A Zolder tries to attack Tsuyoshi, but he easily knocks him aside. Tsuyoshi tells Steel Ring Mask, stealing people's belongings! The police will give you a scolding! Tsuyoshi is unaware a Zolder is approaching from behind him. But Kenji is behind the Zolder and calls out a warning. Tsuyoshi and Kenji easily knock out the Zolder. Steel Ring Mask orders the remaining Zolders to get them! Tsuyoshi flings a Zolder and lands a chop on another. Kenji tries to take on Steel Ring Mask. But Steel Ring Mask knocks him aside, grabs the microfilm and gets away. Steel Ring Mask takes off on a motorcycle. Aka Ranger and Mido Ranger pursue him on their Machines. Very quickly, Aka Ranger and Mido Ranger catch up to Steel Ring Mask and stop their Machines. They leap off their Machines and strike Steel Ring Mask. Mido Ranger punches Steel Ring Mask as Aka Ranger kicks him. Steel Ring Mask makes an attempt to get away, but Aka Ranger use his Red Vute to stop Steel Ring Mask. Aka Ranger demands that Steel Ring Mask returns the microfilm. Steel Ring Mask breaks free but Mido Ranger stops him with several punches. Steel Ring Mask falls to the ground and rolls. Steel Ring Mask quickly gets up and leaps away, landing on a boat. Steel Ring Mask takes off in the boat. Mido Ranger and Aka Ranger continue the chase on a boat. Steel Ring Mask tries to get away from Aka Ranger and Mido Ranger, but no matter the direction he steers the boat, they are behind him. Mido Ranger tosses his Midomerang and it hits Steel Ring Mask in the back of the neck. Angry, Steel Ring Mask tosses several steel rings towards Aka Ranger and Mido Ranger's boat. There are several explosions in the water, but the boat is never hit. Tsuyoshi and Kenji catch up to Steel Ring Mask's boat and see that it is empty. Tsuyoshi wonders where Steel Ring Mask is at? Kenji guesses the sailboat. (There is a sailboat close by.) Tsuyoshi agrees and they take their boat over to the sailboat. When they approach they sailboat, Tsuyoshi shouts out to Yuiko and Kumi, if they had seen someone funny go on their sailboat? Yuiko replies that they haven't. Tsuyoshi and Kenji board the sailboat. Tsuyoshi has Kenji check an area as he talks to the dad. Tsuyoshi ask the dad if they can search the cabin, as Yuiko joins them. The dad replies I told you, no one else is on the ship. But Yuiko wants them to check, this is getting scary. The dad reluctantly gives permission. Tsuyoshi and Kenji follow the dad into the cabin. The cabin is empty and the dad points out this out. The dad becomes frighten when he spots several large rings on the wall. Tsuyoshi spots the frightened look and asks what's the matter? The dad nervously replies, nothing. Kenji suggests that Steel Ring Mask went into the ocean. Tsuyoshi thanks the dad for showing them the cabin as they head out. Up on the boat, Kumi waves off Tsuyoshi and Kenji. Tsuyoshi and Kenji arrive at the harbor. Tsuyoshi is wondering where Steel Ring Mask went. Kenji notices the sailboat has not moved. Tsuyoshi and Kenji search the harbor area for Steel Ring Mask. Unfortunately Steel Ring Mask decrypts part of the microfilm and the information is sent to Black Cross Fuhrer. The Black Cross Army launched an attack on several of EAGLE's buildings and soldiers. Afterwards, Tsuyoshi and Kenji stand at the remains of the EAGLE station.
