Mr. Shiraishi was captured and injected with wolf DNA, turning him into Werewolf #8. Although he now worked for Black Cross Army under Crescent Moon Mask, in his heart, he longed to be reunited with his daughter, Rika. Having a moment to himself, Werewolf #8 went to Rika's school. From behind some shrubbery, a werewolf peers out at the playground - focusing on Rika. The Werewolf #8 quickly snatches Rika from the swing and takes off. Rika screams. The teacher becomes alarmed when she sees the creature running away with Rika and screams for help. The police are immediately alerted and with the teacher's help, go after the werewolf. The Werewolf #8 and Rika, still in his arms, look out over a landing. The police and the teacher scramble out of the police car and the teacher urges the police to hurry up and rescue Rika right now. The Werewolf #8 and Rika vanish from the landing and reappear on a higher landing. The policemen quickly run up the stairs of the building. The policemen reach the Werewolf #8 and tell him to let go of Rika. A policemen runs forward and tries to hit the Werewolf #8 with his baton but is pushed away. The Werewolf #8 races up another flight of stairs. A policeman continues to chase after them. On the street below, Tsuyoshi and Peggy arrive on their Machines. They quickly run up the stairwell. The Werewolf #8 pokes his head into an opening and the policeman threatens shoot him. Aka Ranger and Momo Ranger transform. Aka Ranger and Momo Ranger give the command, Birdie, and activating the Birdies, take off. The policeman is very surprised. Aka Ranger and Momo Ranger land on a roof of a building and spot the Werewolf #8 carrying Rika. Aka Ranger demands he let go of Rika. Momo Ranger feels bad for the little girl and wants to rescue her quickly. Rika cries that she is scared. Werewolf #8 backs away slowly from the two Gorengers. When Werewolf #8 hits the ledge of the roof, he turns around and jumps off. He lands on the pavement below and takes off running - still with Rika in his arms. Momo Ranger and Aka Ranger jump off the roof and land in a field in front of the Werewolf #8. Aka Ranger summons his Red Vute. Werewolf #8 tries to get away, but Aka Ranger quickly wraps his neck in Red Vute. Werewolf #8 struggles for a bit, then knocks Aka Ranger to the ground. Aka Ranger uses his Silver Shot, loaded with tranquilizers, and fires it at Werewolf #8. Aka Ranger notes the tranquilizer worked. As Werewolf #8 struggles to stay upright, Momo Ranger removes Rika from his arms. Werewolf #8 collapses into some tall grass. Aka Ranger pulls out Werewolf #8 by his feet and turns him over, to see a human instead of a werewolf. Rika recognizes her dad immediately. Mr. Shiraishi is taken to a hospital. Soon Crescent Moon Mask arrives. Crescent Moon Mask uses his staff to summon moonlight and directs it at Mr. Shiraishi. Mr. Shiraishi is turned back into Werewolf #8. Werewolf #8 strikes Tsuyoshi, knocking him aside. Werewolf #8 takes off with Crescent Moon Mask. Rika slips away, yelling for her father. Rika had caught up to Werewolf #8 and pleads with her dad to wait for her. Werewolf #8 recognizes his daughter and runs up to her. He scoops her into his arms and takes off running.
