Peggy is tied to a steel tower. Wing Mask and several Zolders walk up to her. A Zolder hands Wing Mask a group of red balloons. Wing Mask has the red balloons tied to his Condor Wing. He uses it to strike the defenseless Peggy several times. The Condor Wing leaves cuts on Peggy's face. Wing Mask laughs as he is handed his staff/weapon. Wing Mask holds the staff/weapon against Peggy's neck and tells her it's the end. Peggy closes her eyes as blood seeps from her wounds. Before Wing Mask can strike, Aka Ranger uses his Red Vute to stop the staff/weapon. Peggy opens her eyes and is very happy to see Aka Ranger. Aka Ranger fights Wing Mask as Mido Ranger fights the Zolders. Mido Ranger uses his Midomerang to cut through Peggy's binds, freeing her. Peggy joins in the fighting, giving a kick to a Zolder. She uses the steel tower to kick another Zolder. Peggy then transforms into Momo Ranger. Momo Ranger fights another Zolder. Aka Ranger joins in the fight against the Zolders. Aka Ranger punches a Zolder several times. After defeating the Zolder, Aka Ranger faces down Wing Mask. Behind him stands Momo Ranger and Mido Ranger. Wing Mask tries to strike Momo Ranger with his staff/weapon but is blocked. Wing Mask tries again and this time he is stopped by Aka Ranger. Aka Ranger grabs onto the staff/weapon until Wing Mask yanks it out of Aka Ranger's hand. Wing Mask tries to strike Aka Ranger with his staff/weapon but Aka Ranger blocks the blow. Aka Ranger lands a kick and Wing Mask makes his getaway. Aka Ranger, Mido Ranger, and Momo Ranger follow Wing Mask. They follow him throughout the ship. When the three Gorengers climb down into the hull of the ship, they try to find the Hurricane Generator. Wing Mask informs them the Hurricane Generator is not on the ship. It's waiting to be switched on at a safe location. Momo Ranger points out they have five minutes left. Aka Ranger is confident they can find their way to the machine. The three Gorengers end up inside a small room in a lighthouse. They spot the Hurricane Generator. Momo Ranger quickly gets to work. With a couple of seconds to spare, Momo Ranger deactivates the Hurricane Generator. Suddenly bars drop down, trapping the three Gorengers into a small area. Wing Mask laughs as he walks up to the bars. Aka Ranger tells Wing Mask they have stopped the Hurricane Generator. Wing Mask lets them know that was simply bait to catch them. Wing Mask pushes his robe to one side and reveals the real Hurricane Generator that is attached to him. The three Gorengers are stunned. Wing Mask walks away. A Zolder enters and places a bomb by the cell. The Zolder sets the timer and quickly walks out. Aka Ranger and Mido Ranger try to lift the bars off the ground, but they can't get the bars to lift. Soon an explosion rocks the lighthouse. Seeing the explosion, Wing Mask is ready to start his hurricane plan. Before Wing Mask can do anything a voice yells at them from above. It's Aka Ranger, along with Ao Ranger, Ki Ranger, Mido Ranger, and Momo Ranger. (Ki Ranger and Ao Ranger had arrived at the lighthouse. Ki Ranger used his strength to life the bars and the three Gorengers were freed.) Wing Mask is not happy to see the Gorengers. Wing Mask commands the Zolders to attack.
