Dash - Riley Schmidt

Dash is a friend of Lucas and a race car driver as well.  During a street car race, there was an accident and Dash was involved.  Lucas had to testified against his friend.  Dash was frozen.  When Ransik made his escape back to the year 2001, Dash happened to be one of the frozen mutants taken along in the prison ship.  Frax had selected another mutant, but Nadira wanted Dash, as she wanted a super fast driver to take her shopping.  Dash was unfrozen and immediately Nadira started her shopping spree.  Dash waited in the car as Nadira entered a jewelry store and then left with dozens of rings on her fingers.  Nadira jumped into the car and the two of the speed of - eluding the police and Dash managed to get the car to fly through the air.  They ended up at an overlook and Dash smugly asked Nadira how he did.  Nadira was thrilled and transform the car into a super car for Dash.  Dash and Nadira went on another shopping spree.  As they made their getaway they were stopped by the Power Rangers.  Blue Ranger immediately recognizes Dash and demorphs.  Lucas is angry at Dash for working with Nadira.  Dash blames Lucas for being frozen.  Dash and Nadira leave and return to the prison ship.  Nadira started to drape the jewelry she had stolen onto Dash. Dash had more on his mind than shopping.  He told Nadira he was going to check out life in the year 2001 and Nadira promptly told him that she was going too.  They walked along together until Nadira spotted a window display.  Nadira immediately began listing all the things she wanted from the display window.  Dash sneaked away.  He hid and muttered what an airhead under his breath.  Dash dumps the jewelry Nadira has given him into a trash can.  Dash enters a restaurant and orders a meal.  He is enjoying a banana with ketchup all over it when Lucas sits in front of him.  Lucas comments that he doesn't know how mutants can eat that stuff.  Dash is not thrilled to see Lucas.  Lucas tells Dash that he was a great race car driver and still doesn't understand why he is working for Nadira.  Dash blames Lucas for being frozen and Lucas tells Dash that he needs to take responsibility for his actions.  Dash refuses and instead challenges Lucas to another race.  They had been tied with three wins a piece.  Lucas agrees.  Later, Dash helps Nadira make another getaway from another robbery.  As they are racing along, they are spotted by Lucas with his driving instructor, Mr. Graves.  Lucas goes after Dash and manages to stop him.  Dash challenges Lucas to a race, but Lucas refuses, telling him street racing is what got him in trouble in the first place.  Dash refuses to listen, believing Lucas is a coward.  Dash races along with Nadira still in the car.  Lucas chases after Dash and stops Dash once more.  Dash is furious, believing that Lucas deliberately stopped him so that he wouldn't win the race.  A ball rolls into the street and several children ran after it.  Dash realizes that if Lucas had stop him, he would have hit the children.  Dash realizes the errors of his ways and tells Lucas that he is sorry.  Nadira is reluctant to lose her race car driver and zaps Dash with several electrical bolts.  Dash cries out in pain and is no longer in control.  Armor appears on Dash and he begins to battle the Blue Ranger.  The battle escalates to zords.  Eventually, Dash falls to the ground.  He tells Blue Ranger that he is ready to pay for his crimes.  Dash shrinks and his frozen.  Lucas has high hopes that one day Dash will win a race car race.
