The Rangers arrive at a bank robbery only to discover a group of men called the "Silver Guardians" there.  One of the "Silver Guardians" approaches the Rangers.  He turns out to be a former classmate of Wes, who has an enormous grudge against Wes.  Later, both Eric and Mr. Collins discover that Wes is the Red Time Force Ranger.
