Billy picks up the toy truck. Bulk asks him, so this is your vehicle? Billy replies, yeah, pretty cool, huh? I was just testing it out. Skull yanks the truck from Billy and states, well test this out. Bulk hands Billy several driving violation notices. Billy takes a look at the papers and gives a snort. He tells them, come on guys, I just wanted to make sure it worked before I donated it. Skull asks, you mean it's for charity? Billy folds the papers in half and replies, yeah. Billy gives the papers back to Bulk and continues, the admission to the dance tonight is a toy that going to be donated to charity. Bulk doesn't believe it until he takes a long around the Youth Center and sees the busy activity for the dance.
