Jayden's Challenge - Page Two

Dayu is strumming her harmonium.  Octoroo and Robtish are there.  Master Xandred is asleep on the floor.  Octoroo tells Robtish, he would hate to be him when the boss wakes up and finds out the Red Ranger is still alive.  Robtish is angry and throws his dish aside.  He tells them the Rangers had help.  Octoroo is confused.  Robtish continues, some half human.  Dayu immediately thinks of Deker.  Master Xandred wakes up on hearing Deker's name and he is very angry.  What?   Deker is helping the Rangers!  Master Xandred gets up and complains of a headache.  Robtish tells Master Xandred, he can take care of the Rangers for you, but not if I have to battle that maniac too.  Robtish starts to sip from his bowl, but Master Xandred takes it from him.  Master Xandred exclaims, that Deker makes me so angry!  I'll destroy him!  Master Xandred starts to drink from the bowl, but then stops.  He is disappointed it's not his medicine.  Master Xandred throws the bowl onto the floor where it breaks into pieces.  The Furrywarts descend from the ceiling driving Octoroo crazy.  He tells them they make terrible pets.  It doesn't faze the Furrywarts as they repeat what Octoroo says.

Emily and Kevin are stretching their limbs.  Mike tells them he is glad they are feeling better.  Mike steps outside and sits with Mia.  Mike tells Mia, he remembers how messed up he felt when a Nighlok attacked my buddies just because they were hanging with me.  Mia replies, think of what Jayden is feeling.  Knowing that we are willing to take hits for him.  Kevin and Emily can hear the conversation and they are concern.  Mike replies it must be hard knowing you are the only Ranger with the sealing power.  Mia replies, I know.  Imagine if you held the whole world's fate in your hands.

Jayden walks to a harbor and stares out into the water.

Deker walks along the shoreline of the Netherworld when he senses the approach of someone else.  Several Moogers seep out from the ground.  Deker concludes that Master Xandred has sent his minions to challenge him.  Deker battles the Moogers with ease and they are soon destroyed.  Master Xandred emerges from the water.  Master Xandred yells at Deker that he has lost his patience with him.  Master Xandred runs to the shore.  Master Xandred and Deker battle.  During the battle, Master Xandred tells Deker, how dare you meddle in my affairs?  Leave it to a half human like you to side with them.  Deker replies, I knew you wanted the Red Ranger destroyed, but he is tied to my destiny.  I must duel him!  You must let me do this!  Master Xandred becomes even more angry and manages to kick Deker into the river.  He yells at Deker, what you want means nothing to me!  Deker tells Master Xandred he has no interest in battling him.  Master Xandred remarks that is wise of you, but it doesn't mean you can avoid my wrath.  Master Xandred uses his power to bind Deker.  More Moogers arrive and strike Deker, who is helpless.  Deker exclaims, you will not stop me!  Deker uses his own power to break free from the binds and to destroy the Moogers.  Deker reverts to his human form.
