Page Seven

Gold Ranger raced along with the rest of the Rangers into Panorama City and immediately notice the giant Moogers attacking.  Gold Ranger:  "Six, no seven!"  Green Ranger:  "Whoa!  At once!"  Yellow Ranger notices something else.  Yellow Ranger:  "Down there!  Look!  The Sanzu River is seeping through!"  Red Ranger:  "Let's go!"  Red Ranger:  "Samuraizers!"  All:  "Go!"  Red Ranger:  "Lion Folding Zord!"  Blue Ranger:  "Dragon Folding Zord!"  Green Ranger:  "Bear Folding Zord!"  Yellow Ranger:  "Ape Folding Zord!"  Pink Ranger:  "Turtle Folding Zord!"  Green Ranger, Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Blue Ranger, Red Ranger:  "Mega mode power!"  The five Rangers leap into their zords.  Gold Ranger:  "Samurai morpher!  Gold power!"  Gold Ranger looks at his morpher.  Gold Ranger:  "Clawzord, I need you now!"  Clawzord leaves the fishing cart.  Octozord peeks out.  Gold Ranger:  "Octozord, you're coming too."  Octozord leaves the fishing cart.  The two zords join the rest of the zords as they race along.  Green Ranger, Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Blue Ranger, Red Ranger:  "Zords combine!  Battlewing Megazord!  Armed for battle!"  Gold Ranger leaps into Clawzord.  Gold Ranger:  "Mega mode power!  Clawzord transformation!  Let's switch this up!  Let's see what we catch today!"  Gold Ranger spins the device.  Gold Ranger:  "Fantastico!  Claw Battlezord North!  Ready!"  The giant Moogers have both Megazords surrounded.  Gold Ranger:  "Whoa!  Is this a Mooger family reunion?"  Red Ranger:  "Antonio, focus!"  Gold Ranger:  "I am.  I'm going to go for the high score.  Hey, who wants their butt kicked first?"  The Moogers charged towards the Megazords.  Red Ranger:  "Let's get to work.  Now!"  Claw Battlezord North battles several Moogers.  Gold Ranger:  "Hey, careful where you point that thing!"  Claw Battlezord North knocks down two Moogers.  Gold Ranger:  "Golden baby!  Yeah!"  More Moogers charge towards Claw Battlezord North.  Gold Ranger:  "Aww, these guys keep coming!"  Battlewing Megazord is battling another batch of Moogers.  Red Ranger:  "Got them!"  More Moogers seeps between two buildings and arrive to fight.  This set of Moogers fly through the air and fire at Battlewing Megazord.  Green Ranger:  "Oh man, the flying ones freak me out!"  Red Ranger:  "Not a problem!"  Battlewing Megazord takes to the skies.  Red Ranger:  "It's time for these flyboys to get their wings clipped!"  The flying Moogers continue to fire at Battlewing Megazord.  Battlewing Megazord flies towards the Moogers and knocked them out of the sky with it's sword.  Claw Battlezord North continues the battle on the ground with another batch of Moogers.  Gold Ranger:  "Let's finish this!  Octospear charge!"  Claw Battlezord North with the Octospear fires and destroys several Moogers.  Battlewing Megazord continues the battle in the sky and destroys more Moogers.  Battlewing Megazord lands on the ground.  Red Ranger:  "Megablade!"  Green Ranger, Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Blue Ranger, Red Ranger:  "Activate!  Katana power!  Final strike!"  The remaining Moogers are destroyed.  Red Ranger:  "Samurai Rangers, victory is ours!"  Gold Ranger:  "Our team is as good as gold!"  After the battle, Antonio is out in the valley when he leaps in front of man (Deker).  Antonio:  "So, you've come to accept my challenge."  Deker gets a tighter grip on Uramasa.  Deker:  "Challenge?"  Antonio walks over to Deker.  Antonio:  "You said you would try my secret recipe.  Baby barracuda fish kabobs.  They're moi fantastico."  Deker:  "I did say that."  Antonio places his arm around Deker's shoulder and leads him away.  Antonio:  "Come on.  You won't be sorry."  With dramatic flair, Antonio sets up the table and chairs.  Antonio runs over to Deker.  Antonio:  "Hold on to your taste buds, cause they are about to be rocked."  Antonio grabs Deker and shoves him into a chair.  Antonio prepares the food with great enjoyment.  Deker is quietly amused.  A few moments later, Antonio is about to serve Deker, when he answers his morpher.  He tells Mia he is on his way.  Antonio places the food in front of Deker and apologizes - I got to jam.  Antonio tells Deker to enjoy your fish and takes off running.  Antonio ends up in a large forest, just outside of the Tengen Gate.  Arachnitor had been battling Green Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Pink Ranger.  Mike and Mia were already unconscious on the forest floor when Antonio arrived.  Suddenly Arachnitor is hit from behind.  Antonio tells Arachnitor anyone who hurts my friends, has to answer to me.  Arachnitor has no idea who Antonio is.  Blue Ranger and Yellow Ranger run over to Arachnitor and pin down his arms.  Yellow Ranger tells Antonio to go help Jayden.  (Jayden had been poisoned.)  Antonio promises he will come back and races through the forest.  Antonio runs to the Tengen Gate just as Octoroo trying to force the sealing symbol out of Jayden.  Jayden tells Octoroo never.  Antonio comes running up, yelling, the man said no!  Antonio morphs.  Gold Ranger tries to strike Octoroo with his Barracuda Blade, but Octoroo blocks the blow.  Octoroo asks, who invited you?  This is a private conversation.  Jayden is surprised to see Gold Ranger and then passes out.  Gold Ranger battles Octoroo with his Barracuda Blade.  Neither one see Deker hiding and watching their fight.  During the battle, Octoroo tells Gold Ranger to hold still.  Instead Gold Ranger continues to fight.  Octoroo strikes Gold Ranger with his staff and then blasts him.  Gold Ranger goes flying and lands hard on the ground.  Gold Ranger gets back up and comments on the smell.  Octoroo's eyes glow and two of tentacles stretch out and wrapped themselves around Gold Ranger.  Gold Ranger does not like the slimy feel of it.  Octoroo, through his tentacles, blasts Gold Ranger.  Octoroo then uses his tentacles to toss Gold Ranger around.  Crashing him into the ground several times.  Gold Ranger breaks free using his Barracuda Blade to break apart the tentacles.  Octoroo is not happy, those take forever to grow!  Gold Ranger charges towards Octoroo.  Octoroo tosses several balls that causes explosions when they hit.  Gold Ranger bats the balls away with his Barracuda Blade.  Gold Ranger reaches Octoroo and they both fight with their weapons.  Deker steps out of his hiding place and stands next to Jayden's still form.  Deker yells out, hey fisherman!  Gold Ranger is surprised to see him and asks what are you doing here?  Deker replies, relax.  Deker transforms into his Nighlok form.  He tells Gold Ranger, I will take care of the Red Ranger from here.  Gold Ranger becomes alarmed.  Wait!  No!  Deker picks up Jayden and slings him over his shoulder.  Deker leaps away with Jayden as Gold Ranger cries out no!  Come back with my friend!  Gold Ranger takes off to chase after Deker, but loses him in the forest.  Gold Ranger feels bad for failing Jayden.  Gold Ranger realizes he needs to check on the others.  Gold Ranger races through the forest and soon finds Mike, Mia, Kevin, and Emily unconscious on the forest floor.  Gold Ranger drops to his knees and asks himself, what am I suppose to do now? 

Gold Ranger managed to get back to Shiba House with Emily, Mike, Kevin, and Mia.  Antonio and Mentor Ji stand in the doorway as they watch their friends recover from their last battle.  Mentor Ji held the box which had the Black Box inside in.  Antonio:  "Boy, man they're pretty banged up after that run in with Arachnitor, huh?"  Mentor Ji:  "Yes, now that the Sanzu River is seeping into our world, the Nighlok are getting stronger.  Soon they will be too powerful for even our team to stop."  Mentor Ji started walking down the hall and Antonio quickly followed him.  Mentor Ji:  "It's crucial that you fill this Black Box with all the Rangers' symbol powers."  Antonio:  "Once we rescue Jayden, he and I will get it running in no time."  Mentor Ji turned around and faced Antonio.  Mentor Ji:  "Antonio, you must focus on the job at hand."  Antonio:  "But Jayden is out there."  Mentor Ji:  "Jayden would be the first to tell you, the Black Box is the priority."  Mentor Ji passed the box to Antonio.  Antonio gave a short laugh.  Antonio:  "But even the original Red Ranger couldn't finish this."  Mentor Ji walked into the main room.  Mentor Ji:  "Your lack of formal symbol power training will make this very difficult.  But you did build your own Samurai Morpher."  Antonio quickly followed him and sat down.  Antonio:  "It's the ultimate hack job.  My kind of challenge."  Mentor Ji:  "I have faith that your high tech skills will enable you to succeed where others have failed."  Antonio:  "Alright.  I'm on it.  With the others down, I know I have to pick up the slack."  Using his Samurai Morpher, Antonio works on the Black Box.  Mentor Ji is standing close by and watching.  After awhile, Antonio informs Mentor Ji that he has hacked in.  Now he just has to format it to absorb the symbol powers.  Antonio feels light headed and falls.  Mentor Ji is very concern.  Antonio reassures him that he is okay.  Mentor Ji warns him that he needs to pace himself.  Using symbol power is incredibly draining.  Antonio reminds him that he told him the whole world was at stake.  Antonio gets back up and states he has to do everything he can.  Antonio starts working with his Samurai Morpher once more.  Mentor Ji cautions him to be careful.  What you are trying to do is dangerous work.  If there is another Nighlok attack, you're the only Ranger healthy enough to respond.  After awhile, Antonio is exhausted.  He sits down as he announces the formatting is done.  Mentor Ji tells him, now comes the really dangerous part.  Fusing the Black Box with everyone's symbol powers.  Mike, Emily, Kevin, and Mia enter the room.  Kevin tells them, that's where we come in.  Mentor Ji is not happy to see them.  You shouldn't be out of bed.  Kevin points out that Antonio can't take this all on himself.  We need to help each other.  Especially since Jayden is gone.  The gap sensor goes off.  Antonio asks, so what do we do now?  Mia replies, well I know what Jayden would say.  Kevin finishes, at all cost, protect the innocent.  Antonio tells them to go take care of the Nighlok, he will go find Jayden.  Mentor Ji stops him.  You must finish the Black Box first.  Antonio replies, I can't.  I need their power discs and they are taking them into battle.  As Antonio talks, Emily pulls out her power disc and looks at it.  She walks over to Antonio and hands over her power disc.  Here, it's yours.  Mia, Mike, and Kevin all pull out their power discs and hand them to Antonio.  Antonio can't believe it.  Are you guys serious?  How can you defeat the Nighlok without these?  Emily replies, we'll make do.  But without the Black Box, the whole world is in danger and you're the only one who can program it.  Kevin agrees.  No one can match the skills you bring to the team.  Antonio protests.  But my best friend needs me.  Mia tells him, I know what he would say to that too.  Kevin finishes, one person is insignificant compare to the fate of the world.  Mike tells him, dude, you have that impression down.  Antonio is convinced.  Antonio tells them, I wish you guys weren't right, but you are.  This has to come first.  Antonio gazes at the Black Box.  After a few moments, he notices everyone is still standing there.  He tells them to go.  Mike, Mia, Kevin, and Emily take off as Antonio shouts after them, I have work to do!  And be careful!  Kevin shouts back, don't worry about us.  Antonio looks at the Black Box and notes this is dangerous.  Antonio places the Black Box in the middle of the four power discs.  Antonio continues to use his Samurai Morpher to try and lock in the dragon power disc.  But it doesn't work and Antonio gets frustrated.  He tells himself, he can do it and tries again.  This time it works - that's it!  Dragon Zord!  Mentor Ji comments so far, so good.  Antonio keeps it going with a little yellow.  But it doesn't work and Antonio sits down in frustration.  I just don't have enough symbol energy to finish it fast enough.  I'm sorry.  It's just that the whole planet is counting on me.  Wait!  The whole planet!  That's it!  Antonio works on his Samurai Morpher.  I'll piggy back on a global satellite system and use the symbol power to angulated Jayden's Samuraizer.  After a few moments, Antonio has success and has found Jayden.  Antonio walks up to Mentor Ji and tells him, look, I can't finish the Black Box now, but I can help Jayden.  Mentor Ji tells him to go.  Gold Ranger quickly arrives at the cave where Jayden and Deker are.  They both have their swords drawn and are staring each other down.  Gold Ranger leaps in and tells Deker to hold on!  This isn't going to happen on my watch!  Gold Ranger stands protectively in front of Jayden.  He tells Jayden that he is in no shape to fight.  Deker growls, get out of my way fisherman!  Gold Ranger asks, how can you want to duel him when he's like this Nighlok?!   Deker turns his head away and considers what Gold Ranger has said.  Gold Ranger continues, me and my friend are walking out of here and you're going to let us!  Deker disdainfully tells them to go.  But know this Red Ranger, the next time we meet, we will battle.  Gold Ranger excitedly tells Jayden, the nice creepy guy is letting us go!  Gold Ranger throws down a smoke screen and the two vanish.  Gold Ranger and Red Ranger arrive in Panorama City.  Arachnitor is struck with several strikes.  It is Gold Ranger.  Gold Ranger and Red Ranger race over to the four fallen Rangers.  The four Rangers are happy to see that Red Ranger is okay.  Arachnitor is surrounded by Moogers.  Arachnitor sends the Moogers to attack the Rangers.  Gold Ranger races through the Moogers and strikes each one with his Barracuda Blade.  Gold Ranger destroys several Moogers.  Gold Ranger informs the rest of the Rangers that he didn't have time to finish the Black Box, but I promise to try again.  Gold Ranger passes back the power discs to the four Rangers.  Yellow Ranger notes, we can sure use them.  Green Ranger is ready - let's show these Moogers how we really roll.  More Moogers charge towards the Rangers.  Pink Ranger, Green Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Yellow Ranger use the Quadruple Slash against several Moogers, which destroys them.  Arachnitor charges towards the Rangers.  Red Ranger transforms his Spin Sword into his Fire Smasher.  Red Ranger battles Arachnitor with his Fire Smasher.  Arachnitor strikes the Fire Smasher, having it transform back into a Spin Sword.  Red Ranger notes, things just got a little tougher.  Red Ranger kicks Arachnitor and then flies backwards.  Arachnitor tries to blast him several times, but misses.  Arachnitor leaps into the air and battles Red Ranger, knocking him down.  Pink Ranger notes that they are all too tired to put up much of a fight.  Blue Ranger suggests they combine all their strength.  Green Ranger notes, we don't have much of it.  We need something that doesn't require much symbol power.  Red Ranger suggests Quintuple Slash.  The five Rangers use the Quintuple Slash against Arachnitor and knock him off his feet.  Arachnitor gets back on his feet.  Yellow Ranger tells the rest of the Rangers, it's still not enough.  Gold Ranger runs up to them and tells them to do it again.  This time I will help it on it's way.  Gold Ranger races towards Arachnitor and then stops several feet in front of it.  Pink Ranger is concern they will hit Gold Ranger.  Gold Ranger reassures them that he's got a golden move that will keep me safe and power up our attack.  Red Ranger hopes Gold Ranger knows what he is doing.  Once more the five Rangers use Quintuple Slash.  Gold Ranger uses the power of the Quintuple Slash and puts a spin on it.  Gold Ranger then hits Arachnitor with the more powerful Quintuple Slash.  Arachnitor goes flying, hits broken concrete and lands on the ground.  Arachnitor still gets back up, but this time he takes off.  Gold Ranger points out that Arachnitor is getting away.  The Rangers are about to chase after him when several giant Moogers emerged from a gap.  Yellow Ranger comments, this isn't good.  Pink Ranger, Red Ranger, Green Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Blue Ranger summon their zords.  When they arrive, Samurai Megazord is formed.  Gold Ranger summons Clawzord.  Once it arrives, Gold Ranger leaps inside and transforms Clawzord into Claw Battlezord East.  Several of the giant Moogers shoot arrows at Samurai Megazord and Claw Battlezord East.  Both are hit.  Gold Ranger tells the rest of the Rangers to take care of Arachnitor, he will take care of the Moogers.  Red Ranger agrees.  Green Ranger spots more Moogers seeping out of a gap.  This group of Moogers fly towards them.  Green Ranger notes, they are not kidding around today.  The flying Moogers fire at Samurai Megazord and Claw Battlezord East.  Blue Ranger can't believe there are more Moogers.  Samurai Megazord is hit several times and Yellow Ranger notes they are sitting ducks.  Gold Ranger tells the rest of the Rangers, they got to take action now!  Red Ranger agrees, we must control the sky.  Swordfish Zord, Tiger Zord, and Beetle Zord are summon and Samurai Battlewing is formed.  Samurai Battlewing takes to the sky.  Claw Battlezord East battles the giant Moogers on the ground and knocks a couple to the ground.  The flying Moogers fire at Samurai Battlewing.  Samurai Battlewing strikes several of the flying Moogers with it's sword, knocking them out of the sky and the flying Moogers retreat.  The giant Moogers on the ground continue their attack on Claw Battlezord East.  Gold Ranger notes, they want some more.  Remember these claws can handle you!  Gold Ranger activates the mega blade.  Claw Battlezord East strikes the Moogers several times with it's claws.  The Moogers are destroyed.  Gold Ranger wants to get spider breath next.  Green Ranger tells them, that mutant must given us the slip.  Red Ranger tells Gold Ranger, that Arachnitor is long gone by now.   After the battle, Antonio, Emily, Mia, Kevin, and Mike find Jayden sitting alone in the courtyard.  His back is towards them.  Emily calls out to him.  Jayden turns around and Emily asks if this is a bad time?  Jayden replies, no, what's up?  Mia tells him, first they wanted to make sure you're okay after all that you have been through.  Mike adds that they are going to chow down on some pizza and figure out a strategy for the new, more powerful Nighlok.  Emily asks if Jayden wants to join them.  Jayden thanks them.  I'm doing fine.  But why don't you go ahead without me.  Mia asks if he is sure.  Jayden replies, yeah, thanks.  Emily tells him, okay, no problem.  It's your choice.  Disappointed Antonio, Mia, Emily, and Mike head towards Shiba House.  Kevin hangs back a little, concern for his friend, but eventually joins the rest.  After a few moments, Jayden quickly stands up and calls out to his friends, you guys!  Jayden walks over to his friends and tells them, I changed my mind, I will join you.  Antonio, Mia, Mike, Emily, and Kevin are happy to have Jayden join them.  They all head inside.  Antonio and Jayden walk side by side.  Antonio tells him, it's good to have you back.  Jayden thanks him.  I might not have been back at all if it weren't for you.  Antonio replies, well, I do have my golden moments.  Jokingly, Jayden pushes Antonio through the doorway.
