She immediately realizes this is Wolf Corps. Close by Werewolf #8, chained to a tree, is being whipped by a Zolder. Peggy is unable to help him. The Zolder warns Peggy that's what you get if you try to escape. There is a long line of people standing around a building. On the rooftop, scientists are giving the people an injection. Peggy is taken to the rooftop, ahead of the line. She watches the procedure for a moment. The Zolders push Peggy towards the line. Eventually Momo Ranger breaks free, destroys the wolf DNA, and recuses Rika and several citizens. Aka Ranger arrives and they take the citizens to an area, where Variblune is waiting to transfer them to safety. Crescent Moon Mask commands his Wolf Corps to get them.
