At the Gorenger Secret Base, Yoko gives Tsuyoshi her Communication Device. Tsuyoshi smiles as he places it back on her wrist. Yoko is surprised. Daita, Peggy, Commander Edogawa, and Kenji are standing with Tsuyoshi as he tells Yoko, the old Yoko is gone. From now on, I want born again Yoko to have it. Daita is the first to clap and Peggy joins him as does Kenji. With tears in her eyes, Yoko smiles back at them. Commander Edogawa tells Yoko, you'd better go and check up on Shinmei. With tears on her face, Yoko is happy to be working for EAGLE again. Afterwards, on their Machines, the Gorengers go on patrol. Thanks to the Gorengers' hard work, Tokyo, and in fact the earth, avoided the burning hell. Yet, the tenacious Black Cross Army is on to the next plan, which is even more fierce.

Horn Mask and several Zolders and Human Bombs were attacking an EAGLE base. On their Machines, Ki Ranger, Aka Ranger, and Momo Ranger rushed to the scene of the attack. An explosion erupted in front of them. Several Zolders leaped out. Momo Ranger told the other two Gorengers, to leave this to her. Momo Ranger took off one of her Earrings Bomb and tossed it towards the Zolders. Aka Ranger took out his Red Vute and fought a Zolder with it. Another Zolder leaped in and Aka Ranger fought it with his Red Vute as well. Ki Ranger tossed a Zolder down a hill. Ki Ranger then threw the next Zolder down the hill. Horn Mask laughed. Aka Ranger leaped over to where Horn Mask was standing. He tried to fight Horn Mask with his Red Vute, but Horn Mask quickly turned into a boulder. Once Aka Ranger stopped, Horn Mask briefly reverted back to his normal form, before, once again, turning into a boulder and rolling himself down the hill towards Aka Ranger. Aka Ranger quickly leaped out of the way. Ki Ranger raced over to Aka Ranger to make sure he was okay. Horn Mask, in boulder form, flew towards them. Ki Ranger tried to stop the boulder but was knocked off his feet instead. Ki Ranger hit the hill and rolled down it. Momo Ranger and Aka Ranger raced over to make sure Ki Ranger was okay. Horn Mask reverted back to his normal form and boasted, have you witnessed my power? Aka Ranger was ready to fight. The three Gorengers got into formation for Gorenger Storm. Momo Ranger summoned Gorenger Storm and a pink ball appear in her hands. Momo Ranger placed the ball on the ground and kicked it towards Ki Ranger. The ball turned yellow as it head towards Ki Ranger. Ki Ranger head bumped the yellow ball towards Aka Ranger. The yellow ball turned red and spikey as it headed over to Aka Ranger. Aka Ranger leaped into the air and kicked it towards Horn Mask. Horn Mask turned himself into a boulder and Gorenger Storm failed to destroy him. Horn Mask reverted back to his normal size and charged towards the three Gorengers. They faced each other as Horn Mask summoned the Human Bombs. The five Human Bombs walked towards the three Gorengers. Whatever direction the Gorengers went, the Human Bombs followed. The Human Bombs are controlled by computers. They can completely read the Gorengers' movements. Ki Ranger becomes angry and charged towards the Human Bombs. Ki Ranger wrapped himself around a Human Bomb. The Human Bomb went off and Ki Ranger found himself rolling downwards once more. Aka Ranger and Momo Ranger raced over to Ki Ranger. The remaining four Human Bombs walked towards the three. Aka Ranger decided it was time to leave and the other two agreed. Helping Ki Ranger to his feet, they took off. They quickly got onto their Machines and drove away. At the Gorengers Secret Base, Peggy patiently wrapped Daita's head with bandages. Daita noted what a sad state he was in. Such a pity for the world to lose such a manly face. He asked Peggy if she agreed and she quickly agreed. Commander Edogawa was concerned about a one-man deadly explosive. Tsuyoshi added, quite the adversary. Peggy admitted she was frustrated, but we'll show them this time! Commander Edogawa pointed out, if you try to get at them carelessly, you'll get burned, like Daita. Commander Edogawa touched Daita's shoulder, which caused Daita a lot of pain. Yoko hurried in with the news that Horn Mask was searching for the Gorengers. Tsuyoshi used the periscope and quickly found Horn Mask and several Zolders in the city. Daita was watching as well and he was angry. Daita wanted to take off but Tsuyoshi called out for him to stop. Daita angrily asked, are you asking me to hold back? Commander Edogawa answered, exactly. In order to defeat Horn Mask's unit, we'll have to devise some special battle tactics of our own. Daita turned around. Commander Edogawa continued, calm down and eat some curry rice till you're all better again. Daita agreed, alight, I'll eat! I'll eat till I'm full to burst! Inside Snack Shop Gon, Tomoko, Yoko, and Haruko watched in amazement as Daita eat one bowl of curry rice after another. Tomoko told Daita, you sure can eat. Haruko added you're just like a cow! and touch his stomach. Which made Daita ticklish. The girls laughed and Daita told them, this is no laughing matter! He then called out for another bowl of curry rice. Even Cook was surprised and asked, you sure your stomach doesn't reach right to the other world? Taro entered Snack Shop Gon. Daita was relived it was just Taro. Taro wanted to play riddles with Daita. Daita was ready. Everyone noticed Horn Mask enter Snack Shop Gon and quickly faced the counter. Cook whispered to them to act normally. Cook greeted Horn Mask. Daita gave Taro a riddle. Which Taro told him that riddle was so old. Daita tried again, but again, it was another old riddle for Taro. Yoko carried Taro away and Haruko and Tomoko followed Yoko. Horn Mask was standing behind Daita, confident that the Gorengers should have their base around here. Cook acted confused and asked Daita, do you know what he's talking about? Daita replied no. Cook asked the girls gathered in the corner, the same question. Tomoko replied that she had heard of them. They are five warriors who battle the Black Cross Army. Haruko added, they're so cool! They fight for justice! Daita added, they're that cool, hun, Master? Horn Mask thought Daita's voice was familiar. Daita tried to tell the same riddle to Cook that he had to Taro. Horn Mask commented on what an old riddle it was. Horn Mask told a riddle, which Daita didn't get but Taro did. Several Zolders entered Snack Shop Gon and told Horn Mask they had not found the Gorengers. Horn Mask was angry. Horn Mask used his scepter and knocked the glassware with it and knocked Daita out of his chair. The Zolders surrounded Daita and attacked him with chair. Cook tried to stop them by telling them to we have nothing to do with this! Horn Mask told him to be quiet. If the Gorengers fight for justice, then surely they will appear to save you! Horn Mask threw something at Cook and missed as Cook quickly ducked down. Cook continued to plead with Horn Mask to stop as Daita fought the Zolders. Daita also shouted at Horn Mask to stop. Horn Mask struck Daita several times with his scepter. Daita never flinched and stood his ground. Horn Mask told the Zolders to get him. A Zolder smashed a chair onto Daita's head. This riled up Daita and he was ready to fight. Cook shouted at him to stop. Daita grabbed a chair broke it apart. Horn Mask smashed a dessert into Daita's face. Peggy noted the Commander was in danger as a Zolder struck Cook. The Zolder smashed Cook's head onto the counter several times. Horn Mask asked, even this won't bring you out, cowardly Gorengers? Where are they? A Zolder continued to smash Cook's head against the counter as another Zolder fought Daita. Cook continued to claim he didn't know. We have nothing to do with this! Horn Mask called for the Gorengers to come out! Haruko and Tomoko went into fight stances. Cook shook his head no at them. Taro got out of Yoko's arms and ran over to Horn Mask. He pulled on Horn Mask's robes and asked him, what are you doing to the old man, you jerk? Horn Mask shoved Taro aside. Yoko hurried over and picked Taro up. The Zolder continued to smash Cook's head onto the counter. Horn Mask called a stop and told them to search the next place. Horn Mask and the Zolders left. One Zolder flung Daita one last time before heading out. Tomoko hurried over to the cook and asked him if he was ok? Daita swore he won't forgive anyone who hurts a child! Daita hurried out as Cook yelled at him to wait. But Daita was already gone. Horn Mask was in his truck with several Zolders. They were back out in the country. Ki Ranger arrived and faced down the truck. Horn Mask told the Zolder to increase the speed and run the fool over! Ki Ranger used his might to stop the truck and shouted Ki Ranger is no coward! Horn Mask told the Zolder to crush him, but the Zolder could not get the truck to move forward. Soon the truck was spinning it's wheels in place as Ki Ranger continued to hold the truck in place. Soon Ki Ranger was pushing the truck backwards. Ki Ranger challenged Horn Mask. Horn Mask sent two Human Bombs after Ki Ranger. Ki Ranger began to back away from them. Another Human Bomb grabbed Ki Ranger from behind. Ki Ranger struggled but he could not break free. A Human Bomb leaped over to Ki Ranger and grabbed him from the front. The three fell to the ground and rolled down a hill. The two Human Bombs exploded. Ki Ranger continued to roll to the bottom of the hill. When he reached the bottom, three Zolders surrounded him. Two of the Zolders dragged him up and held him as another Zolder struck him several times. Then they shoved Ki Ranger aside and he fell to the ground. Horn Mask approached and laughed. Horn Mask used his Scepter to keep Ki Ranger in place. Horn Mask placed Ki Ranger inside a freezing crate and shipped him to Snack Shop Gon. When the crate arrived, after a quick scan with the Bomb Detector, Yoko and Cook opened the crate. When the lid was lifted it revealed Ki Ranger's helmet and as the fog disappeared, the rest of Ki Ranger was revealed. Ki Ranger was cold and sneezed. After awhile, Akira and Kenji walked into the Gorengers Secret Base. Tsuyoshi, Daita, and Peggy were there. Daita sneezed several times as Peggy wrapped Daita's arm in bandages. Kenji and Akira walked over to them and Akira noted how beat up Daita was. Kenji stated, sticking you in dry ice and sending you to us...they're mocking us. Daita replied Daita Oiwa has never been so ashamed. Is there really no good way to beat these guys? They all started to think about what they could do. Akira stated, in order to defeat the Human Bombs...we have to find a way to confuse their computers. Daita thought that was impossible. They're just walking bombs. Touch them and boom. Peggy wondered if they should wave their fingers, like when you make a dragonfly dizzy, we could confuse their computers? Akira thought it was a good idea. Tsuyoshi agreed. Daita wondered if it would work. Tsuyoshi thought it was worth a shot. Now their only issue is how we defeat Horn Mask, who can quickly transform himself into a rock. After all, even the Storm was useless against him. Commander Edogawa entered and told them he had an idea. Let's go with a time-lag attack method. They put their plan into action. Peggy carefully worked on Gorenger Storm, adding the time-lag attack to it. She was surrounded by Commander Edogawa and the rest of the guys as they watched her intently. Yoko, Tomoko, and Haruko hurried in. Yoko told Commander Edogawa, following the attack on Base 15, Base 16 has also been overwhelmed. Tomoko added, Horn Mask is drawing near to the main EAGLE base. If we don't stop him soon...Commander Edogawa told them to calm down. Haruko stated, if you don't send out the Gorengers, then we will...Commander Edogawa told them to stop and watch for a bit. Peggy was sweating profusely and Daita was kind enough to wipe the sweat off. With the encroaching attack from the Black Cross Army at the forefront of her mind, Peggy put all her efforts into creating a new, powerful and effective explosive. Everyone was watching Peggy work intently. Peggy put the cover on Gorenger Storm and excitedly told them, I've done it! The Child-Parent Bomb! Commander Edogawa sent the Gorengers out. Variblune took off with the team inside. After awhile, Variblune landed and Aka Ranger took off on his Machine, followed by Ki Ranger and Ao Ranger on their Machine, and Mido and Momo on their Machine. Horn Mask and his troops headed towards the EAGLE main base. An explosion took place in front of them. Horn Mask and the Zolders jumped out of their jeep. The Gorengers appeared above them. Horn Mask told them, you still haven't learned! The Gorengers announced themselves. The Gorengers leaped down and faced Horn Mask. Horn Mask told them, this place will be your tomb! Horn Mask sent his Human Bombs after them. The Gorengers put their plan into action. Horn Mask thought they were running away. Moments later, the Gorengers appeared on their Machines. Horn Mask sent the Human Bombs after them. The Human Bombs walked toward the Gorengers as the Gorengers began their Machine strategy. On their Machine, the Gorengers rode circles around the Human Bombs. The Human Bombs' computers had no data about the Gorengers' new Machine strategy. The Gorengers' strategy was working. Ki Ranger picked up a Human Bomb and tossed it. Ao Ranger used his Blue Cherry and struck a Human Bomb with it. Aka Ranger used Red Vute against a Human Bomb. Aka Ranger wrapped the Human Bomb with his Red Vute and then released it into the air for Mido Ranger. Mido Ranger used his Midomerang and knocked the Human Bomb out of the sky. The Human Bomb landed on a pile of Human Bombs and they all blew up. Horn Mask was furious. Horn Mask sent the Zolders after the Gorengers. Mido Ranger fought two Zolders with his Midomerang. Ki Ranger fought another set of Zolders, knocking a pair down a hill. Aka Ranger struck several Zolders with his Red Vute. Ao Ranger fought another Zolder. A pair of Zolders were running towards Momo Ranger. Momo Ranger struck both Zolders with several blows. Mido Ranger fought another Zolder with his Midomerang, causing it to fall down the hill. Aka Ranger struck another Zolder several times. Ki Ranger struck another Zolder. Ao Ranger fought a pair of Zolders. Ao Ranger struck and kicked the Zolders. Momo Ranger used her Earrings Bomb against a group of Zolders. It went flying through the air and struck three Zolders to the ground. Ao Ranger used Blue Cherry against a Zolder. It struck the Zolder and he went tumbling down a hill. Ki Ranger held tight onto a Zolder. The Zolder was unable to strike Ki Ranger. Ki Ranger then flipped the Zolder over and onto the ground. Aka Ranger kicked and used his Red Vute against a Zolder. The Zolders were defeated. Horn Mask was trying to get away when Mido Ranger threw his Midomerang at him. Horn Mask turned into a boulder and Midomerang bounced off. Horn Mask gloated no one can injure me! Momo Ranger and Ao Ranger came running up. Ao Ranger used his Blue Cherry and it struck Horn Mask, but did nothing. Horn Mask pulled the bow out. Horn Mask leaped into the air, changed into a boulder and flew towards Ao Ranger and Momo Ranger. Ao Ranger shielded Momo Ranger. The boulder struck Ao Ranger's back. The bolder then flew into the air and headed towards the two Gorengers. Ki Ranger jumped in front of them and caught the boulder. Ki Ranger tossed the boulder down the hill. At the bottom of the hill, Horn Mask returned to his normal form. Aka Ranger called for the Time Lag Attack. The Gorengers got into formation. Momo Ranger turned around and a pink ball appeared in her hands. She placed the pink ball onto the ground and kicked it towards Ki Ranger. The ball turned yellow as Ki Ranger head butt it towards Mido Ranger. Mido Ranger kicked the green ball towards Ao Ranger. Ao Ranger kicked the blue ball towards Aka Ranger. The ball turned red and spikey as Aka Ranger leaped into the sky. Aka Ranger kicked the red spikey ball towards Horn Mask. As Gorenger Storm flew through the air, it dropped a smaller red spikey ball onto the ground. The rest of Gorenger Storm continued until it struck Horn Mask. Horn Mask laughed as he ran out of the smoke and towards the Gorengers. Not paying any attention to the ground, Horn Mask ran on top of the smaller red spikey ball and was destroyed. Later, the Gorengers patrolled the area on their Machines. With first the Machine Strategy, and then the Time Lag Attack, the Gorengers were able to defeat the Human Bombs and Horn Mask.

Daita Oiwa and Tsuyoshi Kaijo are outside walking when they hear the disquieting sound of bells. The pair search for the source of the noise. Daita and Tsuyoshi spot an professor and asked him if he is Professor Eguchi? Daita wants to know, where are you going at this hour dressed up like that? (Professor Eguchi is dressed to the nines.) Professor Eguchi replies that he was invited to a party and gets into a vehicle. The chauffeured car takes off. Daita and Tsuyoshi note the whole thing was strange. The two followed the car on their Machines. There is a detour ahead which the two take. Eventually they reach a graveyard. Daita is startled when the gates open by themselves. Tsuyoshi teases Daita about being scared. Daita immediately denies it. They enter the graveyard. Daita finds the place creepy. Suddenly several candles appear and a voice tells them, I'm glad you've made it. Suddenly the candles began to spark and Daita and Tsuyoshi take cover as an explosion takes place. A couple of Zolders search for the pair. Aka Ranger uses his Silver Shot and fires on the Zolders. Ki Ranger fights another pair of Zolders. Aka Ranger uses his Red Vute against another set of Zolders. Ki Ranger joins in and strikes one of the Zolders. The Zolders are defeated. A skeleton appears before them. A coffin lifts up from a grave. Skull Mask appears before them and introduces himself. He tells them, it's a bit of nuisance having you sniffing around. Aka Ranger uses his Red Vute, but Skull Mask vanishes before he can strike. Inside his coffin, Skull Mask tells them, I will not serve as your opponent. Instead, I offer you a single warning: Japan...shall perish. Ki Ranger responds by telling him, don't mess with me! Ki Ranger head butts the coffin and notes how hard the coffin is. Skull Mask laughs as his coffin is lowered back into the grave. Aka Ranger wonders what could he be scheming? Afterwards, at the Gorengers' Secret Base, Yoko Kato informs Daita, Tsuyoshi, Peggy Matsuyama, Akira Shinmei, Kenji Asuka, and Commander Edogawa, that according to info from EAGLE HG, Professor Eguchi came home this morning and then left for work seeming a bit different than he usually acts. Daita wonders what it could mean? Thinking about it, it's pretty strange. Commander Edogawa tells them the place where Professor Eguchi works...it houses Japan's largest nuclear reactor. He wonders if the plant is the target. Tsuyoshi and Akira are sent out to investigate and thankfully they stopped Skull Mask's plan. Back at the Gorengers' Secret Base, Commander Edogawa informs the group that Skull Mask will likely try a similar tactic again. He'll likely go after another of Japan's great scientists...just like Professor Eguchi. We've created a list of probable victims. Commander Edogawa gives several papers to Kenji. Kenji states he will take Professor Okuma. Peggy takes a sheet as does Tsuyoshi. Commander Edogawa tells them all of EAGLE intelligence is offering us assistance in this case. Work hand in hand with them. Tsuyoshi passes the remaining sheets to Akira. Peggy states they she will protect Professor Shirataki. Daita and Tsuyoshi join Peggy at Professor Shirataki's home. A delivery is made and it's a record. Peggy plays the record. Professor Shirataki abruptly stands up. Daita, Tsuyoshi, and Peggy watch him closely. The Professor begins to sway and Daita and Peggy help him walk away from the record. Professor Shirataki is confused and asks Peggy what is going on. But they don't have an answer for him. Daita and Peggy walk back into the living room where they find Tsuyoshi listening to the record. Daita recognizes Skull Mask's voice. Tsuyoshi smiles, hypnotism won't work on Gorengers. The record disintegrates. Still smiling, Tsuyoshi notes things are getting interesting. Tsuyoshi looks over at Daita. Daita gets creped out by the look Tsuyoshi is giving him. A plan is put into action. Daita, dressed as elderly gentleman, leaves Professor Skirataki's home. Daita walks over to the waiting car and goes into the back seat. The chauffeur closes the door and enters the drivers seat. The chauffeur takes off in the car. The car pulls up to a mansion and Daita exits the vehicle. An older man, greets Daita, referring to Daita as the eminent genius, Professor Shirataki. The man asks for the secret phrase and Daita responds immediately with the correct phrase. The man directs Daita to the entrance. Daita follows the gentleman into the home, where a feast is laid out on a table. Other professors are there as well. The gentleman introduces Daita to the group of men - Professor Shirataki, Master of Rocket Engineering. Daita immediately recognizes Professor Kirayama, Professor Kiyozaki, and Professor Ohtsuka. The gentleman tells Daita to feel free to eat your fill. Daita thanks him. He walks over to the table and becomes hungry looking at all the food. Daita grabs for some meat and it turns into a skull. Daita yanks his hand back. Daita glances over at the bananas, which suddenly appear as a pile of bones. The pineapple is actually a skull. The dish of tomatoes are simply another pile of bones. The other Professors eagerly bite into their food. Daita knows he is in a horrible situation.
