Jayden's Challenge - Page Three

Deker tells Master Xandred, say what you like about my half human state, but it keeps me from being a prisoner in this Netherworld unlike you.  Deker dives into the water and vanishes.  Master Xandred states, this is far from over.  Dayu and Octoroo had watch the whole thing from the ship.  Octoroo can't believe Deker escape.  You can bet Master Xandred had him good.  Dayu tells Octoroo no one should underestimate Deker.  Robtish is still on the ship.  Octoroo tells Robtish, to get a move on and eliminate the Red Ranger.  Robtish replies, consider it done.

The next day, Jayden has reached a park outside of Harbor Village.  He sits on a bench and looks out at the ocean until he hears a sound.  Jayden looks around and sees a young boy sitting on a bench by himself and obviously upset.  Jayden walks over to the child and kneels down.  He asks him, what's wrong?  The young boy replies, my daddy went away for a job and I miss him.  Jayden tells the kid he knows how he feels.  I miss my dad too.

Jayden remembers when he was a young boy, a conversation with his dad.  Mentor Ji had been there as well.  Jayden's dad told him, one day the great responsibility of being the Red Ranger will fall to you.  Remember protect the world from evil.  Stand by your allies.  Never run from a battle.  Jayden looks at the Samuraizer his father has given him.

Jayden is deep in thought when the child asks him if he is okay?  Jayden replies, yeah.  Jayden sits on the bench next to the child.  He asks him if he wants to see a little trick?  The young boy nods.  Jayden takes out his Samuraizer and creates a power symbol which creates a red sheet of paper.  Jayden remarks, pretty cool, hun?  The young boy nods his head again.  Jayden starts folding the paper to create a paper airplane.  Jayden sends the paper plane flying over the playground and the young boy smiles.

Spike is working out as Bulk sits in a chair.  Bulk's neck hurts and he regrets sleeping on the floor.  Spike feels great - he slept like a baby.  Spike can't wait to start training.  Spike walks over to Bulk.  He asks Bulk if he is ready and yanks him out of the chair.  This really hurts Bulk's neck.  Spike apologizes and then lets go of Bulk.
