Billy, Zack, and Jason walked down the hall, towards the lockers where Trini and Kimberly stood waiting for them. Zack immediately notices their bummed expressions. Kimberly reminds them there is a huge science test on Monday. The guys are aware. Trini can't believe they are not worried. Jason tells them, Billy has come up with a great plan to make sure we all pass. Billy tells them he was thinking they should all go to his Uncle's resort in the mountains and spend the weekend studying. Zack adds if we stick together on this, it will be a breeze. Kimberly and Trini get excited over the idea. Bulk and Skull have been watching the teens. It has given Bulk an idea. Before he can express it, Mr. Caplan walks up to them with papers in his hand. Mr. Caplan asks them if they know what the papers are? Bulk guesses, early birthday cards. Skull tells Mr. Caplan he didn't have to do that. Mr. Caplan replies, I didn't. They are your mid-semester grades. Skull and Bulk look at the papers. Bulk remarks, ouch and Skull agrees. Mr. Caplan tells them, ouch is right. If you two boys get Ds on Monday's test, you are going to be spending the rest of the year in detention. Remember D is for detention. Mr. Caplan walks away. Bulk and Skull crumble and toss the papers onto the floor. Skull comments, at least we know what we're doing after school from now on. But Bulk has a better idea. We're going to follow those geeks and let them do all the work for us. Skull likes the idea and they pound fists.
Rita asks Goldar, what's going on? Goldar replies he's starting with the crystal of nightmares. The Rangers will only dream of defeat and lose their self confidence forever. Rita asks, why should I care about that? Goldar replies, without their self confidence, their powers will be worthless. Rita thinks it's a good plan.
At Billy's Uncle's resort, the teens stay in the Forest Creek Cabins. Jason, Trini, and Kimberly are sprawled on the floor with various books and notes. Zack is sitting in a chair, while Billy props himself up on the bed. Billy reads to them a chapter from the science book. Zack is excited when they get to the end of chapter eight. Kimberly thinks this was such a great idea. All of us studying together. Billy agrees as he gets up and stretches. They have already made significant progress in preparing for the exam. Trini sits up and tells her friends, I don't know about you guys, but I'm getting hungry. How about taking a break and getting something to eat? It's a great idea. Jason adds he could use a big burger. As they head out, Trini suggests Chinese food. Kimberly tells them, she just wants a salad. Billy is thinking tacos. Zack suggests liver, which gets a negative response. Outside, Bulk and Skull are hiding behind a sign. Bulk has his binoculars pinned on the cabin, but Skull is looking up with his. Bulk notices and asks Skull what he is looking at? Skull tells Bulk not to move. There's a bird's nest up there. Bulk asks where and looks up in time to get eggs splattered on his face. Skull laughs until eggs fall and break on his face too. Bulk laughs.
Goldar enters a cave where the crystal of nightmares was kept. Goldar held his sword over the crystal of nightmares and declared I command you! Soon the world will shutter after I destroy the Power Rangers once and for all! Goldar lowered his sword until it touched the force field surrounding the crystal. Electrical bolts came from the sword and surrounded the crystal.
Dressed as maids, Bulk and Skull entered the boys' cabin. Bulk tells Skull, those geeks got to have their study notes around here somewhere. So, let's find them. Bulk starts looking through a book bag as Skull dusts.
