Billy and Marge are sitting at a table. Marge is talking about her necklace and how she never goes anywhere without it. Marge explains that her mother got it for her after she graduated from the accelerate baby genius program. Billy is very thrilled as he tells Marge he had graduated from the accelerate baby genius program as well. Billy notices that Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini are by the counter with Ernie, but they are paying attention to Billy and Marge. Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Jason quickly avert their gazes when Billy sees them. Marge notices the exchange but doesn't say anything. Marge asks Billy if he is going to the dance. Billy tells her not at this precise moment. Billy asks her if she is going, and Marge replies no, not yet. Trini calls out to Billy. Jason points to his communicator and tells him it's kind of an emergency. Billy gets up and walks over to his friends. Billy is not happy when Jason tells him to ask Marge to the dance. But Billy simply can't. Marge gets up from the table and tells Billy she has to go. Marge asks Billy if he will escort her to the party tonight? Billy tells her yes. Billy suggests they should get together prior and Marge is thrilled. They make plans to meet at the lake at the park at four o'clock.
Close to the ocean, Madame Woe is casting an incantation. Through the clouds, Rita's voice comes through. Madame Woe asks Rita why she has call her.
Rita replies that she understands Madame Woe can control the sun.
Madame Woe replies that she can do that and so much more. Madame Woe offers all her powers to Rita's command.
Rita is very pleased.
Madame Woe leaves the beach and arrives at the Moon Palace and tells her Madame Woe is at your service. . Madame Woe is honored to do Rita's bidding. Rita is aware that Madame Woe's crown jewel has the power to teleport people into another dimension. Rita tells Madame Woe that one of the Rangers will be at the park at four o'clock. Madame Woe is to capture the Ranger. Rita is confident that the rest of the Rangers would follow. Then Madame Woe is to destroy them all. Marge arrives at the park. Marge has a flower and she is picking the petals off of it. Marge is very startled when Madame Woe comes flying towards her. Madame Woe thinks Marge is a Power Ranger, despite Marge telling her she is not.
