually surprised to see that Sky was having a good time too.  Their fun was interrupted by the appearance of Rhinix.  Syd and her friends realized the criminal that they had captured earlier, Syd still had the bruises.  The cadets suited up and began to battle Rhinix.  Soon Rhinix disappeared to be replaced by Hydrax.  The Rangers battle Hydrax, who also disappeared and then Bugglesworth appear.  The Rangers were mystified by the appearance of former criminals that they had captured.  They battled Bugglesworth, but Bugglesworth managed to get away as well.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers returned to headquarters.  They told Commander Cruger what had happened and assumed the criminals had escaped.  Kat walked in with Boom and put three containment cards on the table, each with the criminal they had just fought.  Commander Cruger had them search the grids for any criminal activity.  Later, Sky was sent to interrogate Mirloc and he returned with the information that who they had been fighting was Slate, a criminal able to mimic other criminals by using genetic codes supplied by Broodwing.  Bridge called their attention to the screen - Sinuku had appeared.  Syd and her friends suited up and head out.  The Ranges encountered Sinuku, who soon turned into Devastation.  Devastation trapped the Rangers in the circle of fury, but the Rangers knew what to do to break out of it.  Finally, Devastation revealed his true form as Slate.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers continued to battle Slate.  Slate entered a giant robot and the Rangers quickly formed their zords.  The battle continue and eventually the Rangers destroyed the robot.  Slate had ejected and the Rangers were closing in, when Morgana appeared and fired at the Rangers.  Morgana brought a gift from Gruumm to Slate - the ability to be several criminals at one time.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were busy battling criminals that outnumbered them.  The Rangers were not doing well.  Kat decided now was the time for the battlizer and sent RIC in.  Red Ranger used Battlizer in mode 1 and eventually mode 2 and they were able to contain Slate.  Morgana left before she could be contain.

Syd was in the commander center with Bridge, Z, Jack, Kat and Commander Cruger.  They had just found out that Mirloc had escape, playing on Sky's emotions.  Although Z was surprised that Sky had any emotions.  Sky angrily walked in and asked Commander Cruger why he didn't tell him that Mirloc was responsible for his father's death.  Commander Cruger told him that he didn't think the time was right.  Sky wanted to be demoted to D Squad.  Commander Cruger told him that it was the team leader's decision.  Jack told Sky that he had told him that his father had fought to the bitter end, and he just wanted to give up!  Sky got his emotions under control and told the group that they should split up into teams and search for Mirloc.  Sam entered the command center and told them that he wanted to help.  Syd and Sky left as one team.  They search various areas.  Commander Cruger contacted Sky and asked him if there was anything unusual going on and Sky reported that there wasn't anything.  Syd got her reflection in the pond and mused whether or not she would look better as a brunette.  Mirloc suddenly appeared out of the water and told her that he would take her as she his.  Syd and Sky faced down Mirloc, but before they could act, Mirloc had them in his reflective trap.  Z and Bridge were already there.  Mirloc displayed his treasure of Rangers to Emperor Gruumm, but Gruumm was not pleased.  Gruumm wanted all six Rangers, he would take care of "Doggie" personally.  Soon Jack joined Syd and her friends in their reflective prison.  Only Omega Ranger was left.  Mirloc had put the cadets on display, so that Omega could see what his fate was.  Syd and her friends watched helplessly as Omega Ranger battled Mirloc.  Syd and her friends cheered Omega on as Omega Ranger began to lose ground.  Suddenly, Omega Ranger smashed the mirror on Mirloc chest, which released the cadets.  Mirloc was not fazed.  Mirloc taunted them, telling them it was no point in capturing him as he would only escape again and taunting Sky.  Syd and her friends spoke up for Sky, telling Mirloc that Sky was a great Ranger and that they were proud to work alongside him.  Jack gave Sky his morpher.  Syd and her friends watched as Sky suited up to the Red Ranger and with the battlizer captured Mirloc.  Later, in the command center, Syd, Bridge, Z, Jack, Sky, and Kat watched as Mirloc was taken to a planet with no sunlight.  Commander Cruger walked in and apologized to Sky for not giving him all the details.  Commander Cruger told Sky that he was a great Ranger and he won't forget it again.

Sydney entered the rec room with Z.  They were both arguing.  Z was mad at her for leaving her makeup all over.  Syd told Z that she had done it for her - Z could use some blush.  Syd told Z that she needed to pick up her socks - there was a pair that could match the Green Ranger's uniform.  Z shouted back that the socks were green to begin with.  Commander Cruger walked in and told them enough - he could hear them all the way down to Kat's lab.  Later, a giant robot was attacking the city.  Syd and her friends suited up and entered their zords.  They battled the robot and soon had it down.  They captured the criminal within - Tresher - and was bringing him for interrogation.  On the way back to headquarters, they were attacked.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were surprised by the appearance of an alien in powerful armor.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battled Stench, but had a very difficult time.  Red Ranger used the battlizer, but Stench got away before Red Ranger could fire.  Stench took Tresher with him.  The Rangers returned to headquarters.  In the command center, Syd argued with Z.  Commander Cruger walked - not happy with any of them.  Commander Cruger told them that the installation on Gamma Four had been attacked, and he believed that they would be attacked next.  Commander Cruger showed them a hologram of the S.W.A.T. technology.  Syd and her friends were impressed.  Commander Cruger told them the hologram was as close as they were going to get.  Stench and Tresher had stolen the technology and now was using it against them.  Syd and her friends erupted into another argument.  Commander Cruger had had enough.  Commander Cruger told them he was sending them to a friend of his on another planet.  The following day, Syd and her friends boarded a space ship, that Z piloted.  When they got close to landing, the space ship began to have problems and they crashed onto the planet.  Syd and her friends were okay as they walked out onto the desert terrain.  Suddenly, the group was fired upon.  Syd and her friends quickly got into some hiding places and watched a S.P.D. vehicle approach.  Syd and her friends were stunned when a primate exited the vehicle.  The primate introduced himself as Sergeant Silverback.  Sergeant Silverback told them he was going to be their teacher and the most fierce teacher that they had ever had.  Sergeant Silverback told them that by the time he was through with them, they wouldn't like him very much.  Jack muttered that they didn't like him now - which earned him 100 pushups from Sergeant Silverback.  As Jack started doing his pushups, Sergeant Silverback promised that he would teach them some respect.  Sergeant Silverback left in his vehicle.  Suddenly Syd and her friends were surrounded by several Krybots.  Syd and her friends began battling, but they had a difficult time and the Krybots were much stronger than usual.  When the simulation ended, Syd and her friends were not happy.  But it was far from over.  Soon they were fired upon once again.  Syd got herself back to her feet and she and Z began arguing again and pushing each other.  Jack interrupted them, by pointing out the huge creature headed their way.  Syd and her friends suited up and they faced down the enormous monster.

The monster fired at them and the Rangers all landed in a heap on the ground.  As they gathered back up, Yellow Ranger told them:  Brutal.  Blue Ranger:  No doubt.  Red Ranger told them:  C'mon guys!  The monster prepared to fire at them again.  Red Ranger told the group:  Watch out!  But before they got hit, the monster transform to Sergeant Silverback.  The Rangers were subdued as Sergeant Silverback lectured them.  Sergeant Silverback took away their colors and demoted them to D Squad.  Sergeant Silverback also told them to turn in their morphers.  With great reluctance, Sydney turned hers in, along with the rest of the Rangers.  Sergeant Silverback then put Syd and the rest of the cadets on training.  The training was brutal and difficult.  Syd and her friends trained in the sands dunes and in the woods, numerous pushups and running hikes.  After a practically difficult hike, Syd and her friends collapse onto the ground.  Sergeant Silverback walk up to them and told them that he hadn't given them a break.  Syd and her friends stood back up.  Sergeant Silverback was not happy with them and told them that he was going to send them back with a letter recommending that they be dismissed.  Syd and her friends began to protest.  They wanted a second chance.  Sergeant Silverback thought for a moment and then said he would think about it.  Sergeant Silverback told them that in the meantime, they would go on  a twenty mile hike.   Sergeant Silverback left.  Sky told them that Sergeant Silverback did not say they had to do the hike together and he was going off on his own.  Syd and the rest said fine and they all went off in different directions.  After some time, Syd heard Z calling for help.  Syd raced along to find Z.  Soon she ran into Bridge, Jack, and Sky.  Syd asked them if they had seen Z, she had called for help.  Z reach them moments later and told them she was okay and she had heard Sky calling for help.  Sky told them that he never calls for help.  Bridge told them that they all call for help, and came running, although no one called for help.  Jack came to the conclusion that it was another one of Silverback's tests.  Sky told them that while he was running on his own, he had decided that the wanted to work with them as Rangers and as friends.  Syd and the rest agreed.  Moments later, they were being fired upon by thin silver lasers that had emerged from the ground.  Syd and Z hid behind one tree while they tried to decided what to do.  Syd grabbed Z's necklace and using the necklace, she disarm all the lasers.  Her friends joined her and Syd told them to never under estimate the power of 24 carats.  Moments later, the group was surrounded by Krybots.  They didn't know if it was a test or not.  Syd was concern that they couldn't defeat because they couldn't morph.  Sky told them that they needed to face down the enemy and work together.  Clasping each other, and forming a chain, Sky put up a protective shield and they charged the Krybots and defeated them.  Syd and her friends raced through the sand dunes as Silverback's vehicle came down to met them.  Sergeant Silverback emerged and they thanked him for giving them this opportunity and told him that they were a team.  Sergeant Silverback congratulated them and told them that they had passed S.W.A.T. training.  Sergeant Silverback tried to contact Commander Cruger to tell them the cadets were ready to come back.  Kat told Sergeant Silverback that Commander Cruger had been captured and that they needed the Rangers now.  Syd and her friends raced back to Earth.  In their new S.W.A.T. gear, they quickly found the building where Shadow Ranger and Omega Ranger were being held.  They soon encountered several Krybots.  After making quick work of the Krybots, the Rangers separated to find Shadow Ranger and Omega Ranger.  Pink Ranger and Green Ranger worked together as they fought off Krybots in their attempts to find Omega Ranger and Shadow Ranger.  Green Ranger managed to locate them and told Red Ranger that they were in the lab on top of the building.  Later, Pink Ranger and Green Ranger crashed through the top windows and prevented Stench and Tresher from escaping.   Yellow Ranger freed Omega Ranger and Shadow Ranger.  The battle continued outside and eventually the Rangers captured Stench and Tresher.  Later, in the rec room, Syd painted a picture of Jack while Z snapped pictures of everyone.  They were all smiling and in good humor when Commander Cruger and Kat walked in.  Commander Cruger was happy to see that they were finally getting along.  Sky told them that it was a good thing, he believed the battle for Earth was just beginning.

The alarm went off and Sydney and her friends suited up and entered their zords.  A giant robot was attacking the city.  The Rangers battled the robot and defeated it.  Afterwards they returned to headquarters.  Syd was in the rec room, sitting next to Z and chatting.  Sky, Bridge, and Jack were there as well.  The alarm went off and Syd and her friends suited up once more.  It was another giant robot.  The Rangers entered their zords and battled One-Eye.  Again, the Rangers were victorious.  Two battles left the Rangers feeling a little tired.  They waited in the command center for Commander Cruger.  Syd and her friends were all sitting down, except for Bridge, who was asleep.  Commander Cruger and Kat entered and Syd, Z, Jack, and Sky immediately stood at attention.  Commander Cruger walked directly over to Bridge and hollered at him.  Bridge woke up jerkily.  Commander Cruger asked him if fighting two robots was too much for him.  Bridge replied that it wasn't, but battling five robots was.  Commander Cruger didn't understand how the rest of the cadets had fought two robots, but Bridge had fought five.  Sky muttered to Jack for Bridge not to answer.  Bridge told Commander Cruger dream fighting.  Syd whispered to Z that Bridge answered.  Bridge proceeded to describe the three giant robots in his dream.  Kat stepped forward and told them that the robots match the description of the three robots that had destroyed the Alpha 5 star system.  Commander Cruger began to take Bridge's dream premonition more seriously.  Commander Cruger told the cadets to rest while they can.  Syd and her friends started to leave when the alarm went off again.  Syd and her friends groaned, but they suited up.  They battled Silverhead and had Omega Ranger to help them.  The battle was going well, but Silverhead entered his giant robot.  Pink Ranger called for the zords and Kat sent them.  The battled continued and eventually the Rangers defeated Silverhead.  The Rangers returned to headquarters.  Later in the day, Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers would join Green Ranger.  Green Ranger had gone on his own to pursue the three criminals that had appeared in his dream.  Broodwing sent swarms of Blueheads and Orangeheads and Green Ranger was kept busy with them, while the three criminals escape.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers arrived as Green Ranger was battling the Blueheads and Orangeheads.  Green Ranger asked Omega Ranger to go after the criminals while they finished the Orangeheads and Blueheads.  Omega Ranger left.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers went into S.W.A.T. mode and battled the Blueheads and Orangeheads.  The Rangers defeated all of them.  Kat contacted the Rangers and told them to return to base, as she had a present for them - S.W.A.T. flyers.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers enjoyed the new S.W.A.T. flyers and soon were battling the three robots that Bridge had seen in his dream.  The Rangers formed the S.W.A.T. megazord.  Eventually the Rangers defeated two of the robots.  They had almost defeated the last robot, when Yellow Ranger told them that the explosion would destroy the city.  The Rangers in their zord, lifted the last robot and flew up in the sky and out into outer space.  There they defeated the last of the robots.

Sydney was in the rec room with Z, Bridge, Jack, Sky, and Omega Ranger when Boom entered the room.  Boom told them that Supreme Commander Birdy had offered Kat a position at headquarters and Kat was thinking about it.  Syd and her friends were stunned, they did not want to lose Kat, the place would fall apart without her.  Z reminded them that this was a great opportunity for Kat and they all agreed.  Syd and her friends came up with a plan to convince Kat to take the position at headquarters.  The alarm went off and Syd and the rest of the cadets and Omega Ranger took off.  They suited up, entered their delta runners and form the megazord.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers began battling the giant robot.  They were surprised when they discovered that no one was piloting the robot.  Eventually the Rangers destroyed the robot.  Syd and her friends returned to base and the command center.  Syd, Bridge, Jack, Sky, and Z were all working at various jobs when Kat entered.  Kat soon found out that she was not needed and left.  Syd and her friends did not feel so good.  Later, Commander Cruger entered the command center with Boom.  Commander Cruger told them that Kat had accepted the position and had already left, not liking goodbyes.  Commander Cruger told them that Boom would take over Kat's duties.  Commander Cruger left and a sad Boom step forward.  Immediately the computer announced that there was a malfunction.  Later, the alarm went off, another robot was attacking the city.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers entered their delta runners and Omega Ranger his vehicle.  The Rangers form the megazord, but the formation was much more bumpy than usual.  The battle began and it was another robot with no pilot.  This robot mimic all the Rangers' moves and the Rangers had a difficult time.  Eventually Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were ejected from their zords.  They slowly got up from the ground.  Commander Cruger contacted them and told them to go into S.W.A.T. mode and had Omega Ranger stand by for backup.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers went into S.W.A.T. mode and had the S.W.A.T. flyers sent to them.  They formed the S.W.A.T. megazord and the battle continued.  Things became more tricky for the Rangers when it was discovered that the robot was powered by an unstable power source.  Eventually, Kat would send a deactivation code directly to the robot.  The Rangers were then able to destroy the robot.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers went to the beach where they were stunned to find Kat Ranger.  Kat Ranger demorph to Kat and told them that the morpher only lasted one hour.  Kat told them that it was probably the last that they would see of Kat Ranger.  Shadow Ranger walked up to Kat and told her that at least Kat Ranger was there when they needed her.  Later, the cadets raced along and caught up to Kat who was preparing to leave to go back to base.  They told her that she was not leaving without saying goodbye.  Kat apologize for before and they mention that headquarters probably can't function without her.  Kat laughed and told them that headquarters was probably fine.  Kat questioned the cadets how things were going on base and Syd and her friends assured Kat that everything was fine.  Syd and her friends reach the end of the escalator with Kat when Boom came racing down.  Boom skidded to a stop and got down on his knees and begged Kat to stay, listening several things that had gone wrong while she was gone.  Kat glanced up at Syd and her friends.  Syd and her friends confessed that they still needed her, but what about Supreme Commander Birdy.  Kat told them that she would just tell him that she is staying where she is needed the most.

Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were in their S.W.A.T. gear, searching the city for Bork.  Omega Ranger was with them as well.  Commander Cruger contacted the Rangers and told them:  Rangers, be careful.  Bork is a ruthless criminal.  He left Alpha Senturion in ruins.  He would have no problems in destroying Earth.  Later, Commander Cruger contacted the Rangers again to let them know that there were several life forms in the area that they were searching.  Blue Ranger suggested that they split up and Red Ranger gave the order.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers split up and went searching for Bork.  Later, Green Ranger had contacted to let them know that he had found Bork.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers arrived where Green Ranger had contacted them, but Green Ranger and Bork were both gone.  The Rangers returned to headquarters.  Commander Cruger put Sky in charge of finding Bork.  Syd, Sky, Z, and Omega Ranger went to see Piggy.  (Jack was in charge of finding Bridge.)  They questioned Piggy about Bork and at first Piggy pretended he didn't know who they were talking about.  Z told Piggy that they believed Bork had captured Bridge.  Piggy told them that Bork hung out at dock nineteen.  Sydney and her friends left for dock nineteen.  Before they could reach the dock, Bork confronted them.  Syd and her friends suited up and the battle began.  The battle was difficult against Bork and Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Blue Ranger went into S.W.A.T. mode.  Omega Ranger eventually captured Bork, but Bork break away.  Broodwing appeared and gave Bork a robot, which Bork immediately leapt into.  Kat sent Omega Ranger his zord.  Omega Ranger and the robot battled.  Red Ranger found Bridge and soon the S.W.A.T. flyers were sent.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers formed the S.W.A.T. megazord and with Omega Ranger in his zord, battle the robot.  The battle continued into outer space where Green Ranger found Bork guilty and contained him.  Later, Syd and her friends were standing at attention in the command center.  Omega Ranger entered and joined the line.  Kat looked on as Commander Cruger walked down the line and complimented each cadet.  Syd smiled as Commander Cruger complimented her on honing her fighting skills.  Commander Cruger told them that the real test was just around the corner.

Sydney and her friends walked into the command center.  They asked Commander Cruger what was going on.  Kat was there as well.  They told them that there was a surge of alternate Ranger readings in the morphing grid.  Everyone was puzzled until they came to the conclusion that it was the A Squad.  Syd and her friends happily hurried out of the command center and into the city.  Instead of finding the A Squad, they found a group of citizens being attacked by Broodwing and several Krybots.  Syd and the rest of her friends went into action.  They destroyed the Krybots and chased Broodwing away.  Syd and her friends walked up to the three citizens and asked them if they were okay.  They told them that they were.  Sky commented that attacking innocent citizens was low even for Broodwing.  One of the citizens asked Syd and her friends if they had fought Broodwing before.  Jack replied that it was all in a day's work, as they were Power Ranger.  The young woman replied that they couldn't be Power Rangers.  Z defensively asked why no.  The three citizens held up their wrists that displayed the dino bracelets and told them because they were Power Rangers.  Syd and her friends took the three citizens to base.  It turned out that the three citizens were Kira, Conner, and Ethan.  Syd and her friends told them that somehow they had been transported to the future.  They walked into the command center together.  Conner, Ethan, and Kira were startled by the appearance of Commander Cruger.  Kat told them that for the most part aliens and humans live in harmony on Earth.  Commander Cruger told Ethan, Kira, and Conner that Broodwing went to a lot of expense to bring them here.  Kat had a screen up that showed old footage of Kira, Conner, and Ethan when they were Dino Rangers.  Kat informed the group that the Dino Ranger had fought very treacherous villains of their time.  Commander Cruger told Conner, Ethan, and Kira that Broodwing was not about to give up.  Conner replied that they could take him and any other villain that wanted to take them one.  Syd and her friends disagreed.  They told them that they had been specially trained to battle against Broodwing and Gruumm.  The alarms went off, Dragoul was attacking the city.  Commander Cruger insisted that Ethan, Kira, and Conner stay in the command center.  Syd and her friends suited up and headed up.  They immediately went into S.W.A.T. mode and began to battle the Dragoul.  The battle was going well until the Dragoul disappeared beneath the ground.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were ready to head back, when hundreds of Blueheads, Krybots, and Orangeheads appeared.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers began to battle them.  It was a difficult battle.  Shadow Ranger appeared.  The battle continued to be difficult and then Gruumm and Morgana appeared.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were soon demorphed.  Syd and her friends picked themselves up as they faced down Gruumm and his troops.  Syd and her friends were surprised when Kira, Conner, and Ethan appeared.  They asked them what they were doing and told them to leave.  Ethan told them that Kat had regenerated the dino gems.  Kira told Commander Cruger not to get mad at them, that he would have done the same thing.  Commander Cruger agreed and told the Rangers to suit up.  Syd and the rest suited up.  Pink Ranger worked with both Yellow Rangers as they took on Morgana. The battle was difficult, but the Rangers managed to get the upper hand.  Shadow Ranger sent the B Squad Rangers to the city to help Omega Ranger battle the Dragoul who had reappeared in the city.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers arrived in their zord, much to Omega Ranger's relief.  They combined the zords and took on the Dragoul.  Eventually they destroyed the Dragoul.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers returned to the rock quarry where the Dino Rangers and Shadow Ranger had destroyed the rest of the Krybots, Blueheads, Orangeheads, and chased Gruumm away.  Shadow Ranger told them that it was great teamwork.  They all returned to the command center.  Conner, Ethan, and Kira wanted to stay and help the cadets in their battle against Broodwing and Gruumm.  Commander Cruger told them it was important that they return to their time.  Conner pointed out that they worked well together, looking directly at Syd.  Syd told him that she didn't date older guys.  Syd told Kira that she had to get back to the past, where she would become a big singing star.  Syd told Kira that she grew up listening to her.  Sky and Bridge told Conner and Ethan that they were successful as well with the McKnight Soccer Camps and the technology Ethan design that is still used at S.P.D.  Kira, Conner, and Ethan decided that they were ready to go back.  Kat and Commander Cruger thanked them and told them that they would have no memory of meeting them, although they would not forget them.  With that, Kat transported Conner, Ethan, and Kira back to the year 2005.   

The alarm went off and Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers entered their delta runners and formed the megazord.  A Dragoul was attacking the city.  The Rangers fought, but the Dragoul managed to get away.  Sydney and her friends returned to headquarters and entered the command center.  Commander Cruger and Kat were occupied and didn't seem to notice the cadets had entered.  Bridge tugged on Kat's sleeve and told her that they were here to get yell at.  Commander Cruger lost his patience and told Bridge not now.  Commander Cruger told them that Kat had made a disturbing discovery, a meteor, who's path had been altered, was heading towards Earth.  Commander Cruger sent the cadets to see his friends, Professor Cerebros.  Syd and her friends left and soon found Professor Cerebros at his observatory.  They questioned him about the meteor.  Professor Cerebros told them that yes a meteor was coming, but it's path would altered before it reach Earth.  Syd and her friends were relieved, they thanked Professor Cerebros and left.  Except Bridge.  Bridge soon joined them and told his friends that he had done a reading on Professor Cerebros and that wasn't Professor Cerebros.  Syd and her friends waited until Professor Cerebros left his observatory.  Professor Cerebros was startled to see them and they told him that they knew he wasn't Professor Cerebros.  Kraw revealed himself and confess to the cadets that he had taken Professor Cerebros' appearance for a disguise.  Kraw also told them that he was responsible for the change in the meteor's path.  Syd and her friends suited up and a battle broke out.  Soon several Krybots and Blueheads were there as well.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers managed to destroy the Krybots and Blueheads and contain Kraw.  They returned to the command center with the control for the meteor.  Kat told them it was too late to change the meteor's path.  Syd and her friends protested, there must be something they could do.  Kat had a plan, but she hesitated to tell them.  Commander Cruger told Kat that they didn't have a lot of time.  Kat told the group that someone could fire at the core of the meteor and destroyed it.  Kat also added that it was very risky and there was no guarantee of return.  Both Sky and Jack stepped forward and asked for the mission.  Commander Cruger selected Sky.  Kat told the cadets that they would be busy as well as Dragoul had reappeared in the city.  Kat was already dispatching the runners and Omega.  Pink Ranger, Green Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Omega Ranger entered their runners.  Pink Ranger and Yellow Ranger were worried over Blue Ranger.  Green Ranger and Omega Ranger reassured them that Blue Ranger was a great pilot.  Red Ranger told the group that he agreed, but felt the mission was a two person job.  Red Ranger had stow away on the S.W.A.T. megazord.  Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Omega Ranger, and Green Ranger formed their zords and went into battle with Dragoul.  The battle was difficult and soon Shadow Ranger joined them in the Delta Command megazord.  After awhile, Blue Ranger returned with the news that the meteor had been destroyed, but that Red Ranger had not made it.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were upset.  Blue Ranger went after Dragoul in Red Ranger's honor, but it was not enough power.  After awhile, Red Ranger appeared - he had survived.  With all the Rangers working together, along with their zords, they were able to destroy Dragoul.  The following day, Syd, Z, and Bridge watched Sky and Jack at the target room, happy that the two were back to normal.

Sydney and Bridge were outside patrolling when Commander Cruger contacted them.  Syd and Bridge started heading back to the base.  Syd thought it was odd that Commander Cruger wanted them to return, but gave them no explanation.  Icthior appeared and challenged the two.  Syd and Bridge suited up.  The Pink Ranger and Green Ranger battled Icthior.  Icthior defeated them.  Pink Ranger and Green Ranger demorphed.  Icthior walked over and removed their badges.  Badly injured, Syd and Bridge were to the base's infirmary.  Sky was already in the infirmary, having been defeated by Icthior in an earlier battle.  Commander Cruger and Kat were concern.  Later, Commander Cruger would join them in the infirmary.  Z and Jack came to visit their friends.  Z sat on Syd's bed.  Z and Jack were upset and wanted to go after Icthior.  Commander Cruger told them that would be following into Icthior's plans, and ordered them to stay put.  Z and Jack left anyways.  Later, Commander Cruger tried to contact Jack and Z and got no response.  Commander Cruger was about to get out of bed, but was ordered to stay put by Dr. Felix.  Commander Cruger agreed.  Once Dr. Felix walked out of the room, Commander Cruger told the cadets that they were going.  Limping slightly, Syd walked out with her friends.  Syd and her friends suited up and arrived in time to help the Yellow Ranger and Red Ranger - who were greatly outnumbered by Krybots, Blueheads, and Orangeheads.  Icthior and Broodwing were there as well.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers went into S.W.A.T. mode.  Omega Ranger joined the Rangers as well.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battled and eventually defeated the Blueheads, Orangeheads, and Krybots.  Shadow Ranger contained Icthior.  The Rangers had a showdown with Broodwing.  Broodwing leaped into a giant robot.  Kat had already sent the Delta Command Crawler and it transform into the zord.  The Rangers battled the robot.  Broodwing managed to get away from the Rangers once more.  Later, Syd and her friends were in the command center.  Kat told them that while they were busy with Broodwing, the Newtech City Laboratory was robbed of hemotech.  Syd asked Kat what hemotech was.  Kat told her it was an experimental life form restorer.  Syd and her friends were puzzled over this latest bit of news.

Sydney walked along with her friends.  They stopped as they overheard Commander Cruger talk to Kat.  Syd and her friends hear Commander Cruger tell Kat that if A Squad had been around, Gruumm would already be defeated.  Syd felt terrible as did her friends.  They walked quietly away.  That night, Syd couldn't get any sleep.  She walked into the rec room where Bridge, Jack, Z, and Sky were also experiencing a sleepless night.  Syd told them that it was all her fault that Gruumm hadn't been defeated.  She had been too busy thinking of only herself.  Several memories of herself being thoughtless flash through her mind.  Z pointed out that Syd had also demonstrated what a Ranger is.  Syd remembered moments of devotion and told the others that they were right, she is a great Ranger.  Syd asked the others if they thought Commander Cruger became Shadow Ranger because he didn't think they could do the job on their own.  No one had an answer for that question.  Bridge asked why Gruumm hadn't destroy Earth yet.  Syd and her friends began to think.  They realized that Gruumm must need something.  Syd pointed out that he already had the diamonds.  Bridge brought up the fact that gold had been taken as well.  They thought maybe Gruumm was building a ship, but also concluded that gold would make it too weak.  Bridge pointed out not with the Iridium that was also taken.  Sky pointed out that whatever it was, still needed to powered up.  Bridge suggested that maybe a piece of the meteor that Jack destroyed - the radiation would be enough.  The cadets conclude that Gruumm must need one more component and realize that it was the Hemotech Synthetic Plasma that had recently been taken.  They knew that they had to tell Commander Cruger.  Commander Cruger walked in and asked them what they had to tell him.  Syd and her friends excitedly walked over to Commander Cruger, and talking all at once, try to tell him what was going on.  Commander Cruger silenced them and then asked what was going on.  Jack told him that they had overheard what he had said to Kat about the A Squad.  Commander Cruger told them that they hadn't listen long enough or they would have heard him and Kat agreed that the A Squad had managed to get captured, while they had not.  Syd and her friends realized that this was true.  They told him that they believed that Gruumm was building something large.  Commander Cruger agreed and told them that they would discuss this once everyone got a good night's sleep.  Syd and her friends started to walk away.  Commander Cruger stopped them and told them not to forget that they were responsible for Earth's safety.

One mission that Syd has no memory of, but which she was involved in, is when a wormhole opened.  The alarm had gone off on base.  Kat:  Power Rangers report to Delta Command Center immediately.  Syd and her friends raced into the command center where Commander Cruger and Kat were waiting.  Jack:  What's going on?  Command Cruger:  Gruumm has gone and so has his ship.  Sky:  Yes, he's retreated!  Jack hollered:  We won!!  Syd and her friends started to cheer and hug each other.  Commander Cruger:  Enough!  Commander Cruger knew his enemy better than that, Gruumm was not retreating.  Commander Cruger was concern as to what time Gruumm was traveling back to.  Z, Bridge, and Jack were given the assignment to follow Gruumm into the wormhole.  Later, Syd, Sky, and Omega Ranger were summoned to the command center.  Once again, Commander Cruger and Kat were waiting for them.  Commander Cruger told them that the wormhole was closing and he was going back to get Bridge, Jack, and Z.  Sky stepped forward and told Commander Cruger that he was going as well, Syd added she wanted to go to.  Commander Cruger told them they were needed here to protect the present.  Sky told Commander Cruger if Gruumm wins in the past, there will be no present to protect.  Kat told Commander Cruger that Sky was right.  Commander Cruger agreed that they would all go together.  Syd and her friends suited up and traveled back to the year 2004.  They arrived right in the midst of the battle.  The Dino Thunder Rangers and the S.P.D. Rangers were battling Tyrannodrones, Krybots, Blueheads, Orangeheads, three monsters, and Zeltrax.  Pink Ranger, Omega Ranger, and Shadow Ranger knocked Zeltrax to the ground as Zeltrax was about to deal a fatal blow to Black Ranger.  Soon Pink Ranger had joined the two Yellow Rangers in battling one of the monsters and soon had it destroyed.  Eventually, the monsters were destroyed and Zeltrax retreated.  Pink Ranger stood with the rest of the Rangers and faced down the remaining Krybots and Blueheads.  The two teams fired their laser cannons and the rest of the Krybots and Blueheads were destroyed.  Syd, her friends, Trent, Conner, Kira, and Ethan headed to Reefside High School.  The cadets told them they had to go.  Kira didn't see what the rush was, but Z explained that the wormhole was closing and they needed to get back.  Trent thanked them for their help, and told them it was an experience he would never forget.  Unfortunately, Syd explained that there memories would be erase to prevent any changes happening in the future.  Commander Cruger held up a devise and erased Kira's, Conner's, Ethan's, and Trent's memories.  Conner, Ethan, Trent, and Kira walked away, a little confused.  Bridge thought it was a shame they couldn't remember what had happened.  Commander Cruger agreed that it was a shame and then erase Syd's, Z's, Bridge's, Jack's, and Sky's memories of the mission.  Syd and her friends were confused.  Jack asked what was going on.  Commander Cruger told them they were on a mission and needed to enter the space shuttle, which had predetermined settings to go home.  Syd and her friends did so, only calling out to Commander Cruger to ask him if he was coming.  Commander Cruger followed them inside and they returned to the year 2025 with no memory of what had happened.

Sydney was in the rec room with her Z, Bridge, and Sky.  Bridge had a stack of butter toast and walked towards them.  Bridge:  Does anyone want any toast?  Bridge sat down with them.  Bridge:  It's really buttery.  Extra buttery!  Z:  Bridge, why do you always wiggle your fingers when you say buttery?  Bridge denied that he wiggled his fingers when he said buttery, and then he tried to stop his fingers from wiggling every time he said buttery.  Syd and her friends laughed.  Commander Cruger walked in and they stood at attention.  Commander Cruger told them that although things have been quiet, they needed to stay alert.  Commander Cruger felt that something was brewing.  Commander Cruger noted that Jack was not with them.  Syd told Commander Cruger that Jack got bored and went into the city.  Later, the alarm went off.  Pink Ranger, Green Ranger, and Omega Ranger joined Red Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Yellow Ranger in a battle against Delex.  Delex managed to get away.  Red Ranger left right after the battle, while the rest returned to the command center.  A hologram of Delex was displayed and Kat gave them information on the criminal.  Delex's batteries were charged with human cells.  Commander Cruger wanted the cadets to find Delex and that no Ranger was to be alone.  Commander Cruger noted that Jack was missing again and Z told him that he had left right after the battle.  Commander Cruger told them to find Jack as well.  Later, Pink Ranger, Omega Ranger, and Green Ranger joined Blue Ranger and Yellow Ranger in another battle against Delex.  The Rangers were in their S.W.A.T. gear.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers had no success in finding Jack.  The battle was difficult.  Eventually Red Ranger joined them.  Delex grew larger and Kat sent them their flyers.  The Rangers formed the megazord and contained Delex.  Syd and her friends returned to the command center.  Commander Cruger was pleased with them and dismiss them, except for Jack.  Later, a S.O.S. signal was received from Gamma Orion.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were sent to investigate.  They arrived on the planet and began searching.  They spotted a Krybot walking around a space ship.  Suddenly Red Ranger was attacked by an alien.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers could not get a good shot.  Several Troobians appeared.  Red Ranger told them to fight the Troobians while he battled the alien.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battled the Troobians and defeated them.  They helped Red Ranger captured the alien and tied him to a tree.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers could not open the doors to the space ship and they blasted it.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were stunned when A Squad stumbled out.  A Squad Red Ranger demorph and the guys were surprised that Red was a girl.  Pink Ranger and Yellow Ranger gave each other a high five and said right on.  The cadets returned to the command center with A Squad.  Syd and her friends stood proudly at attention, facing A Squad directly opposite of them.  Kat walked down between the two squads and told A Squad she would go over their medical records.  Kat whispered a thank-you to Syd and her friends before leaving.  Commander Cruger thanked the cadets and then dismissed them.  Syd and her friends were stunned and they left.  Bridge trailing behind.  They entered the rec room and Jack was furious at how Commander Cruger had treated them.  Sky pointed out that they had always known that when A Squad was found, they would be regulated back to zord cleanup.  No one was happy about it.  Bridge told them that something was wrong.  Bridge had taken a reading of the A Squad and it was the same as before, their colors and energies were wrong.  Syd and her friends felt there was nothing they could do about it, as Commander Cruger was probably giving A Squad medals.

Later, in the rec room, Syd was with her friends.  Sky had told them that they were a great team.  Sydney stated that she didn't want to clean up after A Squad any more.  The alarm went off and Syd and her friends raced to the command center.  Syd asked Kat why B Squad had been summoned, and not the wonderful A Squad.  Kat told them that A Squad had taken Commander Cruger and had left.  Syd and her friends were stunned.  A Squad Red, Charlie, appeared on the screen and issued a challenge to B Squad.  Kat warned them not to go, but Syd and her friends were determined to go.  Before they left, Kat told them that Commander Cruger had said they were the best team he had ever had.  Syd and her friends left the base and soon were facing down A Squad.  A Squad suited up and B Squad did the same.  B Squad Rangers were soon battling A Squad Rangers.  B Squad Pink was battling A Squad Pink.  Eventually, B Squad Rangers were demorphed.  Charlie mocked Syd and her friends as they struggled to get up.  But B Squad was not done yet and they suited up to S.W.A.T. mode.  The battle continued and A Squad Rangers were not doing so well.  A Squad Rangers summoned their zords.  B Squad used their zord and Omega Ranger used his zord.  The battle continued.  B Squad Pink and the rest of the Rangers were stunned when another one of their zords appeared and began firing upon them.  Broodwing had taken over their base.  But Broodwing soon left to destroy the city, while the two sets of Rangers teams were battling each other.    Despite their best efforts, B Squad Rangers' zord was destroyed.  Syd dug herself out of the rumble, as did the rest of the cadets.  Syd and her friends didn't know what to do.  Bridge thought that maybe Kat had sent the S.W.A.T. flyers to an underground secret bay, or at least he would.  Syd and her friends went in search of the secret underground bay and much to their surprise, they found it, with the S.W.A.T. flyers inside.  The Rangers entered the flyers and formed the zord.  The B Squad Rangers went after A Squad Rangers, who were surprised to see them.  Soon the Rangers had destroyed A Squad's zord and the battle continued on ground.  B Squad Pink and the rest of the Rangers contained A Squad.  They raced back to the base to gain control of their zord.  The base was full of Troobian forces, but the Rangers eventually destroyed them.  Broodwing had brought along three generals and soon Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers were battling them.  Kat had managed to break free and shut off the power to the zord.  The battle continued outside where Broodwing and the three generals had managed to slip away.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers destroyed the three generals.  The Rangers faced down Broodwing and soon had him contained.  The Rangers demorph.  The cadets knew that they still had to find Gruumm.  Piggy arrived and told them that he knew where Gruumm was hiding.  Syd and her friends followed, although they had some doubts.  Soon the cadets were surrounded and captured, Piggy had betrayed them.  Syd and her friends were taken to Gruumm's ship and placed in the same holding cell as Commander Cruger.  Commander Cruger told Gruumm that it wasn't over yet and Gruumm agreed, it was going to get much worse.

Gruumm left and the cadets were left to talk among themselves for awhile.  Z still couldn't believe that it had been Piggy that had betrayed them.  Sky was sure that Piggy was laughing at them right now.  Later, an Orangehead and several Krybots came to the holding cell.  The Orangehead told Syd and her friends that Omni had decided that they were no longer needed.  Syd and her friends brace themselves for the battle.  Commander Cruger told them that it had been his honor to serve with them.  The Orangehead and Krybots entered and a laser went off.  Much to Syd and her friends surprise, the Orangehead and Krybots were shut down, except for one remaining Krybot.  Syd and her friends were puzzled until the Krybot remove his helmet and revealed that he was Piggy.  Piggy apologize to the cadets for betraying them.  Sky angrily stepped forward and then quietly told Piggy thanks.  Commander Cruger told the cadets it was time to go.  Syd and her friends, including Piggy, raced out of the holding cell and along a passageway.  They soon ran into trouble as hundreds of Krybots, Orangeheads, and Blueheads surrounded them.  Syd and her friends started battling and they made quick work of the Troobian forces.  Syd and her friends were concern as to how they would leave Gruumm's ship.  Piggy stepped forward with an armful of morphers and asked them if this would help.  The cadets contacted Kat, who was thrilled to see that they were okay.  Kat sent them the S.W.A.T. flyers.  The S.W.A.T. flyers arrived and the Rangers entered them and formed the megazord.  They went to Earth where Omni was already attacking the city.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers started firing at Omni.  Later, Kat contacted the Rangers and told them when Commander Cruger opened a panel, the Rangers were to fire at the exact spot, which was the core of Omni.  The Rangers continued to get badly beaten by Omni until the panel opened.  Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers fired and within moments, Omni was destroyed.  Syd and her friends looked at the rubble of Omni and realized that Commander Cruger was gone.  They were all upset.  Jack noticed something moving in the distance and pointed it out.  Syd and her friends were surprised when Commander Cruger and Isinia walked out of the rubble.  Syd and Jack hugged.  Syd and her friends walked behind Commander Cruger and Isinia as they went back to base.  Kat was leading everyone in helping the injured and cleaning up the rubble. They were all stunned to see that Commander Cruger had survive.  Commander Cruger lead a cheer for S.P.D. and Syd and her friends joined in.  Moments later, Gruumm appeared and wanted to battle Commander Cruger.  Jack wanted to help Commander Cruger, but Commander Cruger knew it was a battle between him and Gruumm.  Syd and Z stood together and watched anxiously as Commander Cruger and Gruumm battled.  Soon Commander Cruger gained the upper hand and Syd and her friends felt a moment of uncertainly as Commander Cruger held his sword over Gruumm.  Commander Cruger knocked Gruumm's other horn off and told him now they matched.  Commander Cruger quickly contained Gruumm to the cheers of Syd and her friends.  The following day, Syd, Z, Bridge, Sky, Omega Ranger and Nova Ranger stood at attention in the command center.  Commander Cruger was there, along with Kat and Dr. Felix.  Commander Cruger told them that Jack had left S.P.D.  Syd was stunned and couldn't believe that Jack had left without saying goodbye.  Z told them that was the way Jack was, when something was done, he left.  Commander Cruger also congratulated the team on the outstanding job they had done and elevated them to A Squad.  Syd and her friends were silent.  Commander Cruger asked them if they heard what he said.  Bridge told him that they had and they had already talk to over and they wanted to remain B Squad, it was who they were.  Commander Cruger agreed and told them that there would be no A Squad.  Commander Cruger pointed out that they had no leader.  Commander Cruger then asked Sky if he chose Syd as a leader, would he follow.  Sky told him that he would follow anyone Cruger felt was worthy to wear red.  Commander Cruger made Sky the new Red Ranger.  Syd and her friends applauded.  A time portal opened up and Omega Ranger told them that their ride was here.  Omega Ranger and Nova Ranger paused in front of the time portal.  Z gave Omega Ranger a hug and told him that she would see him in twenty years.  Omega Ranger and Nova Ranger thanked them for keeping the future safe.  For a brief second, Omega Ranger's and Nova Ranger's bodies were revealed and then they vanished.  Later, Syd, Sky, Bridge, and Z found Jack with Ally distributing clothes.  They joked that Jack could not get rid of them and gave them some clothes.  Syd, Bridge, Z, and Sky were surprised to find out that Piggy worked with Jack and Ally.  Sky's morpher went off and Syd, Z, Bridge, and Sky looked questioningly at Jack.  Jack told them to go for it.  Syd, Z, Bridge, and Sky suited up.
