Cestria

Delphine and Cestro contacted Cestria, an old friend of theirs, from Earth.  They needed her help.  Billy was rapidly aging and they needed her to bring water from the Aquitian's Eternal Falls.  The Aquitian's Eternal Falls had the same effect as the legend of the Fountain of Youth.  Cestria arrived in the Power Chamber and headed straight for Billy.  Delphine, Cestro, Alpha 5, and Jason stood off to one side as they watch Cestria try to help Billy.  Billy's eyes opened when he heard Cestria's voice.  Cestria told Billy she wished that they were meeting under better circumstances.  Cestria also told Billy that no matter what age he was, he was still the same Billy.  She gave him some water from the Eternal Falls, but the effects of the age reverse only lasted a few moments.  Alpha 5 suggested that Billy go to Aquitar for more intensive treatment.  Although the effects were unknown on humans, Billy wanted to take the risk.  Cestria told Billy she could never forgive herself if something happen to him.  Cestria and Billy teleported out of the Power Chamber and back to Aquitar.  A few days later, Cestria sent a transmission to the Power Chamber.  The transmission was weak, but Cestria wanted to let the Rangers know that Billy was back to his right age.  Billy appeared briefly on the transmission and told the Rangers that he had made the decision to stay on Aquitar.  Cestria told the Rangers that Billy was so happy he was speechless.
