Kimberly, Trini, and Zack watched as Jason lead a karate class at the Youth Center. Billy had just reenter Jason's karate class. When the class was done, Kimberly and Trini ran up to Billy and told him what a great job he had done. Zack walked over to Jason. They all headed over to the sidelines as Billy put back on his shoes. Trini excitedly told them about her Uncle Howard coming. Jason knew that Uncle Howard was an expert marital artist. Kimberly was surprised Jason knew. Jason remarked that the guy was a living legend. Billy was impress - a karate scientist. Zack thought this might just be what Billy needed. Trini thought Uncle Howard would make a great tutor for Billy. Trini suddenly got up and ran towards an older man. It was Uncle Howard. Trini introduced Uncle Howard to her friends. Trini then went and pulled Billy forward and gave him a special introduction. Trini hoped Uncle Howard would help Billy with his karate. Uncle Howard told Billy he would show him how karate sharpens the mind and body. Billy thought that was great. Uncle Howard had a few other things he wanted to show him as well. Uncle Howard lead Billy out of the Youth Center. Kimberly, Jason, Zack, and Trini gathered together. Jason told them he thought Billy was in good hands. Kimberly, Zack, Trini, and Jason stayed at the Youth Center. Trini and Jason practiced their karate as Kimberly and Zack sat close by. After awhile, Billy came running into the room. Billy told them that several Putties had taken Uncle Howard. Billy had been unable to stop them. Jason asked what would they want with Uncle Howard? Trini didn't know as she thought of Uncle Howard as a harmless old man. Ernie came over and delivered a group of black balloons to Trini. Trini was really confused. Kimberly and her friends became startled when the balloons popped. On the floor was a note that Kimberly picked up. It was a note from Dark Warrior that stated if Trini wanted to see her uncle again, they had to deliver the formula at the park. Trini didn't have the formula. Trini told them knowing her uncle, he probably forgot where he put it. Jason told Trini not to worry, they would find her uncle. Kimberly and her friends race out of the Youth Center. Kimberly and her friends teleported to the Command Center. Alpha 5 and Zordon was there. Zordon welcomed them, as he was expecting them. Trini asked what was going on? A monster named Dark Warrior had kidnap her uncle. Zordon directed Kimberly and her friends to the viewing globe. The viewing globe showed Uncle Howard in his lab. Zordon told them that Uncle Howard's latest creation - an invisibility formula - gave Rita inspiration for her latest diabolic plan. Rita wanted to use the invisibility formula on the Rangers to make them disappear forever. The viewing globe also showed Dark Warrior and Uncle Howard being tied up. Zordon informed them that Rita had sent down Dark Warrior to get the formula. Dark Warrior was holding Uncle Howard in a cave. If Dark Warrior did not get the formula in one hour, they would not see Uncle Howard again. Trini was very worried. Billy reassured her that they will save Uncle Howard. Kimberly and her friends teleported to the outside of the cave. There were several Putties there. Kimberly and her friends battled the Putties until they vanished. Kimberly and her friends raced into the cave. They found Uncle Howard very quickly. Uncle Howard asked them how they had found him. They told him they had received a note from Dark Warrior. Kimberly, Jason, and Trini immediately began loosening the ropes on Uncle Howard. Uncle Howard asked if they knew about the bomb? They replied that they did. Zack asked Billy if he could defuse the bomb? Billy tried, but he became stressed. Uncle Howard told him to use his karate training to focus his mind. Billy did so and disconnected the bomb. Uncle Howard was freed from the ropes. Kimberly and her friends where amused when Uncle Howard walked away, wondering where he had put the formula. Jason quietly contacted Zordon to let him know they had freed Uncle Howard. Zordon was very pleased. Zordon instructed them to go to the park and take care of Dark Warrior. Kimberly and her friends morphed and teleported to the park. Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battled Dark Warrior with their Blade Blasters. After awhile, Pink Ranger used her Power Bow against Dark Warrior. Rita made Dark Warrior giant size. Pink Ranger and the rest of the Rangers summon their zords and formed the Megazord. The battle continued as the Rangers battled Dark Warrior with the Megazord, first in tank mode and then in battle mode. Eventually Red Ranger summon the Power Sword. The Rangers destroyed Dark Warrior with the Megazord's Power Sword. After the battle, they all returned to the Youth Center. Kimberly, Trini, Zack, and the rest of Jason's karate class watched as Billy tested for the yellow belt. Billy successfully passed the test. Kimberly, Zack, and Trini raced up to congratulate Billy. Bulk and Skull were there and they walked up and pulled Billy from his friends. Bulk and Skull started to give Billy a hard time. Zack wanted to help, but Jason told him Billy had it. Uncle Howard had walked up to Kimberly, Jason, Zack, and Trini. Uncle Howard saw Bulk and Skull giving Billy a hard time and thought those bad boys needed to be taught a lesson. Only Trini was aware that Uncle Howard drank some of his invisibility formula - which he found on the counter of the Youth Center. Suddenly Bulk and Skull were being knocked around by an invisible foe. Shaken Bulk and Skull ran out of the Youth Center. Kimberly and her friends gathered around as Uncle Howard reappeared. They all laughed.
