Sticks & Stones - Page Four

Mike continues.  That Nighlok knew exactly how to hurt us.  Why couldn't he hurt her?  Mentor Ji suggests that perhaps Emily has some special powers.  Emily replies it's nothing great like that.  Emily explains.  I was teased and called names as a kid.  It made me sad.  But my sister told me to pretend that the person teasing me didn't say anything at all.  And it really worked.  So, when the Nighlok said those things to me, it was like he didn't even say them.  Mia, Kevin, and Jayden all feel sympathy for Emily as she tells her story.  Mike doesn't understand.  He asks her why she is always putting herself down?  It makes no sense.  Unless it's what you really think about yourself?  Emily is visibly upset.  Kevin can't believe what Mike just said.  Emily apologizes and quickly gets up and leaves the room.  Mia is angry.  She tells Mike that Nighlok can't hurt Emily's feelings, but he can.  Mike realizes what he has done and feels bad.

Bulk and Spike are at their clubhouse.  Spike is putting items away on their Spoils of War shelving.  They are both bandaged up.  Bulk points to the shelving and tells Spike this is to reminder of how nasty those monsters really are.  Spike has his doubts as to whether they can really be samurai warriors and voices this to Uncle Bulk.  Spike points out today was pretty scary.  Bulk replies a samurai shouldn't doubt himself.  We just have to train harder.  Spikes catches Uncle Bulk's enthusiasm.  Bulk grabs a couple of sticks inside a bin and tosses one to Spike.  It hits Spike in the face, but he is ready to train.  Bulk and Spike exclaim never give up as they train with their sticks.  They race towards the door.  Spike is almost out, but Bulk grabs his shirt and pulls him back in.  Bulk tells Spike let's got find that monster and give him the whipping he deserves.  Bulk runs out the door first.  Spike gets stuck in the doorway, because his stick blocks him, but then he manages to race out the door as well.

Negatron insults Dayu's playing.  Dayu hits a wall and falls to the floor.  Dayu threatens Negatron.  She tells him, say that to me again, you three eyed back stabber, and you'll be taking a long walk on a short plank.  Dayu throws her weapon at Negatron.  Octoroo catches it with his staff.  Octoroo tells Dayu to take it easy.  We're just testing to see if Negatron's power still works.  Negatron feels great - he knew he hadn't lost it!  I know what words hurt people the most.  But how come I can't hurt that Yellow Ranger girl?  Dayu gets up.  Dayu tells Negatron how dare you mock me!  Dayu steps forward to fight.  Master Xandred stops her with his sword.  Master Xandred tells her to relax.  Dayu moves the sword out of her face.  She replies not this time.  Master Xandred holds the sword against her.  He tells her enough.  Even you can make me mad.  Master Xandred partially draws his sword out of it's sheath to make his point clear.  Dayu walks away and stares out at the river.  Master Xandred tells Negatron the water level of the Sanzu River is definitely rising, so get back out there!  Octoroo tells Negatron to go back and use your acid tongue to scorch the Earth.
