Uncle John Rush

Uncle John Rush is Tommy's adoptive uncle.  He had let Tommy use his prototype wave runner.  Uncle John watched Tommy on his wave runner.  He walked up to Tommy's friends, Jason, Emily, and Kat and talked to them for awhile.  He was going to be in an upcoming wave runner race.  Uncle John joked that he might not get his wave runner back from Tommy.  Uncle John left the group.  Later, Uncle John found Kat and Jason on the beach with his wave runner.  He asked what had happened to Tommy.  Kat and Jason made the excuse that Tommy had gone looking for a part for the wave runner.  (Tommy was missing and Kat and Jason had been searching for him.)  Uncle John took a quick look under the hood of the wave runner and then walked off to get his mechanic.  Later, Uncle John and his mechanic were sprayed by Cruel Chrome.  The Power Rangers arrived and helped Uncle John and his mechanic get to safety.
