ARNIE

Arnie

Arnie is Lt. Stone's ten-year nephew.  Lt. Stone asked Bulk & Skull if they could watch Arnie while he went on patrol.  They were all at the Youth Center, where Captain Pete and the Puppetman were performing.  Once Lt. Stone left, Arnie kicked Bulk and took off.  Arnie took a moment to watch the show and cheered with the rest of the kids.  Cogs appeared and place a device on Puppetman, turning him evil.  Puppetman placed the kids under a hypnotic trance, including Arnie.  The hypnotized children set about destroying the Youth Center, and Arnie lead the charge.  When the Rangers tried to intervened, the Puppetman used the children as a shield.  Eventually the Rangers broke the spell and the children return to normal.  Arnie, who had enjoyed the chaos, continued with his bad behavior.  He managed to tie Bulk & Skull to a chair and was enjoying tormenting them.  Eventually Bulk & Skull got a hold of Arnie and told him that they would inform Lt. Stone of his behavior.  Arnie told them that his Uncle Jerome would not be impressed with the fact that they could not handle him.  Lt. Stone returned and no one said a word about Arnie's behavior.  Arnie excitedly told his Uncle about the day's events and uttered the words Power Rangers.  Power Rangers was the secret word of the day on Captain Pete's show and Arnie ended up with pie in his face.
