Wes, Eric, and Ransik are all after the Quantumsaurs-Rex.  Ransik's mutant, Eric, and Wes travel back to the Jurassic period.  Eric spends so much time fighting Wes, that the mutant gains control of the Q-Rex.  All of them journey back to 2001, where Q-Rex is busy destroying Silver Hills.
