A Crimson Kick! Smash The Great Microbe Plan

At the Muto Bacteria Research Institute, Jade Mask is running a slide show, featuring each member of Gorenger, their color designation, and their skills, to the Black Cross Army scientists.   To make his plan work, Jade Mask wants the scientists and a Zolder gathered there to look for the Gorengers.  In the midst of their information meeting, a loud sound is heard.  Jade Mask tells Zolder to investigate.  The Zolder immediately opens a window and looks outside.  He spots a pair of scientists escaping  through cellar windows.  The Zolder quickly informs the rest as the two scientists make it outside and run.
