Thinking they have destroyed everyone, Bronze Mask gives the order for the Zolders to move onward. Only Daita Oiwa survives.

EAGLE Hokkaido Branch, another training exercise is happening. Peggy is riding her horse and putting it through it's paces. Suddenly a Black Cross Army jeep arrives and Jade Mask commands the Zolders to attack. Servicemen try to outrun the bombs. Several of the servicemen fall to the ground as the Zolders fire at them. Afterwards, there is only one survivor , Peggy Matsuyama.

At EAGLE Kansai Branch, on top of a building, Kenji is looking after the pigeons. Poison Gas Mask and several Zolders arrive. A warning is called out. But it is too late. Poison Gas Mask runs past several servicemen while putting out it's gas. The gas kills the servicemen. The base is destroyed. The only survivor is Kenji Asuka.

At the Black Cross Army base, Black Cross Fuhrer stands in front and informs those gathered that the surprise attacks were a success.
