Toxica is desperate to redeem herself to Mandilok.  Mandilok sends her to kidnap Princess Shayla along with Jindrax and Onikage.  The plan goes wrong when Toxica touches the scared water.  Mandilok is furious with Toxica.  Toxica becomes more desperate to prove herself and goes to great lengths, including having her horn cut, in order to capture Princess Shayla.  Toxica delivers Princess Shayla and discovers that she has been betrayed by Onikage.  The Rangers try to rescue the Princess, but they are unable to and discouraged by their failed efforts.
