Sun Halo Mask informs Black Cross Fuhrer that Black Hair Mask is already putting the plan into motion. Black Hair Mask successfully drains a reservoir despire an encounter with Mido Ranger and Momo Ranger.  Afterwards, at Black Cross Base, Sun Halo Mask tells Black Hair Mask unless the Gorengers are dead, we can't call it a successful operation!  Black Hair Mask responds, if you want to defeat the Gorengers, you have to use some brains!  Sun Halo Mask is insulted.  Black Hair Mask tells him, let's set up a trap and lead them right into it.  Black Cross Fuhrer tells them, the Gorengers won't fall easily into our trap.  Black Hair Mask boasts that he already has the best Zolders., ready to get in touch with EAGLE'S contact!  The plan works and Black Hair Mask lures Kenji Asuka, Peggy Matsuyama, and Yoko Kato to the Oyama Theme Park.  The three are pursued throughout the amusement park by several Zolders and Black Hair Mask.  Eventually, Peggy, Yoko, and Kenji are trapped inside a cabin on the Ferris Wheel.  Sun Halo mask arrives.   Sun Halo Mask, Black Hair Mask and a couple of Zolders watch from the top of a building.  Sun Halo Mask assumes they're flying away.  Don't lose them!  Black Hair Mask is not worried.  We don't have to worry about losing them, no matter where they go.  Sun Halo Mask is confused.  Black Hair Mask tells him, we will find them at the end of this hair and holds up a strand of black hair.  The strand of hair attached to the cabin.  Black Hair Mask shouts, Black Hair Shoot!  A clump of black hair attaches itself to the cabin.  The cabin is soon covered in black hair.  Black Hair Mask laughs and notes it's all going smoothly.  Sun Halo Mask orders a Zolder to turn on the switch.  The Zolder does so and the cabin begins to move on it's rotation.  Black Hair Mask and Sun Halo Mask watches the cabin lift into the air.  Black Hair Mask notes they can't go anywhere now!  The cabin continues it's way to the top of the Ferris Wheel.  Black Hair Mask has a Zolder stop the cabin.  The cabin is now stuck on top of the Ferris Wheel.  Black Hair Mask tells Sun Halo Mask, start Operation Japan Desertification right now!  They leave the amusement park.   Soon, a Black Cross Army truck makes it's way to White Mountain Reservoir.  In the truck are Sun Halo Mask and Black Hair Mask, along with several Zolders.  Following behind is Tsuyoshi Kaijo, Daita Oiwa, and Akira Shinmei on their Machines.  Tsuyoshi manages to get ahead of the truck and stops in front of it.  The truck stops as Tsuyoshi tells them, I will not allow you to get to the reservoir.  Akira fights several Zolders.  Tsuyoshi fights punches another Zolder several times.  Daita head butts a Zolder. Tsuyoshi fights another batch of Zolders.  Sun Halo Mask gives the order to kill all three of them!  Tsuyoshi transforms into Aka Ranger.  Aka Ranger fights another group of Zolders.  Ao Ranger kicks several Zolders.  Ki Ranger strikes a Zolder several times.  Aka Ranger fights another batch of Zolders.  He uses his Red Vute to strike several of them.  Sun Halo Mask shouts, time to stop this meaningless fight!  Sun Halo Mask shoots his beam towards Aka Ranger.  As Aka Ranger avoids being hit, Sun Halo Mask tells Black Hair Mask he is going to the reservoir now.  They take off and soon Sun Halo Mask and Black Hair Mask, along with several Zolders walk confidently along a pathway at the reservoir.  They stop at a lookout point and Sun Halo Mask laughs.  Alight...let's dry up this reservoir!  Black Hair Mask orders the Zolder to put Z20 into the reservoir!  The Zolder throws the canister towards the water.  Before it can hit the water, Aka Ranger kicks it away.  Ao Ranger uses Blue Cherry and it hits the canister, destroying the formula.  Aka Ranger and Ki Ranger shout, we will not allow you to do this!  Ao Ranger makes his presence known.  Aka Ranger, Ao Ranger, and Ki Ranger face down Sun Halo Mask, Black Hair Mask, and several Zolders.  Sun Halo Mask states, we don't need to be afraid of the three of you!  Aka Ranger asks where Momo Ranger and Mido Ranger are?  Ao Ranger doesn't know.  Sun Halo Mask shoots his beam towards the three Gorengers.  The three race away from the beam.  Ki Ranger spots Variblune.  Mido Ranger and Momo Ranger exit Variblune.  They join the rest of the team on the ground.  Sun Halo Mask notes that they are all here.  The Gorengers battle Black Hair Mask and the Zolders.  After the Zolders are defeated, the Gorengers gather together.  They face Black Hair Mask.  Black Hair Mask uses his comb to fire Comb Missiles at them.  The Gorengers manage to avoid getting hit and Black Hair Mask is angry to see that they are still alive.
