Mia, Emily, Kevin, and Mike were outside training. Jayden was watching them. Mentor Ji is supervising them and talking as well. Mentor Ji: The life of a samurai must be one of discipline and order. Samurai must constantly improve their skills, to ready themselves for battle. Mia and Emily were sparring each other. Kevin accidentally hits Mike with his stick. Mia and Emily stop as Jayden steps forward. Jayden: Are you okay? Mike: Of course. Jayden: Get into your opponent's head. Use your instincts to sense their next move and feel their attack coming. Kevin steps behind Jayden. Jayden uses his stick to strike Kevin, but Kevin is ready for him. Mike: Wow Kevin, that's amazing! Jayden then strikes Mike with his stick. Jayden: Mike, always keep your guard up. Mentor Ji: Mike, let me ask you....Jayden strikes Mike from behind. Mike: Hey, that's not fair! You distracted me. Mike realizes what they are doing. Mike: Okay, I get it. Let me try again. One more time. Mike and Jayden get into fight positions and the sparring begins. Mike does a flip as Jayden is about to strike. Jayden then hits Mike on the back of his leg. Jayden: Now watch this. Jayden then demonstrates once more with Kevin. During the demonstration, Kevin's pants fall down. Mia and Emily laugh as Kevin quickly pulls his pants back up. Emily: Hey! Where did Mike go? Later that day, Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Blue Ranger arrived in the city. Red Ranger and Green Ranger had been battling Rofer. Green Ranger's friends had been knocked down during the battle. The three Rangers race over to where Red Ranger and Green Ranger's friends were. Pink Ranger and yellow Ranger make sure Mike's friends are okay as Blue Ranger helps Red Ranger. Red Ranger is ready to take Rofer. Rofer starts to dry out and retreats. Mia and her friends return to their base. Mia and Emily clean up and bandaged Mike. Mentor Ji, Jayden, and Kevin are there as well. Mentor Ji tells Mike thank goodness you were there. You prevented that Nighlok from injuring lots of people. Mike thought he could take him on his own. Kevin tells him that was brave of him, but imagine what could have happened. Mike replies I know. Jayden reminds Mike that being a samurai is the ultimate sacrifice. Since we are fighting evil, you must stay away from your family and friends, in order to keep them safe. Mike realizes that now. Mike wants to at least check on his friends and walks out. Mentor Ji is unsure, but Jayden gives a nod of approval. The next day, Rofer and several Moogers are attacking the city. Mia, Kevin, Jayden, and Emily arrive and face them down. The four teens immediately take out their Samuraizers and morph. The four Rangers pull out their Spin Swords, ready for battle. Rofer notes the Green Ranger is missing. Mike comes running up and leaps over the Rangers. Mike wants to take Rofer on his own. Mike morphs. Rofer gives the Moogers the order to attack. Green Ranger runs into the battle and fights the Moogers with his Spin Sword. Blue Ranger calls out Mike, what are you doing? Red Ranger suggests they help him. The four Rangers race into battle. They also battle the Moogers with their Spin Swords. Red Ranger calls out Spin Sword, Fire Smasher! this produces a fire wave that destroys several Moogers. Pink Ranger calls out Spin Sword, Air Wave. A blast of air destroys more Moogers. Eventually all the Moogers are destroyed. Green Ranger is battling Rofer with is Spin Sword. Green Ranger had a difficult time against Rofer. Green Ranger manages to trick Rofer into getting his arms all tangled up. Green Ranger calls out Spin Sword, Forest Vortex! Rofer is defeated and falls to the ground. Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Blue Ranger join Green Ranger. Yellow Ranger tells Green Ranger he was amazing. Blue Ranger admits Green Ranger did okay. Red Ranger joins them and warns them it's time for round two. Rofer is back as mega monster. Green Ranger wants to take Rofer down himself. Green Ranger tosses his Spin Sword into the air and then summons his Bear zord. Green Ranger calls out Mega Mode Power! Green Ranger leaps into his Bear zord. Bear zord races towards Rofer and goes into mauling mode. The rest of the Rangers are watching the battle. Blue Ranger feels Green Ranger should not be doing this on his own. Once more., Red Ranger suggests they help Green Ranger. Pink Ranger summons her Turtle Folding Zord and leaps inside once it arrives. The rest of the Rangers summon their zords and leap inside as well. Pink Ranger's Spin Sword transforms into a joystick that allows her to operate Turtle zord. Rofer has managed to kick Bear zord away. Bear zord goes flying through the sky. The rest of the zords catch him. Green Ranger thanks them for having his back. Red Ranger tells his team they need to combine. The Samurai Megazord is formed. Green Ranger tells the rest that he has taken this as far as he can on his own. Let's finish this Nighlok off together. Pink Ranger is impressed and tells Green Ranger he has come a long way. Samurai Megazord battles Rofer. Rofer stretches out his arms once more and has them beneath the ground. Red Ranger instructs his team to follow his lead. Samurai Megazord stands completely still. Green Ranger asks Red Ranger what's up? Red Ranger replies just use your instincts to sense his attack. Green Ranger asks Red Ranger if he is sure? Red Ranger replies, concentrate hard enough, you can read his next move. Red Ranger instructs his team to focus and they all do. Rofer's fist breaks through the surface and Samurai Megazord is ready for it and quickly tied up his arms. Samurai Megazord uses it's sword and slices off Rofer's arms. Rofer is furious. Samurai Megazord uses it's Samurai Slash to destroy Rofer. Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers are jubilant. After the battle, Mia, Kevin, Jayden, Emily, and Mike return to their base. Mentor Ji is waiting for them. Everyone, except Mike, is in high spirits. Jayden tells Mike good work. Kevin adds you were great. Mia tells him the way you tricked that Nighlok was beyond creative. Emily does a wacky arm demonstration as she tells Mike it was so cool how you use his wacky arms against him. Mike tells them the truth is, I did trick him, but it wasn't enough. Actually Jayden helped me defeat him. I only anticipated the attack of one of the arms, Jayden got the other one. I couldn't have done it without him. Jayden tells him we can do anything as a team. Jayden places his hand in the middle of the circle they have formed. Mika smiles as she quickly places her hand on top of Jayden's. Emily places her hand on top. Kevin does the same and finally Mike. They shout together - Rangers Together! Samurai Forever!
Mia was in the courtyard of the Shiba House. She was practicing her martial arts. Her friends were also out in the courtyard. Kevin walked up to Mia. Kevin: Hey Mia! If you ever need...Mia: I'm good Kevin, thanks. Mia did an impressed kick that made Kevin step back. He then smiled. Later, Mia and Mentor Ji were setting up for the afternoon meal. Kevin walked in and immediately walk over to them. Kevin: Here! Let me help. Kevin took the bowls from them and set them on the individual tables. The sensor went off. Mia: The gap sensor! Mentor Ji presses his hand down onto the large coffee table and a map appears. Mia: A Nighlok ahs crossed into our world. Mia and her friends morphed and went to the park. Doubletone was about to make a pinky swear with a young boy, Ryan, when they arrived. Red Ranger: Hey! Red Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Green Ranger battled Doubletone with their Spin Swords. Pink Ranger and Yellow Ranger hurried over to Ryan. Pink Ranger: Are you okay? The three Rangers knocked Doubletone to the ground. Doubletone got back up. Red Ranger: Nighlok, what kind of mischief are you up to with this kid? Doubletone: Nothing. Doubletone glanced at Ryan. Doubletone: We're friends, right? Ryan looked very frighten. Green Ranger: You're lying! Blue Ranger: Back off! Yellow Ranger looked at Ryan. Yellow Ranger: Run away as fast as you can. Ryan took off running. Doubletone became angry. Doubletone: Stay out of my business! Red Ranger: Oh yeah! Pink Ranger: Come on! Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers raced towards Doubletone. First, Red Ranger, Green Ranger, and Blue Ranger battled Doubletone with their Spin Swords. Doubletone: Hey! Didn't I just warn you to mind your business? Doubletone knocked Blue Ranger and Green Ranger to the ground. Doubletone: Fighting you Rangers is like a walk in the park for me. Doubletone kicks Red Ranger down. Doubletone: Your turn girls. Pink Ranger and Yellow Ranger battled Doubletone with their Spin Swords. Doubletone: As you can see, I play well with others. Doubletone defeated them as well. Doubletone: The fun has just begun. Doubletone retreated inside a tree. Green Ranger: I think he's planning something real bad. Pink Ranger: I'm worried about that kid. We need to find him. Red Ranger: Right. Let's split up and look for him. Yellow Ranger: Right. Pink Ranger: Yeah. The Rangers took off to search for Ryan. Mia and Kevin found Ryan, looking sad, and pushing his bike along. Mia spoke softy. Mia: Hi. My name is Mia, this is Kevin. Can we talk to you about something? Ryan didn't say anything. Kevin: We saw you talking to a Nighlok, I mean, a real ugly looking monster earlier. Can you tells us what you were talking about? Ryan: Hmm. He was just trying to make me laugh. It was nothing. Mia tells Ryan not to worry, we are here to help you. Ryan gets angry and tells them I told you, we weren't talking about anything! Leave me alone! Ryan hops onto his bike and takes off. Kevin shouts out to wait. Mia tells Kevin to hold on. It's not like we can force him to tell us. But he's definitely hiding something. Kevin suggests they keep an eye on him. Kevin and Mia follow Ryan to his house. They stay hidden by a tree as they watch Ryan swing his baseball bat. Ryan gives the baseball bat a longing look and then goes inside. Kevin tells Mia he use to be like that. Before a big swim meet. I kept practicing and practicing. And everyday as I swam lap after lap in that pool, my dad felt like I was getting closer to my goal. The ultimate goal. My dream of swimming in the Olympics. I miss that dream. Mia realizes what is going on with Kevin and tells him so. You're missing your old life. That's why you were asking us if we were alright too. Kevin denies it, now he has the samurai team. That's all I need. Mia doesn't believe him. Kevin admits that he does miss it a little. Swimming was a huge part of my life. Kevin doesn't know how to explain it. Mia tells him he doesn't have to. You had dreams of the Olympics. You can't just forget that. A little while later, Mia returns to the Shiba House. Kevin stay behind. Mia is in the kitchen, cooking some chicken. She is unaware of Emily, Jayden, and Mike who have gathered in the doorway, watching her. Mia wants to cheer Kevin up with a home cooked meal. Mia is struggling to cut a small pumpkin. Mia pulls out her Spin Sword and easily slices apart the pumpkin and knocks the pieces into a boiling pot of water. Mia is very pleased with herself. Evening has fallen. Kevin is exercising when Mia walks up. Mia asks him if there is anything to report yet? Kevin replies no. Mia and Kevin walk over to a bench and sit down. They don't notice the red glow behind a fence. It is Doubletone, but he stays hidden. Mia tells Kevin that she brought him dinner and hands him over the dinner box. She tells him to eat it while it's still hot. Kevin is touched - you cook this just for me. Mia nods her head. Kevin opens it up and his look of happiness changes to one of dismay. Mia doesn't notice. Kevin quickly puts a smile back on his face as he turns to look at Mia. Mia tells him you know, you said I gave up my dream of having a normal life. But I haven't really. I can get it right back as soon as we defeat the Nighloks. And maybe swimming can wait for you too. Kevin thinks over what she has said and nods his head in agreement. Being a good sport, Kevin takes a bite of Mia's chicken. It tastes as bad as it looks. although Kevin tries to cover it up by smiling while he is chewing it. Mia turns her head for a moment. Kevin takes advantage of it by tossing out the chicken by the handful. Mia turns back around and states the chicken is pretty good. Mia glances down at the dinner tray and sees the chicken is almost all gone. She can't believe Kevin woofed it down and she is very proud. Hard as it is, Kevin east the last of the chicken. They eventually fall asleep. Mia sleeps on Kevin's shoulder. The following morning, Kevin wakes up first. He hears a door shut. It is Ryan leaving his house. Kevin wakes up Mia. They watch Ryan for a moment as he runs down the sidewalk. Mia and Kevin get up and follow Ryan. Doubletone emerges from behind the fence, and also follows Ryan. Mia and Kevin catch up to Ryan. Mia shouts out a hey and Ryan turns around. Mia asks him if he has a game today? Ryan replies no I quit playing baseball. Kevin asks him how come? Ryan tells him he can't tell him and takes off running. Kevin and Mia chase after him. Suddenly a spear hits the ground. Mia and Kevin stop and turn around. Ryan stops running as well. Doubletone laughs as he pulls up his spear. Mia can't believe it's Doubletone again. Kevin asks him what is he up to? Doubletone tells them nothing, you nosy Rangers. My friend and I made a deal. Right kid? Ryan looks down at his baseball chain and gives the baseball a squeeze. A garbage truck comes and stops at a house. Ryan stares at the garbage truck. Kevin quickly puts two and two together. He asks Doubletone why he made Ryan throw away his baseball equipment? Doubletone explains that Ryan loved playing baseball. I got him to give up his dreams. Now that he is so sad, the Sanzu River will be flooding in no time. Ryan reminds Doubletone that he promised that if he gave up something special, he would get something even more special back. Mia asks Ryan what he means by getting something more special back? Doubletone warns Ryan not to say anything. Ryan asks Doubletone where is he? Doubletone replies you have to be patient. Kevin calls Doubletone a liar. Kevin warns Ryan not to listen to Doubletone, he is just trying to trick you. Mia asks Ryan what did Doubletone promise you? Ryan is distracted by the sight and sound of the dumpster being emptied into the garbage truck. Doubletone gloats. Ryan explains that his father is in the army and had to go away. Doubletone said if I gave up baseball, he would bring back my dad. Ryan starts crying. Doubletone laughs at Ryan's tears. Mia can't believe Doubletone try to make him give up his dreams. Mia tells Ryan to leave and Ryan takes off running. Mia scolds Doubletone - telling him how dare you pick on a little kid. Mia and Kevin morph. Doubletone blasts Pink Range rand Blue Ranger. They land in the woods. Doubletone warns them that their end is near. Doubletone blasts the two Rangers with his tidal wave. Pink Ranger and Blue Ranger are knocked off their feet and land hard on the ground. Doubletone tells them he's all kinds of trouble. Suddenly Red Ranger, yellow Ranger, and Green Ranger arrive. They battle Doubletone with their Spin Swords. Doubletone is caught off guard and is knocked to the ground. The three Rangers join Pink Ranger and Blue Ranger. Red Ranger tells them they race here as soon as the gap sensor sounded. Pink Ranger tells them thanks and that they got here jus tin time. Doubletone summons Moogers. Moogers appear from beneath the ground. Pink Ranger and Blue Ranger battle them with their Spin Swords. Red Ranger battles the Moogers with his Fire Smasher. Green Ranger uses his Forest Spear to battle and destroy Moogers. Yellow Ranger uses her Earth Slicer in the battle. The Moogers are destroyed. Pink Ranger summons her Sky Fan and Blue Ranger summons his Hydro Bow. Just as their weapons transform, Doubletone uses his super tsunami attack on them. The two Rangers are able to defeat the attack and defeat Doubletone. Pink Ranger tells him that's why you get for making Ryan so sad. The rest of the Rangers join them. Doubletone is giant size. Pink Ranger and Blue Ranger summon their folding zords. Turtle zord and Dragon zord fly towards Doubletone. Doubletone tries to blast them. Dragon zord returns fire on Doubletone. Turtle zord and Dragon zord team up. Dragon zord grabs a hold of Turtle zord and then flings it against Doubletone. Soon the rest of the zords arrive and the Samurai Megazord is formed. Samurai Megazord and Doubletone battle. Doubletone manages to knock Samurai Megazord's sword away. Blue Ranger gets an idea. Blue Ranger instructs the Megazord to do a dragon leap. Samurai Megazord leaps high into the air. Pink Ranger commands aerial turtle strike. The Turtle zord disconnects form Samurai Megazord and strikes Doubletone. Turtle zord returns to the Samurai Megazord as it gets it's sword back. Samurai Megazord destroys Doubletone wit the Samurai Strike. After the battle, Mia, Kevin, Jayden, Mike, and Emily are at the baseball game. The coach gives Ryan his equipment back after a nice garbage man gave it to him. Ryan changes into his uniform and goes out onto the field to play. Jayden pulls out his Samuraizer and makes a symbol with it. The symbol hits Ryan in the back. Ryan turns around and sees a glowing image of his dad. Mia, Kevin, Emily, and Mike are blown away. Mike asks Jayden how he did that hocus pocus? Jayden explains he just helped a dream become a vision. But I can only sustain it for a moment. Kevin tells Mia that the two of them make a great team. We're going to fight those Nighloks and make sure no one else has to give up what they love. Mia adds or their dreams. The game starts and everyone watches the game - including Bulk and Spike. Ryan makes a great hit and the ball goes flying and hits Spike in the head. The crowd cheers Ryan on. Ryan makes a home run with everyone cheering him on - including Mia, Jayden, Mike, Emily, and Kevin.
