Lord Zedd had learned that Aisha was Angel Grove Fire Safety Captain. This gave me an idea. Lord Zedd created Flamehead and wanted it to create several fires in Angel Grove. Then he would threaten the Rangers that they had to surrender or let Angel Grove burn. Lord Zedd sent Flamehead down to Angel Grove. Flamehead rode a horse through the park in Angel Grove. Flamehead was able to shoot fire out of it's mouth.
