Wes tries to convince Eric to give him the quantum morpher.  Eric is convinced that soon he will be the leader of the Power Rangers and refuses to give Wes the morpher.  Mr. Collins approaches the other Rangers with an offer to come work for him.  Jen, Katie, Lucas, and Trip refuse Mr. Collins' offer and rush to Wes' side.  Eric destroys the controlling device on the Q-Rex and now has control of it.  He is also appointed the new leader of the Silver Guardians.
