There Go The Brides - Page Two

Emily is surprised.  She thought their fake wedding would have worked for sure.  Mentor Ji replies, not this time.  The Moogers had kidnapped another bride from a church downtown.  Everyone is disappointed.

Bulk and Spike are meditating in the park.  Bulk instructs Spike to mediate on the image of his samurai sword cutting through injustice as easily as the knife slices into cake.  Spike gets very excited over the idea of cake.  Spike asks Uncle Bulk about the flavor of icing - he likes vanilla.  Spike opens his eyes and sees a Mooger standing in front of him.  The Mooger takes off.  Several more Moogers race past with a screaming bride in the rickshaw.  Spike screams out monsters.  Spike stands up.  Bulk still has his eyes closed and replies, no, not monsters, cake.  Spike tries once more to let Uncle Bulk know there are monsters.  Bulk reluctantly opens his eyes and is surprised to see the Moogers in the distance.  Bulk quickly gets up and stands by Spike.  The Moogers, along with the bride, vanish through a gap in the park.  Bulk is disappointed - we are too late.  Spike is bummed.  Spike then wonders if there is any left over cake.

Jayden, Kevin, Mike, Mentor Ji, Emily, and Mia returned to their Shiba House.  They sit around a table with a map on it.  Mentor Ji informs them there is now a total of five brides kidnapped.  Mike pulls up another map.  He notes where the kidnapping takes place and notices it is a pattern, in the shape of a star.  Kevin is impressed and asks Mike if he has studied maps and crime patterns before?  Mike admits he has - he's watched a lot of cop shows.  That was not the answer Kevin was expecting.  Jayden adds too much has been left up to chance.  Jayden wants to make sure they lure them in, before anymore brides are taken.  Mia can't even imagine what those poor girls are going through.  I mean, this is suppose to be the happiest day of their lives.  Emily wonders if they had taken the brides to the Sanzu River?  Mentor Ji replies no.  The living can't survive there for long.  The Moogers must have used the gap to take them somewhere else.  Mia feels bad.  If their sting operation had worked, she could have helped those poor brides.  Jayden reassures her, they will try again.  Kevin wonders how they can get them to come to our wedding?  Mentor Ji holds up several sheets of paper clipped together.  Here is a list of weddings scheduled in our area.  Emily, Mia, Kevin, and Mike take a closer look at the list.  Emily notes there are so many weddings.  That's the problem.  Jayden had been deep in thought.  Jayden tells them he has an idea.

The bride is thrown down by Dayu's feet.  Dayu tells the bride, she is a pretty one.  I have such big plans for you.  Through her tears, the bride chokes out, my wedding day.
