Jason, Tommy, Zack, Trini, Billy, and Kimberly prepare for the motor rally. Bulk & Skull stop by and tell them that they will be eating their dust. Kimberly reminds them that the motor rally is for a charity. Mr. Caplan is in charge of the rally and walks around as everyone gets ready. Billy has a map and call his friends over to look it over before the start of the race.
Rita is watching the teens and laughs as she tells Goldar, they are right there for us! Baboo and Squatt get excited. Scoprina tells Goldar, we'll get them! Finally! Suddenly lightening strikes the palace and the whole place shakes. They can all hear laughter. Rita falls to the floor. Scorpina races to her side as Rita shouts, what's going on? Baboo and Squatt clutch each other. Goldar replies, this can only mean one thing. Lord Zedd, the true emperor, has returned. Rita is not happy to hear that bit of news and groans.
Mr. Caplan starts the race. Tommy, Zack, Trini, Billy, Kimberly, and Jason are all enjoying themselves as they raced along with the other participants.
Rita is in a panic. Where is he? Where is he?
