In the dead of night, a car stops and flashes it's headlights. The headlights illuminated Steel Ring Mask and a pair of Zolders. A man gets out of the car and walks towards Steel Ring Mask. He is carrying a briefcase. Steel Ring Mask asks the man if he has the blueprints? The man nods his head yes and asks, you're really buying it for 100 million yen? Steel Ring Mask replies yes. Steel Ring Mask has a Zolder step forward. The Zolder opens his briefcase and displays the money. The man opens his briefcase and takes out EAGLE'S blueprints. The man unfolds the blueprints and shows it to Steel Ring Mask. Steel Ring Mask wants to know where the secret room is? The man points to an area and replies here. He also gives him other details on the blueprints, explaining it looks like a simple supply closet, but there is a large computer inside. A room has a hidden safe. The hidden safe is behind a triple layer door. The first door is protected by strengthened steel. And inside, there are special guards. The man concludes infiltration is impossible. The exchange is made. Steel Ring Mask boasts there is no infiltration that is impossible for him. The man leaves in his car. As he drives the man laughs. Suddenly the car explodes. Steel Ring Mask and the pair of Zolders watch the explosion with great satisfaction.
Steel Ring Mask and several Zolders locate the building on the blueprint. A Zolder places a bomb on power line tower close by and Steel Ring Mask has them detonate the bomb. The bomb blows up the tower, knocking out the power. Inside the EAGLE building, the lights go off and they quickly discovered the power is out. One of EAGLE's soldiers gives the command to switch the power source to battery. The EAGLE solider does so and the power comes back on. The young EAGLE solider asks about the air conditioning? The EAGLE solider in charge replies, we'll have to do filtration with an open window. A young EAGLE solider hurries to open the window. After he props open the window, several steel rings come barreling through the bars of the window.
