They start to fight but Black Cross Fuhrer yells at them to stop. Black Cross Fuhrer tells them, to bomb the nuclear plants, the Gorengers need to be eliminated. He asks Sun Halo Mask, what will he do? Sun Halo Mask has a plan, the Division Mission. Sun Halo Mask walks over to the screen, and has it this time display a picture of the Gorengers. Sun Halo Mask states, when all Gorengers are assembled, their power increases significantly. Black Cross Fuhrer responds, then make sure you don't let them all assemble. Sun Halo Mask agrees. Just severely injure one Gorenger. Mirror Mask wonders which one. Sun Halo Mask picks Momo Ranger as the Gorenger to be targeted. The plan is so successful, that the rest of the Gorengers and Commander Edogawa feel Peggy needs to rest and is sent to Kanzanji Hot Spring/Sun Hotel. Afterwards, Black Cross Fuhrer summons Mirror Mask and asks him, you disabled Momo Ranger enough to keep her from battle, correct? Mirror Mask confirms that he has. I bet that she can hardly get up on her own. Sun Halo Mask praises Mirror Mask. Black Cross Fuhrer gives the command to execute the EAGLE Nuclear Power Plant Destruction Operation. Mirror Mask and Sun Halo Mask slam their staffs against each other in agreement. But Peggy is kept down for long. The rest of the Gorengers are battling Mirror Mask and Sun Halo Mask when Peggy arrives. She morphs and joins in the battle. Sun Halo Mask retreats and Mirror Mask is destroyed by Gorenger Storm. After the battle, Black Cross Fuhrer is upset over another failure. Sun Halo Mask apologizes. Black Cross Fuhrer angrily asks, who can defeat the Gorengers? Black Hair Mask steps forward and states he will take the challenge.
At the Black Cross Base, Sun Halo Mask shows Black Cross Fuhrer the effectiveness of his Z20 experiment. The formula is dropped into a container of water. The water evaporates very quickly. The plan is to turn earth into a barren desert. Black Cross Fuhrer is very impressed. Sun Halo Mask had already used his Z20 on the African front lines and it was a huge success. Now, the plan is to use it on Japan. Black Cross Fuhrer notes it will take away food and water from it's people. Sun Halo Mask informs Black Cross Fuhrer that Black Hair Mask is already putting the plan into motion. Later, Black Hair Mask returns with the news that he has successfully drained a reservoir. Sun Halo Mask tells Black Hair Mask unless the Gorengers are dead, we can't call it a successful operation! Black Hair Mask responds, if you want to defeat the Gorengers, you have to use some brains! Sun Halo Mask is insulted. Black Hair Mask tells him, let's set up a trap and lead them right into it. Black Cross Fuhrer tells them, the Gorengers won't fall easily into our trap. Black Hair Mask boasts that he already has the best Zolders., ready to get in touch with EAGLE'S contact! Unfortunately, Black Hair Mask's plan failed and he was destroyed by the Gorengers with Gorenger Storm and Midomerang.
