The Red Balloon! Wind Speed At 100 Meters

Yuki, a young girl, is running along the beach with her red balloons.  Close by are a pair of Black Cross Army scientists and several Zolders.  One of the scientists places a Hurricane Diode inside machine.  Watching over all this is Wing Mask.  One of the scientists tells Wing Mask everything is ready.  Wing Mask gives the command to commence the Hurricane Diode test.  The test is a success - strong winds blow all around the beach.  Even blowing the balloons out of Yuki's hands.  A man is hiding as he watches.  After the test run, one of the scientists removes the Hurricane Diode and is very proud that it is 10 times stronger.  They now can create hurricanes with a wind speed of 100 meters.  Wing Mask tells them to get to work.  The scientists pack the Hurricane Diode into a secure briefcase.  Wing Mask likes the idea of a hurricane with 100 meter wind speed attacking Tokyo.  As the scientists and Zolders walk back, they are shot at.  It's the man who has been watching them.  The Zolders are struck instantly.  The man then attacks the scientists, knocking them out.  He grabs the briefcase and takes off.  Wing Mask recognizes him as a EAGLE spy.  Several Zolders race by to chase the spy. 

The EAGLE spy, Agent 0010 is very pleased.  He takes off in his car.  He contacts EAGLE and lets them know he has the Hurricane Diode.  Wing Mask summons his Condor Wing and throws it towards the spy's car.  The Condor Wing smashes through the rear window of the car and strikes Agent 0010.
