Elsewhere, a worker is checking the reservoir and becomes alarmed as the water is evaporating.  He starts to run, ready to inform people, when he is stopped by Black Hair Mask. The man is terrified as Black Hair Mask laughs at him. Black Hair Mask is about to strike the worker when Midomerang strikes him.  Black Hair Mask informs Mido Ranger and Momo Ranger that they are too late.  There's no water left in the reservoir!
