Marge was walking into the Youth Center, when she bumped into Billy. There was an instant attraction between the two. Marge's necklace had fallen off. Marge and Billy bump their heads when they went to retrieve it. Billy then picked up the necklace off the floor. Billy gallantly placed the necklace back on her neck. Marge and Billy sat at a table and talked. Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini stood by the counter with Ernie close by. Marge told Billy that she always wore her necklace. Marge's mother had given her the necklace after she had graduated from the accelerated baby genius program. Billy exclaim that he had also graduated from the accelerated baby genius program. Billy noticed that his friends were watching and gave them a look. Marge turned around as well. Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Jason quickly averted their faces. Marge asked Billy if he as going to the dance? Billy told her not at this precise moment. Billy then asked Marge if she was going? Marge replied not yet. Trini called out Billy's name. Jason pointed to his communicator and told him it was an emergency. Billy excused himself and walked over to his friends. After a few moments, Marge got up from the table and told Billy she had to go. Marge then asked Billy if he would escort her to the dance? Billy was thrilled and told her definitely. Billy suggested they get together earlier to get to know each other better. Marge thought that was a capital idea. Billy also suggested they meet by the lake at the park at four o'clock. Perhaps they could exchange ideas on his weather device.
