The Blue And The Gold - Page Three

Dayu is walking along the rocky shores of the Sanzu River when she finds Deker, laying on his stomach and unconscious.  Although she is surprised to see him, she knew that Master Xandred hadn't destroyed you.  Fate has been so cruel to you.  Perhaps if he had defeated you, your curse would have been lifted.  You'll finally be at peace.  But that would be too easy.  I wish I knew why you saved me.  Dayu kneels by Deker.  Dayu thinks maybe Deker does remember her.

Kevin goes into his strict evening routine which involves training, working on his symbol power, and taking notes from a book titled "The Art Of The Samurai Life".  Throughout this, Antonio watches him with the aid of the hidden cameras.  As the night gets later, Antonio finds it harder to stay awake and almost falls asleep.  Finally at midnight, Kevin goes to bed and Antonio can finally sleep.

Bulk and Spike are sound asleep when Antberry enters.  Antberry spots "Sam" and grabs it, knowing it is their favorite toy.  On his way out, Antberry trips and falls to the ground.  Although he yells, Spike and Bulk stay asleep.  Spike rolls over and his hand lands on Antberry's face.  Antberry removes Spike's hand, commenting that Spike had stuck his fingers up his nose.  Antberry drops Spike's hand onto his face.  Spike mutters in his sleep, asking Uncle Bulk why his hand is on his face?  Antberry gets up, grabs the panda and heads out.

The next day the sun rises and so does Kevin.
