Flamehead also wore a hat with a veil, to hide it's terrifying face. It would lift the veil prior to shooting out flames. Flamehead began starting several fires in the park. Instead of encountering the Power Rangers, Flamehead encounter Bulk and Skull. But it was easy work to frighten the two and send them running into the late.
