The werewolf quickly snatches Rika from the swing and takes off. Rika screams. The teacher becomes alarmed when she sees the creature running away with Rika and screams for help. The police are immediately alerted and with the teacher's help, go after the werewolf. The werewolf and Rika, still in his arms, look out over a landing. The police and the teacher scramble out of the police car and the teacher urges the police to hurry up and rescue Rika right now. The werewolf and Rika vanish from the landing and reappear on a higher landing. The policemen quickly run up the stairs of the building. The policemen reach the werewolf and tell him to let go of Rika. A policemen runs forward and tries to hit the werewolf with his baton but is pushed away. The werewolf races up another flight of stairs. A policeman continues to chase after them. On the street below, Tsuyoshi and Peggy arrive on their Machines. They quickly run up the stairwell. The werewolf pokes his head into an opening and the policeman threatens shoot him. Tsuyoshi and Peggy walk up behind the policeman. Tsuyoshi tells the policeman to drop his gun, it's too dangerous with a little girl around. The policeman turns around and is surprised to see civilians ordering him around. The policeman asks, who are you guys? Tsuyoshi and Peggy turn around simultaneously and transform into Aka Ranger and Momo Ranger. Aka Ranger and Momo Ranger give the command, Birdie, and activating the Birdies, take off. The policeman is very surprised. Aka Ranger and Momo Ranger land on a roof of a building and spot the werewolf carrying Rika. Aka Ranger demands he let go of Rika. Momo Ranger feels bad for the little girl and wants to rescue her quickly. Rika cries that she is scared. The werewolf backs away slowly from the two Gorengers. When the werewolf hits the ledge of the roof, he turns around and jumps off. He lands on the pavement below and takes off running - still with Rika in his arms. Momo Ranger and Aka Ranger jump off the roof and land in a field in front of the werewolf. Aka Ranger summons his Red Vute. The werewolf tries to get away, but Aka Ranger quickly wraps his neck in Red Vute. The werewolf struggles for a bit, then knocks Aka Ranger to the ground. Aka Ranger uses his Silver Shot, loaded with tranquilizers, and fires it at the werewolf. Aka Ranger notes the tranquilizer worked. As the werewolf struggles to stay upright, Momo Ranger removes Rika from his arms. The werewolf collapses into some tall grass. Aka Ranger pulls out the werewolf by his feet and turns him over, to see a human instead of a werewolf. Rika recognizes her dad immediately. Rika's teacher arrives. The teacher takes Rika into her arms and thanks Momo Ranger and Aka Ranger. Rika points out her dad to her teacher. The teacher also immediately recognizes Mr. Shiraishi. Mr. Shiraishi is taken to a hospital. The teacher, Rika, Peggy, and Tsuyoshi are by his bedside. It is apparent that Mr. Shiraishi, although unconscious, is in a great deal of turmoil. The teacher tells Peggy and Tsuyoshi that Rika has been brought up by her dad since her mother died. Mr. Shiraishi has been missing for a week. Tsuyoshi concludes Mr. Shiraishi must have been captured and turned into a werewolf. Peggy adds, he must be so worried about Rika. That's why he came to see her. Tsuyoshi suspects Black Cross Army kidnapped him. Peggy agrees. Mr. Shiraishi starts calling out for Rika. Rika leans over her dad and calls out to him, trying to let him know that she is there. Tsuyoshi asks who did this to you? Mr. Shiraishi can only get out a few words at a time. He manages to get out, the Crescent Moon...Mask. Peggy notes it was the Black Cross Army after all. Mr. Shiraishi manages to get out Wolf...Corps. Tsuyoshi can't believe there can be such a thing, but Mr. Shiraishi nods his head, indicting that there is such a thing. Tsuyoshi wants to know where are the Wolf Corps. A voice from outside refers to Mr. Shiraishi as Werewolf #8. They are all startled to see Crescent Moon Mask standing outside. Crescent Moon Mask states he is here to pick up Mr. Shiraishi - it's time for you to return to the Corps. Tsuyoshi tells Crescent Moon Mask he won't let Mr. Shiraishi. Crescent Moon Mask laughs and replies the werewolf must obey what I say. Crescent Moon Mask uses his staff to summon moonlight and directs it at Mr. Shiraishi. Mr. Shiraishi is turned back into a Werewolf #8. The Werewolf #8 strikes Tsuyoshi, knocking him aside. Werewolf #8 takes off with Crescent Moon Mask. Tsuyoshi tells Peggy to look after Rika, as he goes after them. But Rika slips away, yelling for her father. Rika had caught up to Werewolf #8 and pleads with her dad to wait for her. Werewolf #8 recognizes his daughter and runs up to her. He scoops her into his arms and takes off running. Later, Momo Ranger is captured and brought to an area where Black Cross Army is injecting citizens with DNA to turn them into werewolves. Momo Ranger breaks free. Momo Ranger grabs hold of a breaker, filled with wolf DNA. Crescent Moon Mask shouts out to Momo Ranger. Crescent Moon Mask has Rika, threatening to kill Rika if Momo Ranger moves. Two Zolders grab a hold of Momo Ranger and take the breaker away. Crescent Moon Mask gives the instruction to turn Momo Ranger into a female werewolf. A scientist approaches, ready to give the injection, but Momo Ranger knocks the shot away. Momo Ranger breaks free from the Zolders holding her. Crescent Moon Mask gives the command to inject Rika instead. With Zolders holding swords towards her neck, Momo Ranger tells Crescent Moon Mask to take her first. Crescent Moon Mask jokes that she should rename herself Wolf Ranger and laughs. A Zolder approaches and tells Crescent Moon Mask that Aka Ranger is coming. Crescent Moon Mask wants to turn him into a werewolf too. A scientist approaches Momo Ranger with the injection. Momo Ranger knocks the shot away and it lands in the scientist's neck, injecting him instead. Momo Ranger fights the Zolders. Momo Ranger holds Rika's hand as they try to get away. Soon they are surrounded by Zolders with swords. Suddenly Red Vute hits several of the Zolders. Aka Ranger has arrived. Aka Ranger fights the Zolders with Red Vute as Momo Ranger gets away with Rika. Momo Ranger also leads the citizens who were there to safety as well. Aka Ranger has found Werewolf #8 and helps him get away. Variblune arrives above them. The clear tube is lowered. On the ground Momo Ranger guides the citizens into pairs into the tube. Just as Werewolf #8 and Rika are about to enter the tube, Crescent Moon Mask shouts out at them, you can't go any further! Crescent Moon Mask has the Wolf Corps attack. Aka Ranger tells Werewolf #8 and Rika to leave. Crescent Moon Mask laughs and uses his staff to shine moonlight on Werewolf #8. Werewolf #8 suddenly attacks Momo Ranger. Momo Ranger breaks free. Aka Ranger picks up Rika. Rika shouts at her dad. Momo Ranger and Aka Ranger use their Birdie to get away. Crescent Moon Mask commands his Wolf Corps to get them. Aka Ranger and Momo Ranger land a bit away. Aka Ranger notes that he can't kill them, so he will use his Silver Shot. Aka Ranger passes Rika to Momo Ranger. Momo Ranger takes off with Rika. Aka Ranger swiftly uses his Silver Shot and fires at each member of the Wolf Corps - including Werewolf #8. Crescent Moon Mask then has the Zolders attack. A battle follows and eventually the Zolders and Crescent Moon Mask is destroyed. Afterwards, Rika runs towards her dad.
