Tommy immediately morphs and teleports to the battle. Green Ranger summons Dragonzord with his Dragon Dagger. The battle is difficult against the three. Eventually Dragonzord in Fighting Mode destroys Babe Ruthless. Goldar retreats. The Power Rangers continue the battle with Scorpina's Pet Worm. Eventually they destroy the Pet Worm with the Megadragonzord. The following day, the teens were at the Youth Center, watching the TV. Bulk and Skull soon entered and give them a hard time. The new karate commercial airs and Tommy looks great. Bulk does not. Tommy and his friends laugh.

The Youth Center is packed with teens practicing for the talent show. Mr. Caplan is supervising when Tommy and Jason walk up to him. Jason refers to Mr. Caplan as Mr. C as he says hello. Mr. Caplan is looking forward to a great show of talent. Jason thinks it's going to be awesome. Tommy adds it's a great idea and thanks Mr. Caplan for thinking of it. Tommy and Jason walk over to their friends. Ernie is there with a clipboard. Jason asks them how's rehearsal going? Ernie replies it's going fine, except they are having a hard time keeping track of everyone's props. Trini is helping with the props and she adds they are still looking for a few things. The conversation reminds Tommy that he has forgotten to bring their belts. Jason isn't worried, they can just get them later. Tommy insists that they have to have them. Tommy tells them he will be right back as he heads out. Tommy is running through the park. He is in high spirits, eager for the talent show. Tommy pauses long enough to do a couple of kicks and then continues to run through the park. A few moments later, Tommy is walking through the park, when the four Putties arrive and surround him. Tommy fights the Putties. Tommy manages to knock one out, but there are still three left. During the fight, one of the Putties flips Tommy and manages to get his communicator off his wrist. The Putty leaves and Tommy runs after him. Eventually the Putty stops and turns around and faces Tommy. He taunts Tommy by waving his communicator around. Tommy demands that the Putty give his communicator back. Tommy steps forward and a net comes up from the ground, trapping Tommy inside it. Tommy struggles to free himself from the net. As he does so, his morpher falls out and lands on the ground. Another Putty joins the Putty with the communicator and morpher. They both look over the items, unaware that Tommy has freed himself from the net. Tommy takes careful aim and then swings the net, knocking both Putties to the ground. Tommy quickly gathers his communicator and morpher. Jason's voice came over the communicator, telling Tommy they needed his help. Tommy morphed and teleported to the battle. Green Ranger uses his Dragon Dagger to summon Dragonzord. Green Ranger and Dragonzord joined in the battle against a giant Fang. Soon Dragonzord in Fighting Mode was formed and the battle continued. It would prove to be not enough. Titanus arrived and Ultrazord was formed. Fang was destroyed by Ultrazord. After the battle, Tommy and his friends returned to the Youth Center. Jason let Zordon know that they had destroyed another of Rita's plans. Ernie walked over and asked where they have been? Tommy and Jason were next. Ernie announced them. Tommy and Jason walked down the aisle and jumped up on the stage. Tommy and Jason gave a martial arts demonstration. The audience really enjoyed it and gave them a lot of applause as they walked off stage. Bulk and Skull followed with their band. They played their song, which most of the audience didn't enjoy. When they were done, it was dead silent except for a few claps from Kimberly. Tommy laughed.

Tommy and Zack are sparring at the Youth Center. Eventually Tommy uses his leg to side sweep Zack and Zack is knocked down on the mat. Tommy asks Zack if he is okay? Zack replies yeah. Tommy helps Zack back up on his feet. Zack compliments Tommy on the karate move. Tommy returns the compliment by telling Zack, he wasn't so bad himself. Tommy and Zack walk along. Zack asks Tommy about the dance. Tommy replies that he hasn't asked her. Zack can't believe it. Tommy explains that he is nervous. Zack tells Tommy, that Kimberly is going to say yes, but you have to ask her first. Tommy thinks about what Zack said, as Zack reaches for a board. Tommy asks Zack, so you think I should ask her today? Zack replies, don't put it off, man. It's time to make your move. Tommy makes a flying kick and breaks the board in half. Tommy and Zack have gone back to sparring. After awhile, Zack flips Tommy onto the mat. Zack tells Tommy, he has lost his focus. Tommy blames Zack - you got me thinking about Kim. Zack helps Tommy back up on his feet. Zack tells Tommy, the sooner you ask Kim to the dance, the sooner your mind will be at ease. Trust me. Tommy doesn't quite buy it. Tommy replies, if you're such a pro, let's see you in action. Zack is more than happy to demonstrate his moves on Angela. Zack gives a play by play. First you have to catch her eye with your walk. Angela gives Zack a look and continues her way to the counter. Tommy grins as he watches.
