Afterwards, Black Cross artillery towers followed the path of Variblune. Akira tells Daita to use the bazooka. Daita switches on the Freeze Bazooka. It freezes all of the artillery towers. Akira and Daita are very happy with the success of the bazooka. Peggy, Kenji, and Tsuyoshi, are also in Variblune, and they are very happy as well. Witch Mask's plan to freeze Tokyo has failed. However, the Black Cross Army haven't given up and have more plans in the works.

The Gorengers had been notified that EAGLE Agent 0010 had obtained the Hurricane Diode from Wing Mask. Aka Ranger, on his Machine, along with Momo Ranger and Mido Ranger, on their Machine, were on the way. Unfortunately Wing Mask had gotten the Hurricane Diode back from EAGLE Agent 0010, by causing his car to crash and knocking him unconscious. The three Gorengers arrive at the accident. Wing Mask and his Zolders are still there. Wing Mask has the Zolders attack. Aka Ranger leaps into the air and strikes a Zolder with his Red Vute. Mido Ranger fights another Zolder. He strikes the Zolder several times. Momo Ranger is fighting another group of Zolders. She lands a hard kick on one of the Zolders. Aka Ranger battles yet another set of Zolders with his Red Vute. Momo Ranger uses her Earrings Bomb and tosses it towards another group of Zolders. Wing Mask throws his Condor Wing towards the three Gorengers. Mido Ranger throws his Midomerang to strike Condor Wing. Aka Ranger fights another Zolder using his Red Vute to strike the Zolder several times. Wing Mask grabs Yuki, a young girl that was close by, and tells the Gorengers, don't move. The three Gorengers stop fighting the Zolders and watch as Wing Mask leaves with Yuki. As Wing Mask is driven away, he uses his weapon to fire at the three Gorengers running after them. Afterwards, Tsuyoshi uses binoculars to spy on Sea Moon, the ship that Wing Mask is on with Yuki. Wing Mask is kind to the young girl. Tsuyoshi tells Peggy and Kenji that Wing Mask is using Yuki as a bodyguard, knowing that the Gorengers will be unable to lay a finger on him. Kenji is upset over the idea of using little girls as bodyguards. Peggy points out that it's Black Cross Army - they don't have morals. The three put their heads together and come up with a plan. Yuki is enjoying the run of the ship. She is happy to collect as many red balloons as she can find. Peggy walks up to the ship and asks Yuki her name. The girl responds and then Peggy asks her if she likes balloons? Yuki replies that she likes balloons and riddles. Peggy tells her to follow her, she knows a place full of balloons. But Yuki is not convinced. Wing Mask has a lot of balloons as well. Peggy continues to try and get Yuki to leave the ship by telling her that she has lots of balloons too. Peggy tells Yuki to get the balloons, Yuki has to solve her riddle first. Peggy tells her the riddle and Yuki solves it easily. Yuki decides to give Peggy a riddle. Peggy pretends to struggle to answer the riddle. Yuki offers to tell her the answer. Peggy agrees. Yuki gets closer to tell Peggy the answer. Before Yuki can say anything, Wing Mask responds with the answer. Wing Mask recognizes Peggy Matsuyama as Momo Ranger. Wing Mask is furious as Peggy grabs Yuki and runs away with her. Wing Mask throws his Condor Wing. Peggy blocks Condor Wing before it can strike the pair. Wing Mask tries again. Peggy drops to the pavement and rolls away with Yuki tightly held in her arms. Peggy and Yuki stand back up and Zolders are there. Peggy kicks one away. Peggy tries to protect Yuki while battling the Zolders. Peggy lands several punches on a Zolder. Wing Mask fights Peggy. Wing Mask traps Peggy with his weapon. Kenji arrives on his Machine. He runs through the Zolders and arrives by Peggy's side. Peggy helps Yuki into the sidecar and tells Kenji to take Yuki somewhere safe. Kenji takes off. Peggy fights the Zolders. She lands a powerful kick on one of the Zolders. She leaps into the air and transforms into Momo Ranger. Momo Ranger lands on the ship. Wing Mask vows he will get her. Momo Ranger fights more Zolders on the ship. Momo Ranger punches one of the Zolders. Tsuyoshi sneaks onto the ship. Momo Ranger lands another kick on a Zolder. A Zolder has spotted Tsuyoshi. Tsuyoshi quickly lands several punches on the Zolder, knocking it overboard. Momo Ranger fights more Zolders. She lands strong chops on several of the Zolders. Wing Mask strikes Momo Ranger with his staff/weapon. Momo Ranger jumps out of the way. Wing Mask tries once more to strike Momo Ranger but misses. Momo Ranger grabs a Zolder and places it in front of her. After a few moments, Momo Ranger pushes the Zolder aside. Wing Mask shouts do it! Four Zolders leap down holding onto a net. They land on the ground and trap Momo Ranger in the net. Wing Mask laughs. He strikes Momo Ranger several times with his staff/weapon. A Zolder walks up and reports to Wing Mask that Aka Ranger has escaped. Wing Mask is confident that Aka Ranger will return. Peggy is tied to a steel tower. Wing Mask and several Zolders walk up to her. A Zolder hands Wing Mask a group of red balloons. Wing Mask has the red balloons tied to his Condor Wing. He uses it to strike the defenseless Peggy several times. The Condor Wing leaves cuts on Peggy's face. Wing Mask laughs as he is handed his staff/weapon. Wing Mask holds the staff/weapon against Peggy's neck and tells her it's the end. Peggy closes her eyes as blood seeps from her wounds.
