Mike replies, we have to do something. No matter what it takes. We have to save her.
Antonio walks along a pathway. He thinks to himself, I won't let this happen to Emily. Antonio finds a spot and takes Clawzord out of his fishing cart. Antonio sits a short distance away from the cart. Antonio takes out his morpher and punches in a power symbol. He calls out, Samurai Symbol Live! He aims it at Clawzord and the symbol hits Clawzord. Clawzord flickers for a moment and then goes back to normal. Antonio knows he was so close.
Splitface sits on the boat, enjoying the rocky river. He states, I told you I would fill the river with more tears. Just think, who will suffer more, those who sleep forever or those who watch over them? Splitface laughs.
Mia wipes Emily's forehead with a damp cloth. Mia and Mike are still keeping a careful watch over her. Emily starts to wake up. Mike hollers that Emily is awake. Kevin, Jayden, and Mentor Ji rush into the room. Mia and Mike help prop Emily up. Emily apologizes to them. I let him get me. Mike tells her, don't be silly. We're just glad you are okay. Mike hands her a glass of water. Emily tells them, thanks for putting on the brave face for me. But I know I'm not okay. I feel empty. Mia tells her not to worry. We will figure it out. Jayden kneels by Emily's bed and tells her we're not going to let you down. We'll save you. Just hold on until then. Emily falls back asleep. Mia gets upset, oh no! She's falling back asleep! Mike shouts Emily's name, but gets no response. He gets angry and races out of the room. Kevin and Mia chase after him. Jayden is about to do the same, but pauses at the doorway and tells Mentor Ji, look after her. Jayden follows his friends out.
Mike races into the city and straight for the gap. Mike screams, Nighlok! Come out you coward! Nothing happens. Mike gets closer to the gap. You can't do this to Emily!
