Skull Mask laughs as his coffin is lowered back into the grave. Skull Mask's plan worked and he now resembles Professor Eguchi. The following day, at the nuclear plant, "Professor Eguchi" has a bomb. Alarming the other workers. "Professor Eguchi" places the bomb down and threatens the other works with a gun. "Professor Eguchi" states, every last Japanese person will die from radiation. Those who interfere will be killed. And all those who run will be killed. "Professor Eguchi" sets the bomb to go off in one minute. The workers try to stop him and they are all shot. Tsuyoshi and Akira are walking down the stairs of the plant when they hear the commotion. "Professor Eguchi" fires at them. Tsuyoshi transforms into Aka Ranger. Aka Ranger tells Akira to get the professor. Akira chases after the professor while Aka Ranger goes to where the bomb is. Aka Ranger takes the bomb outside the plant. He uses his Birdie to go high up into the sky and tosses the bomb far away. Akira is fighting "Professor Eguchi" with several kicks. Aka Ranger uses his Red Vute against Professor Eguchi, who transforms back into Skull Mask. Akira is fighting "Professor Eguchi" with several kicks. Aka Ranger uses his Red Vute against Professor Eguchi, who transforms back into Skull Mask. Akira transforms into Ao Ranger. Skull Mask knocks Ao Ranger aside with his staff. Aka Ranger kicks Skull Mask. Skull Mask retreats into his coffin and vows, I cannot let this end here! I am not one to let such slights go unpunished!
