Black Hair Mask walks up, laughing. Sun Halo Mask is there as well. Black Hair Mask shouts, Black Hair Shoot! A clump of black hair attaches itself to the cabin. The cabin is soon covered in black hair. Peggy and Kenji try to break out of the cabin. Black Hair Mask laughs and notes it's all going smoothly. Sun Halo Mask orders a Zolder to turn on the switch. The Zolder does so and the cabin begins to move on it's rotation. Peggy notes it's starting to move. Kenji adds, this is bad. Yoko tells them they're trapped. Black Hair Mask and Sun Halo Mask watches the cabin lift into the air. Black Hair Mask notes they can't go anywhere now! The cabin continues it's way to the top of the Ferris Wheel. Kenji uses his Communicator to try and contact the base. Gorenger Base, please respond! Kenji notes there is no signal. Peggy concludes the hair must be jamming the radio! Black Hair Mask has a Zolder stop the cabin. The cabin is now stuck on top of the Ferris Wheel. Black Hair Mask tells Sun Halo Mask, start Operation Japan Desertification right now! They leave the amusement park. Peggy and Kenji continue to try and break out of the cabin. Peggy states Z20 will turn Japan into a desert if we don't get out soon! Gas begins to fill the cabin. Alarmed Peggy tells Kenji and Yoko there's gas coming in! Kenji and Yoko cover their mouths.

Tsuyoshi, Akira, and Daita are headed towards Oyama Theme Park on their Machines.
