It was a spooky night at Angel Grove High School.  Tanya and Adam were studying.  They were both tired as they had been studying for quite a bit.  Tanya felt herself begin to nod off.  Tanya told Adam, I've had enough studying for one night, and you?  Adam replies, no.  I really want to ace tomorrow's exam.  I'm going to keep going awhile.  Tanya told him you know every page in this book.  I really think you should rest.  Adam rubbed his eyes, but refused.  I'll be okay.  Go ahead.  Adam smiled at Tanya.  Tanya reluctantly agreed.  She picked up her backpack and made her way towards Bulk and Skull.  Bulk and Skull were standing against the wall and in a deep sleep.  With a grin on her face, Tanya tip toed past them and then shouted hey guys!  Bulk and Skull were startled as they woke up.  Tanya laughed.  She asked them, what are you guys still doing here?  Bulk replied, Lt. Stone put us on night patrol.  Skull shined his flashlight under his chin as he repeated, yeah, night patrol.  Tanya told them, well, I'm going home because I'm sleepy.  She shouted out, good luck Adam!  Adam gave her a smile.  Before Tanya can head out, Skull stops her.  Did you say you were leaving?  Tanya replied yeah.  Skull points out there is a full moon out.  Tanya responds, so.  A flash of lightening lit up the inside of the school.  This made Bulk and Skull very nervous.  Bulk states, unusual things can happen on a full moon.  Just to be on the safe side, I think we better walk you home.  Skull nodded his head in agreement.  Bulk added, considering there is a storm on the way and all.  Adam, overhearing the conversation, laughed.  Tanya tells them, I appreciate that but I don't want to be a bother.  Tanya tries to leave again, but Skull stops her once more.  Skull insists it's no bother.  Bulk adds, what my partner means is we would appreciate your cooperation.  After all, your safety is our job.  Tanya replies, right.  I'll walk you home boys.  Grateful, Skull thanks her numerous times.  Tanya shouts out, don't stay up too late Adam!  Adam acknowledges her words and then glances at the clock on the wall.  It's a little after eight o'clock.  Before he knows it, it's almost nine o'clock.  Adam decides he needs a break.  He puts his studying material on the table  and notes the thunderstorm outside.  He wonders if there is anything about the storm on the news.  Adam gets up and turns on the TV.  Instead of a news program, there is a monster movie marathon.
