Storybook Rangers, Part I - Page Four
Moments later, several of Zedd's Putties arrive and surround the trash can. They frantically search the trash can but cannot find the book.
Grumble complains as he walks with his wagon of toys. Kimberly, Tommy, and Rocky race to catch up with Grumble. Tommy tells him they need his help to get to the end of the book. Grumble asks them if he looks like a tour guide? He also tells them to find the end of the book themselves. Grumble starts to walk away again, but Rocky, Kimberly, and Tommy stop him.
The two guys walk across the park unaware that Zedd's Putties are behind them. Zedd's Putties manage to get into the story book without the guys being aware anything has happen.
Zedd's Putties arrive at the same point of the book the teens are at. They are unseen by Grumble, Tommy, Kimberly, and Rocky. One of Zedd's Putties goes up to the wagon as Grumble refuses to help the teens. Tommy continues to try, telling Grumble, please we need your help. Unseen Zedd's Putty works on the wagon and then goes into his hiding place.
At the Moon Palace, Lord Zedd is angry that the Putties haven't return yet. Goldar is with Lord Zedd. Lord Zedd uses his vision to look inside the book and sees the Putties goofing around. Lord Zedd becomes even more angry and glows red. Squatt and Baboo are hidden in a corner and don't say a word. Lord Zedd calms down and decides to make the best of it. Perhaps they need a little jolt to remind them of their task. Lord Zedd charges up his staff and aims it at the book.
Tommy offers to help Grumble. Grumble scoffs at this remark. Lord Zedd's jolt makes the Putties appear in front of the wagon. Tommy, Kimberly, and Rocky immediately get into a fight stance when they see them. Kimberly suggests they help themselves first. But the Putties do not go after the teens. Instead they stay around the wagon of toys. Rocky wonders why they are not attacking. Grumble gets upset with Zedd's Putties and holds onto the wagon. Tommy realizes Zedd's Putties are interested in the toys. Kimberly concludes that if they take them, the story will never end, and we will never get out of here. Rocky declares we got to get them back. But it's too late as the wagon of toys and Zedd's Putties vanish. Grumble is very upset and blames Tommy, Kimberly, and Rocky for what happen. Grumble brushes past them as he storms off. Kimberly, Tommy, and Rocky feel bad.
Lord Zedd is in high spirits when Rita Repulsa walks in. Lord Zedd tells Rita this is the final chapter for those power punk heads. Rita adds this is a story worth telling my love. Rita starts tickling Lord Zedd. Squatt and Baboo are there. Squatt tells Baboo it's so good to see them having a good time.
Bulk and Skull are at Skull's dad workshop. Bulk is reading "Monster Making Made Easy" eagerly. Bulk tells Skull they need 9 volt batteries. Skull is laying down on a bunk and really is not too interested in making a monster. Skull tells Bulk they are suppose to put the stuffing in the turkey. Skull is reading the book he got for his mom's birthday. Bulk tells Skull he is useless and walks over to him. Skull hangs his head out as Bulk asks him where are the 9 volt batteries? Skull thought Bulk had brought them.
