Jetson/Jethro

Jetson is Cassie's golden lab.  Jetson enjoys playing Frisbee with Cassie.  Cassie had Jetson at the lake with her friends T.J., Ashley, Carlos, and Justin.  After Jetson made a spectacular catch, T.J. commented that Cassie should sign up Jetson for the pro football team.  Cassie and Jetson went to the picnic table and Cassie tied Jetson to the leg of the table.  Mr. Goorific appeared and tried to transform the Rangers into animals.  Jetson tried to protect Cassie, but he was unable to because he was still tied up.  After Mr. Goorific left, Cassie released Jetson from the table.  Later, the Rangers were at the Youth Center with Jetson.  Bulk & Skull were trying to find jobs from a month old paper.  Cassie volunteered Jetson to get the paper for them.  Cassie gave Jetson some money and he left to get a paper.  In disbelief, Bulk & Skull watch as Jetson returned with a paper.  Jetson also returned the change to Cassie.  Cassie gave Bulk & Skull the paper before leaving with Jetson.  Jetson and Cassie were sitting at the park together.  Cassie wondered what Jetson would say if he was human.  Mr. Goorific appeared again.  Jetson tried to protect Cassie, but his leash got caught on a sprinkler.  Cassie morphed and battle Mr. Goorific.  Cassie was having difficulties and Jetson leaped in.  Jetson and Mr. Goorific tumbled down a hill.  When Jetson woke up, he discovered that he was human.  Jetson found some clothes on a bench and put them on.  Jetson went looking for Cassie.  He found a flyer that Carlos had posted and went to the Youth Center.  Jetson sniffed the air and spotted Cassie.  Jetson returned his leash to Cassie.  Jetson almost introduced himself as Jetson, but quickly change it to Jethro.  Jethro took Cassie and Justin to the spot where the leash had been found.  The three split up to look for Jetson.  Jethro talked to other dogs and was playing with one when Cassie and Justin found him.  Jethro explained that the dog didn't know where Jetson was.  Cassie thanked him for his help.  Cassie was about to leave, when she asked Jethro if there was anywhere he needed to go.  Jethro told Cassie that his family was on vacation and he didn't really have anything to do. Jethro volunteered to help Cassie find her dog.  Jethro helped Cassie distribute flyers onto car's windshields.  Cassie told Jethro they needed to think of places a dog might be.  Jethro suggested Dr. Simon the vet.  Cassie was puzzled that Jethro knew Dr. Simon.  Jethro was saved from explaining anything when Bulk & Skull pulled up.  Bulk & Skull claimed that they had found Jetson, but instead they had found another dog.  Jethro recognized the dog as Elmo, who lived closed to the high school.  Cassie wanted to know who he knew the dog, but Jethro replied that he had seen him earlier.  Jethro and Cassie returned Elmo to his owner.  Cassie wished she could find Jetson and Jethro didn't know what to say.  They returned to the park where Jethro had three burgers with extra, extra cheese.  He explained that where he was from, cheese was hard to get and hamburgers impossible.  Cassie watched a family with their dog and told Jethro how much she missed playing with Jetson.  Jethro grab Cassie and told her that he would play.  Jethro told Cassie to toss the Frisbee, which she did half heartily.  Jethro told her to really launch it and made another spectacular catch.  Jethro ran up to Cassie and told her the same comment that T.J. had made about him earlier.  Jethro and Cassie returned to the Youth Center. Just outside, Jethro noticed that his hands were paws again and knew he was turning back into a dog.  Jethro told Cassie to go ahead and looked at his paws once more.  Jethro tucked his paws into his pockets and entered the Youth Center.  Cassie introduced Jethro to Ashley and Carlos.  They invited him to sit with them, but Jethro told them he couldn't.  Jethro told Cassie that he had to go, his family was leaving.  Cassie was upset and felt like she was losing her best friend.  Cassie gave Jethro a hug and he told her that she would always be his only best friend.  Back as a dog, Jetson again protected Cassie from Mr. Goorific.  Another day, Jetson was at the Youth Center with Cassie and Justin.  Cassie was telling Jetson that she wished that he had met Jethro.  As she talk about Jethro to Jetson, she noticed a lot of similarities between the two.
