The Red Coffin! The Mysterious Skull Mansion

At Black Cross Army Base, Skull Mask is being presented, inside a coffin, to Black Cross Fuhrer.  Skull Mask does not appear in his true form, as it is too disgusting to look upon.  Black Cross Fuhrer is impress with his reliable servant.  Black Cross Fuhrer wants to know how Skull Mask plans to destroy humanity?  Skull Mask has created the staff with the ability to copy the appearances of humans.  Black Cross Fuhrer wants an example.  Skull Mask plans to blow up a nuclear reactor to prove his device works. 

Skull Mask uses his staff, which has bells, and points it towards a home.  Tsuyoshi Kaijo and Daita Oiwa are outside walking when they hear the disquieting sound of bells.  The pair search for the source of the noise.  Skull Mask plans to become Professor Eguchi, head of the nuclear power plant.

Professor Eguchi takes out a record he has received and reads the label.  It's a party invitation.  Professor Eguchi notes it's a strange way to invite someone.  He plays the record.  The record states, Professor Eguchi...I invite you to a party.  The secret phrases is...The waltz shall be triple-time for four minutes.  Professor Eguchi becomes hypnotized and states he must go to the party.  Professor Eguchi stops the record and it disintegrates.  Professor Eguchi is dressed to the nines as he leaves his home.  Tsuyoshi and Daita spot the professor and asked him if he is Professor Eguchi?  Daita wants to know, where are you going at this hour dressed up like that?  Professor Eguchi replies that he was invited to a party and gets into a vehicle.  The chauffeured car takes off.  Tsuyoshi and Daita note the whole thing was strange.  The two followed the car on their Machines.  The chauffeur has noticed that the two have taken the bait.
