Steel Ring Mask spots them following him. 

There is a sailboat in the distance.  A family is enjoying the day on the boat.  Kumi is tossing rings as her mother (Yuiko) praises her.  Kumi's father is steering the sailboat.  Yuiko spots the two boats going quite fast and wonders what is going on.  Kumi guesses it is a race. 

Steel Ring Mask tries to get away from Aka Ranger and Mido Ranger, but no matter the direction he steers the boat, they are behind him.  Mido Ranger tosses his Midomerang and it hits Steel Ring Mask in the back of the neck.
