DR. LEVOY

Dr. Levoy - Dan Schoff

Dr. Levoy works at Bio-Labs.  He works closely with Mr. Collins.  Dr. Levoy and his team had designed and built Raimei - a new weapon they felt confident would protect Silver Hills from Ransik and his mutants.  Mr. Collins held a press conference to unveiled Raimei.  Dr. Levoy walked along with Mr. Collins and gave a tour of lab, he told reporters, even now they were building new technologies for the future.  During the press conference, several Cyclobots broke into the lab, along with Izout.  Izout had a Cyclobot take a container full of Zirium powder.  Blue Ranger and Red Ranger soon arrived and they helped to get everyone to safety.  Later, Dr. Levoy had a meeting with Mr. Collins.  Mr. Collins was curious as to why the Cyclobots had taken the powder.  Dr. Levoy did not know why, as it was simply waste product.  Later, the city was under attack.  Dr. Levoy rushed into Mr. Collins' office and told him of the attack.  They quickly went to the lab.  Dr. Levoy sat at a computer and began getting Raimei online.  Raimei went into the city to fight Tronicon.  Dr. Levoy giving instructions to the pilots.  At first, things were going well and Dr. Levoy was very pleased.  Later, Dr. Levoy was stunned when Tronicon destroyed Raimei.  Dr. Levoy hollered at the pilots to get out and then sat still in disappointment.
