A remote controlled toy truck is racing around the playground. Bulk and Skull are chasing after it and end up in the sand. Lt. Stone and a young woman walk up to them. Lt. Stone states, on your feet Bulkmeier! Bulk and Skull quickly get up. Lt. Stone introduces them to the new rookie, Cadet Connie Crandall. I want to introduce her to two of my best officers. Bulk is immediately smitten. Skull replies, gee, thanks. Lt. Stone continues, but they are on assignment, so you'll have to do. Now just because she's the captain's daughter doesn't mean I want you to treat her any differently than any other rookie. Cadet Crandall holds out her hand to shake hands with Skull. He takes it, twists her wrist around, so he ends up kissing his own hand. Cadet Crandall holds out her to shake hands with Bulk. Bulk happily shakes her hand. Cadet Crandall has to pry her hand away from his, as she states, glad to be on the team. Lt. Stone tells them to carry on. Lt. Stone and Cadet Crandall walk away. Bulk giggles. Skull does an imitation of Cadet Crandall and comments on what a weird chick she is. Bulk immediately gets angry and asks, what did you say? Skull replies, I said, what a wonderful young lady. Bulk nods his head in agreement. The toy truck races past them. Once more, Bulk and Skull chase after the toy truck.
The Youth Center is packed with teens preparing it for the Toy Donation Charity Dance. Kat paints a sign as she states, she can't wait for the dance. It's going to be a blast. Rocky is moving boxes as he comments, I still don't know what I'm going to wear. I mean the theme is "Come As Your Favorite Decade". I haven't even lived long enough to have a favorite decade. Tommy tosses a few items into the box as he tells Rocky, you'll think of something. Tommy walks away and Kat and Rocky go back to their jobs for the dance.
Bulk and Skull chase the toy truck into the Youth Center.
