Billy asks, who's Lord Zedd? Zordon answers, Rita's and her minions, lord and master. Kimberly is surprised. You mean there is somebody worse than Rita. Zordon replies, I'm afraid so. Lord Zedd has been ruling over darker places within another galaxy. Eons ago, he left Rita in charge to carry out his orders. Since she has failed to do so...Trini finishes, he's come back to finish the job. Tommy asks, will we be able to defeat him? Zordon doesn't know. I'm afraid your zords might not be powerful enough to defeat Lord Zedd's magic. Alpha 5 adds, Lord Zedd's magic is unmatched by anything we have seen before. The teens are worried.
Lord Zedd comments, so poor old Zordon is still around. Little does he realize his pitiful little teenage do-gooders are no match for me. As Lord Zedd talks, Rita kisses, with her hand, his lower leg, feet, and ankle. Goldar suggests they send down a group of Putties to attack the Rangers. They are in the open and will be easy prey. Lord Zedd laughs. Your Putties are as useless to me as you are! I have my own army of Putties. The likes of which you have never seen. Goldar quickly agrees, of course. Lord Zedd summons his Putties. Lord Zedd uses his staff to energize them.
As Bulk and Skull continue the race, a loud rumble of thunder is heard. Distracted, Skull comments those are some really loud clouds, you don't hear many of those these...Skull's four-wheeler hits a rock and Skull goes flying. Bulk's four-wheeler hits Skull's and he is ejected into the air as well. They land in a tree. Skull is on the lower branches and Bulk yanks him up as he tells him, now look at what you've done. Skull asks, what did I do? Bulk warns him, you better help those four wheelers start. Skull is confident that it's just a little dent.
